技术领域
本发明涉及用于容纳可食用材料(例如调味品)的防窃启容器。
背景技术
近年来为食物容器提供防窃启部件以保证在由消费者打开和使用之前不触动容器的内容物越来越受关注。为了接近容器的内容物必须被去除的开封带是提供防窃启的一种公知方法。然而，常规的开封带常常需要容器顶部由两个或更多个独立部件制造，然后所述独立部件必须被组装。即使在包括开封带的容器顶部形成单体的情况下，也需要两个或更多个独立机械操作将顶部附连到容器并且产生开封带。因此，将顶部组装到这些常规容器(例如胡椒粉容器)在制造工艺中需要多个步骤。
常规开封带的另一个问题在于它们会难以从容器去除。类似地，开封带有时并不完全撕掉，在容器上留下带的一部分，由此使得难以打开容器门以接近容器内容物。

一些常规容器，特别是用于调味品(例如胡椒粉)的容器的另一个特征是在容器顶部上具有多个门以允许消费者以不同方式接近容器内容物。例如，一些胡椒粉容器具有三个门：一个门允许用匙接近容器内容物，较小的门允许相当多的量倒出一个中等尺寸的开口，并且第三个门允许调味品通过一系列小孔更缓慢地离开。
发明内容
因此，本发明的一个例子的一个方面是提供一种具有防窃启带的一体化单体容器顶部，所述防窃启带可以在最少数量的操作中被组装而不需要独立机械操作将开封带附连到容器。
本发明的一个例子的另一个方面在于提供一种在容器顶部与容器主体之间的可以容易形成的防筛漏密封。
本发明的一个例子的又一个方面在于提供一种将门附连到容器顶部的改进方法，从而在门与容器顶部之间产生铰接连接。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图，其中在所有几符图中相同的附图标记表示相同或相应部件。
在本发明的一个典型实施例中，具有一体化开封带和门的塑料盖被制造为附连到塑料罐。如图1中所示，盖1包括单个一体成形部件的三个部分。这三个部分包括盖基座2、防窃启开封带部分3和覆盖部分4。覆盖部分4可以包括三个独立门5、6、7。盖基座2可以附连到罐20，如图4中所示。
开封带部分3通过一系列间隔开的桥接件8连接到盖1的盖基座2和覆盖部分4。参见图2和3，桥接件8可以为梯形。在一个典型实施例中，有13个桥接件8连接盖基座2和开封带部分3，并且有多于13个的桥接件8将开封带部分3连接到覆盖部分4。如图2中所示，桥接件8不需要全部均匀地间隔开或成形。桥接件8的数量、间隔和形状设计为使得开封带部分3足够牢固地附连到盖1的其余部分以执行防窃启功能，但是可以由用户容易地并完全地去除。
另外，开封带部分3的桥接件8在一体化单体盖1的形成中起到另一个重要作用。盖1例如通过注射模制在单一模具中形成。具体地，盖基座2和覆盖部分4可以模制得平坦，并且开封带部分3在部件的两半之间形成桥接件，从而用主体上的单一注射位置允许塑料材料流动和填充盖1。因此，在盖1的形成中，塑料从模具的一个部分到下一个部分流过限定桥接件的模具通道。桥接件8的尺寸被设计为使得形成桥接件8的模具中的通道足够宽以允许塑料在模具部分之间流动。因此，这样的盖1可以通过单一模制步骤形成，而在以前需要复杂得多的模具和模制工艺来生产。桥接件8执行与将单体盖1折叠到已填充罐20上有关的又一个功能。具体地，桥接件8具有适当的尺寸、形状和间隔，以允许单体盖1被折叠，使得覆盖部分4可以附连到盖基座2以形成门，例如5、6和7。
尽管图2中所示的桥接件8的数量被设计用于具有特定尺寸的盖1，应当理解桥接件8的数量可以视情况取决于盖1的尺寸而增加或减少。例如，更小的容器可能需要更少的桥接件8，而更大的容器可能需要更多的桥接件8。另外，桥接件8的位置和间隔可能取决于容器尺寸而需要调整。
优选地，整个盖1由塑料制造。用于盖的材料的一个例子是聚丙烯。可以使用其他树脂和树脂混合物。然而，聚丙烯提供铰链(如下所述)的更好功能性并且更好进行焊接(也如下所述)。
图5显示了门5、6、7处于折叠位置的盖1的侧视图。图6显示了门5、6、7处于折叠位置的盖1的前视图。图7显示了门5、6、7处于折叠位置的盖1的后视图。图8显示了门5、6、7处于打开位置的盖1的侧视图。另外，图9显示了门5、6、7处于部分打开位置的盖。
在图10中显示了盖1的一个典型实施例的横截面。在本发明的一个典型实施例的另一个方面中，盖基座2的底部和罐20的顶部在盖基座2和罐20的形成期间形成有周边卷边12、17、18，以帮助形成盖1与罐20之间的牢固连接。参见图11，在卡扣在一起之后，盖基座2和罐20例如通过超声扫描焊接密封在一起。在扫描焊接期间，声波频率在罐20与盖1之间发出振动。振动然后加热树脂并且熔化罐20和盖1的卷边，产生焊接结合。优选地，扫描焊接沿着罐20的两个长边上的卷边17进行。
卷边和扫描焊接均提供防止容器内容物从由盖1和罐20形成的接合部之间逸出的防筛漏密封。扫描焊接的使用也通过提供盖1与罐20之间的永久焊接提供附加的显窃启。换句话说，在扫描焊接之后，盖1典型地不能在不对容器产生明显损坏的情况下从罐20被去除。
更具体地，罐主体11的上部分可以设置有如图11中所示的外周边卷边12和外周边凹槽13。罐主体11的内壁14的最上部分可以具有小台阶(未显示)。同时，盖基座2的底侧具有内裙边15和外裙边16。面对内壁14的卷边17靠近内裙边15的端部。内裙边15的该端部还形成一角度(例如45度)，以便于盖1附连到罐20上。盖基座2的外裙边16也具有卷边18，该卷边被设计为与罐20的外周边凹槽13配合。罐和盖的周边卷边和凹槽允许盖1卡扣到罐20上，使得盖基座2和罐20如图11中所示彼此接合。
扫描焊接是连续过程，在该连续过程中其上带有盖1的罐20可以沿着装配线移动并且经过产生超声振动的焊头(horn)。与之相比，在声波焊接过程(例如点焊)中，包装需要停下来使焊头与待焊接部分接触。因此，扫描焊接允许更快的流水线速度和更少的设备，导致更高的生产率和更低的成本。
一个典型实施例的另一个方面涉及用于形成将门5、6、7附连到盖基座2的铰链的结构。在图2中可以看到，门5、6、7可以带有***盖基座2中的狭槽22中的插塞21。当盖1在开封带3折叠以将覆盖部分4连接到盖基座2时，插塞21被***狭槽22中。在插塞21***狭槽22中之后，插塞21的端部上的凸耳抵接狭槽22的底表面，使得插塞21可以保持定位在狭槽中。因此，***的插塞21形成门铰链并且便于门5、6、7的打开和关闭。狭槽22也可以包括在其中的基座插塞26，以防止由于插塞21与狭槽22之间的间隙产生的筛漏。另外，锁定指23可以被加入门插塞21。参见图2，锁定指23可以被模制到门铰链的后侧中并且未被***盖基座2的狭槽22中。另外，支座25可以被加入盖基座2以与锁定指23接触。当打开门时，门插塞21和支座25相互作用以在容器的使用期间帮助保持门敞开。
尽管上面的描述包含许多细节，这些不应当被理解为限制本发明的范围，而是应当被理解为仅仅提供本发明的一些当前优选实施例的举例说明。因此本发明的范围应当由附带权利要求及其合法等效替换确定，而不是由给出的例子确定。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于容纳可食用材料的罐的多部分盖，包括：
将所述盖附连到所述罐的盖基座，所述盖基座限定一个或更多个开口，其中所述开口允许接近可食用材料；
覆盖部分，包括覆盖所述开口的一个或更多个门；和
开封带部分，定位在所述盖基座与所述覆盖部分之间，其中所述开封带部分通过多个桥接件连接到所述盖基座和所述覆盖部分，
其中所述盖基座、覆盖部分和开封带部分是单一的一体化部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖，其中所述多个桥接件中的两个或更多个为梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的盖，还包括：
一体地形成于每个门的端部上的插塞部分，其中
所述盖基座限定用于接纳每个门的插塞部分的狭槽，并且
所述插塞部分当被***所述狭槽中时形成门铰链。
4.根据权利要求3所述的盖，还包括：
定位在每个门铰链的后侧上的锁定指，
其中所述锁定指被构造为当门处于打开位置时接触相应的门铰链，以防止门关闭。
5.根据权利要求3所述的盖，其中所述狭槽均包括基座插塞，所述基座插塞被构造为当所述覆盖部分处于折叠位置时防止可食用材料通过所述狭槽筛漏。
6.根据权利要求2所述的盖，还包括：
一体地形成于每个门的端部上的插塞部分，其中
所述盖基座限定用于接纳每个门的插塞部分的狭槽，并且
所述插塞部分当被***所述狭槽中时形成门铰链。
7.根据权利要求6所述的盖，还包括：
定位在每个门铰链的后侧上的锁定指，
其中所述锁定指被构造为当门处于打开位置时接触相应的门铰链，以防止门关闭。
8.根据权利要求6所述的盖，其中所述狭槽均包括基座插塞，所述基座插塞被构造为当所述覆盖部分处于折叠位置时防止可食用材料通过所述狭槽筛漏。
9.一种用于形成权利要求1的盖的模具，包括：
形成所述桥接件的第一组腔；和
形成所述盖基座、所述覆盖部分和所述开封带部分的第二组腔，
其中所述第一组腔限定流动通道，在所述盖的形成期间所述流动通道允许盖的材料流过第一组腔以填充模具中的第二组腔，使得所述盖基座、所述覆盖部分和所述开封带部分是单一的一体化部件。
10.根据权利要求1所述的盖，其中所述盖基座、所述覆盖部分和所述开封带部分作为单一的一体化部件形成在一起。
11.一种将塑料盖永久地附连到塑料罐的方法，包括：
提供具有底部分的塑料盖，所述底部分具有带有外表面的内裙边和带有内表面的外裙边；
提供具有内壁和外壁的塑料罐；
为所述罐的外壁提供所述罐的周边卷边和所述罐的周边凹槽；
为所述罐的内壁提供具有下端的上周边部分，其中所述上周边部分向内突出少许，使得所述向内突出的上周边部分的下端限定出在所述罐的内壁的内表面上的微小台阶；

12.一种将多部分盖同时形成为单一的一体化部件的方法，包括：
提供模具，所述模具具有限定盖基座部分、开封带部分和覆盖元件部分的腔；
通过限定所述盖的第一桥接部分的第一流体通道将所述模具的所述覆盖元件部分连接到所述开封带部分；
通过限定所述盖的第二桥接部分的第二流体通道将所述模具的所述盖基座部分连接到所述开封带部分；和
将熔融塑料倒入所述模具中，以将所述多部分盖形成为单一的一体化部件。
13.一种在容器主体上形成权利要求1的多部分盖的方法，包括：
将覆盖部分折叠到盖基座中，以形成以开封带部分作为显窃启开封带的盖；和
将盖附连到容器主体。
