技术领域
本发明属印刷油墨,尤其是水印印刷无色水性墨。
背景技术
当今社会各种假冒伪劣产品泛滥成灾,已演化为公害,而目前广泛流行的激光全息图像、数字电码查询、高温变色防伪、易碎品防伪设置等,都是可以仿制伪造的,不能从根本上达到防伪的目的。
发明内容
本发明内容是推出一种全新的无色水性墨用于防伪印刷,本发明是选用与纸张的碱特性相容合的碱性物质组合而成,其配方组合为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、乙醇胺、木浆、蒸馏水经充分混合互溶精滤合成,它们的组合印刷在碱性纸张上与纸有极强的亲和力,增强改变了纸张的密实度,因此干后肉眼虽看不见痕迹,水湿后却明显显出,用本发明印刷的水印防伪标识,具有成本低廉、工艺简单、无味、无色、无毒,符合绿色环保低碳的发展方向,为防伪标识的更新起到了实质的突破与跨越。
具体实施方式
下面以具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明,使用氢氧化钠2%~3%、碳酸钠2%~3%、三聚磷酸钠2%~3%、乙醇胺0.5%~1%、木浆7%~10%、蒸馏水75%~80%为比例,充分混合互溶精滤合成后即完成本发明,即可用于各种纸张的水印防伪印刷。本发明水印防伪标识的制作材料属绿色环保物质,无味、无毒,对消费者没有任何毒副作用,对纸张没有特殊要求。书写纸、新闻纸、生宣纸、双面胶纸均可。可根据产品的特点选择适合的纸张,不会因纸张问题影响防伪产品的质量。

1.一种印刷水印防伪标识的无色水性墨,其配方组合为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、乙醇胺、木浆、蒸馏水经充分混合互溶精滤合成,其特征在于混合比例为:氢氧化钠为2%~3%、碳酸钠2%~3%、三聚磷酸钠2%~3%、乙醇胺0.5%~1%、木浆7%~10%、蒸馏水75%~80%。
