本发明公开了一种疝病减压补片,手术补片是近几年治疗疝病的唯一最好方法。由于其网状布片材料是合成纤维,留在体内,病员普遍存有异物感,但若改为天然蚕丝,羊肠线,就此得以改善。

疝病减压补片
本发明是关于医疗的治疗物品,具体地说是关于疝病手术缝补用的一种布片。
疝病主要是腹内脏器通过薄弱小孔裂隙或手术后裂隙向腹外凸出而形成,于是小孔裂隙被越撑越大,凸出脏器也越来越多。数十年来,手术修复一直是唯一的治疗方法,即将这边肌腱筋膜拉向那边肌腱,那边肌腱筋膜拉向这边韧带,互相缝合起来,修复小孔裂隙。可是因拉力大而疼痛,因压力增而易复发。
近几年选用合成纤维编织成网状布片,按疝发部位不同而编织的网布有大有小,各种形状,补在小孔上,补在裂隙上,因无拉力而不再痛,因压力减而大大降低了复发率,因而算是最最好的治疗方法。但是补片材料总为百年不腐的塑料织成的布片,性质较硬,留在病人体内,病人普遍存有异物感,很不舒适。后虽又复合编入了可吸收部分,病人还是如此,原样。
本发明彻底废除合成纤维而全部改为天然的蚕丝和羊肠线,二者均为天然蛋白,性质柔软。蚕丝拉力强,不被吸收,羊肠线可吸收,它们二者作为手术缝合线留在体内,已有数十年的历史,实践考验证明,二者与人体组织相容性好,人体对它适应性强。
改用天然丝,线后,其编织方法全同于合成纤维,制成大小形状也全同于现有的疝病减压补片。

Claims (1)

1.一种疝病减压补片为合成纤维织成有大有小,多种形状的网状布片,其中有全不可被身体吸收及部分可被身体吸收两种。其特征在于,废除布料合成纤维改为蚕丝,可吸收物质为羊肠线。
