Abstract

一种海绵床垫结构，其中在该海绵床垫的中部及近前部，即相对人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处横向分布有复数个孔。由于本发明通过在人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处的海绵床垫上横向分布有复数个孔，可以增加此处海绵的变形幅度，降低此处海绵的接触硬度，使得人体的肩部与臀部接触的床垫位置变形增大，即更加柔软，因此，该海绵床垫有效提高了人体接触的舒适性，使其更加符合人体工学；另外，在海绵床垫的中部、近前部及近后部位置上都分布有复数个孔，该近前部与近后部相对中部的距离相同，如此可令床垫在铺设时，无论其前部或是后部向前摆放，都可以实现人体肩部接触的位置处具有改变海绵硬度的孔，不受床垫摆放方向的限制。

海绵床垫结构
技术领域
本发明是关于一种用于床垫，特别是指一种海绵床垫结构。
背景技术
家居使用的海绵垫体由于软硬适宜为现在的人们所喜爱。此处以床垫为例说明，因人体躺置于床垫上时，身体各个部位对床垫的施力不同，则具统一硬度的海绵床垫无法完全满足人体对舒适度的要求，如选择较软的海绵床垫，则身体中部感觉舒适，但是对人体的头部及脚部的支撑却显不足；而选择较硬的海绵床垫，虽满足了人体头部及脚部的支撑力度却令身体中部感觉不够柔软舒适；并且海绵软硬度的设置是通过在原材料中各物质比例的调整不同所得。所以本案申请人使有一符合人体工学的海绵床垫结构的在先申请，其具体是该床垫由至少三块海绵拼接而成，位于床垫前后两部的海绵的硬度大于床垫中部的海绵硬度。
由此可见该床垫是由至少两种不同硬度的海绵进行拼接而成，因此其在加工制作过程中工序较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制作简单且符合人体工学的海绵床垫结构，使身体各个部位的接触更加舒适。
为实现上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：一种海绵床垫结构，其中：在该海绵床垫的中部及近前部，即相对人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处横向分布有复数个孔。
所述的海绵床垫的中部及近前部与近后部的位置上分布有复数个孔，该近前部与近后部相对中部的距离相同。
所述的孔是在海绵垫体发泡成型时一次成型而成。
所述的孔是在已成型的海绵垫上开设而成。
所述的孔为通孔或沉孔。
采用上述方案后，由于本发明通过在人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处的海绵床垫上横向分布有复数个孔，海绵床垫上局部设置孔可以增加此处海绵的变形幅度，降低此处海绵的接触硬度，使得人体在侧卧时肩部接触的床垫位置处变形较大，相对较柔软，令人体更加舒适；而平卧时臀部接触的床垫位置变形较大，同样达舒适效果，因此，该海绵床垫有效提高了人体接触的舒适性，使床垫更加符合人体曲线对床垫支撑度的要求，使其更加符合人体工学；另外，在海绵床垫的中部、近前部及近后部位置上都分布有复数个孔，该近前部与近后部相对中部的距离相同，如此可令床垫在铺设时，无论其前部或是后部向前摆放，都可以实现人体肩部接触的位置处具有改变海绵硬度的孔，不受床垫摆放方向的限制。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明实施例1的海绵床垫，是在床垫体1的中部及近前部，即相对人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处横向分布有复数个孔11，该孔11可在海绵床垫发泡成型时一次形成，即在发泡模具中设有复数个柱体；亦可在海绵床垫成型后再开设而成，该孔11可为通孔或是沉孔，该孔的11的形状可为圆形或是非圆形，如三角形、多边形等等都可实现上述需求。海绵床垫上局部设置孔11可以增加海绵的变形幅度，降低海绵的接触硬度，使得人体在侧卧时肩部接触的床垫位置处变形较大，相对较柔软，令人体更加舒适；而平卧时臀部接触的床垫位置变形较大，同样达舒适效果，因此，该海绵床垫有效提高了人体接触的舒适性，使床垫更加符合人体曲线对床垫支撑度的要求，使其更加符合人体工学。
因海绵床垫1需要在外部包覆保护罩，需要在保护罩上明示床垫的使用方向，以便在铺设床垫时，其前部是设在人体肩部接触的方向。
为避免出现床垫方向摆放错误，如图2所示，本发明实施例2的海绵床垫，可在海绵床垫1的中部、近前部及近后部位置上都分布有复数个孔11，该近前部与近后部相对中部的距离相同，如此可令床垫在铺设时，无论其前部或是后部向前摆放，都可以实现人体肩部接触的位置处具有改变海绵硬度的孔11，不受床垫摆放方向的限制。
综上，本发明通过在海绵床垫的人体横卧时各部位对床垫施力的不同，由开设孔11来实现床垫各功能区处软硬的调整，以达更加符合人体工学的要求，同时可以节约海绵床垫的材料成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种海绵床垫结构，其特征在于：在该海绵床垫的中部及近前部，即相对人体横卧时其肩部及臀部接触的位置处横向分布有复数个孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的海绵床垫结构，其特征在于：海绵床垫的中部及近前部与近后部的位置上分布有复数个孔，该近前部与近后部相对中部的距离相同。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的海绵床垫结构，其特征在于：孔是在海绵垫体发泡成型时一次成型而成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的海绵床垫结构，其特征在于：孔是在已成型的海绵垫上开设而成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的海绵床垫结构，其特征在于：孔为通孔或沉孔。
