Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是指一种装饰灯具。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的装饰灯品种繁多,为满足广大消费者追求美观的需求,灯体的外观造型及灯光效果也一直在不断创新。业界通常通过光、电的控制方法来使灯具产生各种各样的装饰效果。具体的做法通常是在灯具的灯座上设置有规则排列的多个灯座孔,各孔内设有多彩灯管及反射器。多彩灯管的正、负极分别与电源的正、负极相连。各多彩灯管的正极与电源的连接处均设有一导线与一控制器连接。通过操作控制器,可以使部分或全部多彩灯管发光,从而呈现出各种需要的装饰效果。这种装饰灯具,尽管在通电时能起到一定的装饰作用,但其结构复杂、生产成本高,难以被广大消费者接受。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有良好装饰性效果、结构简单、可靠、外形美观的装饰灯具。
一种装饰灯具,该装饰灯具包括一遮光灯架、一光源模组、一遮光灯盖及至少一透光片,所述遮光灯盖与遮光灯架配合形成一腔室,所述光源模组设置于该腔室内,所述遮光灯盖开设有至少一与腔室相通的开口,所述至少一透光片一端对应嵌设于遮光灯盖的所述至少一开口处。
与现有技术相比,本发明的装饰灯具通电时,光源模组发出的光线照射透光片,透光片折射和反射这些光线,从而使灯具具有装饰效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的装饰灯具包括一灯架10、收容于灯架10内的一散热器20、设置于散热器20的一发光二极管模组30、安装于灯架10一侧且罩设散热器20及发光二极管模组30的一灯盖40、设置于灯盖40上的若干透光片50及套设于灯架10及灯盖40相对两端的二端盖60。
请同时参阅图3,该灯架10为一体成型的金属壳体,其包括一横截面呈弧形的本体11、分别自本体11顶端相对两侧相向凸伸的二延伸部13及自本体11内侧、延伸部13下方相向凸伸的二承载部15。延伸部13及承载部15均沿本体11的长度方向延伸,且长度均与本体11的长度相等。延伸部13的宽度小于承载部15的宽度。本体11每一侧的延伸部13及承载部15平行且间隔设置,使该延伸部13及对应的承载部15之间形成一纵长的导向槽16,以与灯盖40配合。二纵长且间隔的支撑臂17自本体11下表面中部向下凸伸,用以支撑装饰灯具。本体11位于二支撑臂17之间的部分,等距离开设有若干通孔19,使灯架10内外的空气流通。
上述散热器20包括一纵长的基板21及自基板21下表面中部垂直向下凸伸的若干散热片23。这些散热片23的高度沿基板21的宽度方向由其中心向相对两侧递减。基板21的长度较灯架10的承载部15短,其宽度略大于二承载部15之间的间距。基板21下表面的相对两侧边分别与承载部15的上表面抵顶。散热片23与灯架10的本体11间隔设置。
上述发光二极管模组30包括一纵长的电路板31及等距离嵌设于电路板31上的若干发光二极管32。该发光二极管模组30贴设于散热器20的基板21的上表面中部。一驱动电路模组70装设于基板21的一端且与发光二极管32电性连接,用以驱动发光二极管32。
所述灯盖40为一体成型的金属壳体或不透明的塑胶壳体,其包括一横截面呈半圆柱形的本体41及自本体41底端相对两侧向内延伸的二导轨43。每一导轨43呈U形,其开口方向相反。每一导轨43的高度略小于灯架10的导向槽16的深度,其宽度与灯架10的延伸部13的宽度相当,用以收容于导向槽16内。该本体41上等距离开设有若干狭长的弧形收容槽413,用于嵌设透光片50。这些收容槽413均为通槽。
上述每一透光片50为一透明或半透明的片体,其可以根据需要而具有不同的颜色及形状,其上也可以设置不同的图案。在本实施中,该透光片50为大致呈半圆形的半透明片体,其较宽的一端嵌设于灯盖40的收容槽413中。
上述每一端盖60大致呈碗状,包括一圆形的底板61及自底板61边缘弯折延伸的一环状侧板63。每一底板61上开设有若干规则分布的通孔613,用于透光及通风。当灯架10与灯盖40组合后,每一端盖60的侧板63收容于灯架10与灯盖40围成的腔体内,底板61的边缘抵顶灯架10与灯盖40。
组装时,先将散热器20的基板21粘接或焊接在灯架10的二承载部15的边缘,然后将发光二极管模组30贴置于基板21的上表面中部。驱动电路模组70装设于基板21的上表面且与发光二极管32电性连接。使灯盖40的二导轨43分别对准灯架10的二导向槽16,然后推动灯盖40,使其导轨43沿着导向槽16滑动,直至导轨43完全收容于导向槽16内。如此,灯盖40的本体41及灯架10的本体11共同围成一圆筒,散热器20及发光二极管模组30收容于这圆筒中。将透光片50***灯盖40对应的收容槽413中。最后,将二端盖60的侧板63收容于灯盖40及灯架10形成的圆筒相对两端,并使端盖60的侧板63外表面抵顶灯盖40的本体41及灯架10的本体11的内表面,其底板61抵顶灯盖40的本体41及灯架10的本体11的侧端。
请参阅图4,使用时,发光二极管模组30的发光二极管32发出的一部分光线自灯盖40的收容槽413沿着透光片50射出,照射透光片50。透光片50对这些光折射和反射后,使灯具具有装饰效果。同时,发光二极管32发出的另一部分光线自二端盖60底板61处的通孔613向外发射,从而形成与通孔613排列形状相同的光斑。
可以理解的,本发明的发光二极管模组30的发光二极管32发出的光可以是白光的也可以是其他不同颜色的。如此,发光二极管32发出的光经透光片50反射和折射后,使灯具产生多种色彩,从而起到装饰作用。

Claims (11)

1.一种装饰灯具,其特征在于:该装饰灯具包括一遮光灯架、一光源模组、一遮光灯盖及至少一透光片,所述遮光灯盖与遮光灯架配合形成一腔室,所述光源模组设置于该腔室内,所述遮光灯盖开设有至少一与腔室相通的开口,所述至少一透光片一端对应嵌设于遮光灯盖的开口处,所述灯架包括一弧形本体及位于本体相对两侧的二导向槽,所述灯盖包括一弧形本体及形成于本体相对两端的二导轨,所述灯盖的二导轨可滑动的收容于灯架的二导向槽中,使灯架的本体及灯盖的本体围设成一筒体。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述至少一开口呈弧形,其开设于所述灯盖的本体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:二端盖装设于灯盖的本体及灯架的本体形成的筒体两开口端,所述每一端盖包括一底板及自底板边缘弯折延伸的一环形侧板,所述侧板收容于所述筒体内,所述底板盖住所述筒体的侧端。
4.如权利要求3所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述底板上开设有若干与所述腔室相通的通孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:二延伸部及二承载部分别自灯架本体的相对两侧壁相向凸伸,所述每一承载部分别位于对应的延伸部的下方且与延伸部间隔设置,从而形成所述导向槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述承载部较所述延伸部宽,一散热器贴设于二承载部的边缘且收容于所述灯架内,所述光源模组装设于所述散热器朝向灯盖的一侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一基板及自所述基板一侧中部朝向灯架延伸的若干散热片,所述基板的相对两侧贴设于所述灯架的二承载部,所述光源模组贴设于所述基板与散热片相对的一侧表面。
8.如权利要求7所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述光源模组为发光二极管模组,包括贴设于散热器基板上的一电路板及装设于电路板上的若干发光二极管。
9.如权利要求1所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架本体上开设有若干与所述腔室相通的通孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:二纵长且间隔的支撑臂自所述灯架本体下表面向下凸伸,用以支撑所述装饰灯具。
11.如权利要求1至10任一项所述的装饰灯具,其特征在于:该装饰灯具包括若干透光片,所述遮光灯盖间隔开设有若干与腔室相通的开口,所述若干透光片一端分别嵌设于遮光灯盖的若干开口处。
