Abstract

技术领域
本申请要求具有2007年5月11日申请的申请号为第07 009 545.0号的早期欧洲专利申请″Smoking Device,Charging Means and Methodof Using It″的优先权益。
本发明涉及一种可选吸烟设备,用以减小典型吸烟的负作用。
背景技术
在最近几十年来随着技术的发展,烟草工业对于减小吸烟的负作用方面仅取得了类似低焦油和超低焦油香烟的几项显著进步,然而由于十几年前过滤嘴的引入,香烟和其它烟草产品生产方式并未取得任何大的进步。到目前为止,还没有任何商业上成功的可选择吸烟产品,其相当大地减小所谓的二手烟的负作用。已进行了一些努力以减小这种副作用,但未取得效果可观的结果。
随着人们对健康的日益关注和关于禁止吸烟的区域的限制变得越来越严厉,存在对可选吸烟装置的需求。
过去,已进行了一些尝试以提供可选吸烟解决方案。由于其尺寸和与普通香烟完全不相似,一些这些设备并未提供有效的解决方案,同时由于不方便使用、低通用性和每支高价格或在一些情况中只是口味不好,其它设备也失败了。先前设备的通用问题看似在于如下事实:由于它们使用压力传感器以检测使用者对设备的吸/抽,它们无法过滤风、震动或气压变化的影响。这使得这些设备浪费了大量能量用于加热空气和药剂,甚至当设备未实际抽/吸时,即不需要释放药剂时。另一未解决的问题在于它们无法精确地以预定速度和浓度释放药剂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标在于提供一种用于吸烟的可选装置,其显著减少了类似二手烟和烟灰的吸烟的负面副作用,并且也极大地减小了对吸烟者自己的直接负面效果,如不易受到在燃烧吸食普通香烟时的情况的下极显著数量的毒素,但同时给使用者以与吸食普通香烟极其相似的感受。这些相似处涉及吸烟可选装置的感观,即大小、外观、质地,但也涉及提供的感觉,即相似的口味、温度和吸入空气的体积。本发明的另一个目标在于提供相对廉价且多用途的可选吸烟设备,即几个月的使用与普通香烟的价格相比,即可在所有环境条件中使用,不管是多极端的环境。本发明的另一个目标在于提供一种通过仅在使用者需要时释放它们而高效使用其能量和药剂存量的吸烟设备。
本发明涉及一种无烟吸烟设备及其相关辅助设备,其不只是减小而是完全消除了由吸烟导致的烟雾,从而消除了二手烟效应和讨厌的烟灰,也极大地减小吸烟的直接负面作用,同时提供给吸烟者自己一种极类似于吸食典型香烟的吸烟感受。通过提供一种不用实际燃烧任何物质但使药剂达到一种多用途条件的消耗药剂的方法,该药剂可能是例如吸烟设备的尼古丁,根据本发明的吸烟设备取得了这些目标。同时,本发明的吸烟设备包含电子部件,使其可用于所有环境条件,不受大气压力变化、大风和温度变化的影响。智能电子装置确保吸烟设备在连续充电之间延长的使用时间。本发明的设备可使用专门设计的分配装置,以预定速度和浓度释放药剂。
本发明的优点基于发明目标直观可见。消除消费吸烟设备的动作引起的烟雾产生了来自非吸烟人群更广泛的接受度,从而使吸烟者甚至在采用典型装置吸烟被禁止的区域消费这种吸烟设备。这增加了吸烟者的满意度和舒适度,在特定国家中,吸烟人目前必须费很大劲找到吸烟的地方,在特定情况中,指定吸烟区域很小、位置不令人愉快并且很远。对非吸烟者的好处也很大,因为在许多情况中,当置于吸烟人群中时,非吸烟者必须接受讨厌并且不利于健康的二手烟。
本发明的另一优点是减小了吸烟者自己吸入的毒素。通过代替典型香烟的燃烧以及所有包含的毒素,利用加热的清洁空气,与实现吸烟者满意实际所需的那些相比,本发明的吸烟设备减小了吸烟者吸入的毒素量。这些通常限于减小数量的与香料和口味组合的尼古丁。消除燃烧的其它直接积极效果在于:不会产生烟灰,这使得不用使用烟灰缸,并且也有助于更清洁的吸烟操作。完全消除由于不小心处置导致火灾的危险也是另一积极副作用。
根据使用吸烟装置的方式,例如通过逐步减小包含的尼古丁数量以有利于戒烟,或通过在吸烟设备中使用特定医药药剂,可以取得其它优点。

具体实施方式
本发明的基本想法在于提供一种吸烟设备10,其能够吸入填充/充满-未显示的-例如可包括烟碱的药剂33的空气,而无需实际燃烧任何物质。通过使用能够加热空气流到可释放药剂33程度的加热设备22,利用根据本发明的吸烟设备10可实现这种效果。
本发明的原理将根据图1A到1L描述的第一实施例进行描述。
图1A显示了具有两个主要部件的吸烟设备10,即连接在一起的第一设备20和第二设备30,如它在吸烟设备10正常使用时的那样。这两个吸烟设备10的主要部件20和30可由接口27连接。
图1B显示了吸烟设备10的分开的两个主要部件20,30,使得可以看到它们进一步的细节。第一设备20包括:使新鲜空气进入设备20的第一空气入口25;和使空气从第一设备20出来的第一空气出口26。第二设备30包括:第二空气入口35,用于接收从第一空气出口26出来的空气流;和使空气从第二设备30出来的第二空气出口36。这种从第二设备30出来的空气意味着被吸烟设备10的使用者吸/抽。利用接口27实现从第一空气出口26出来的空气到第二空气入口35的转移,其专门设计使得:第一空气出口26和第二空气入口35可采用气密方式连接。在图1B中所示的实施例中,第一空气入口25沿配置有凹陷的第一设备20的第二容纳部件20.2定位;或在另一实施例中,第二容纳部件20.2由多孔材料制成以使空气流过,从而提供了第一空气入口25的另一可选形式,如图1A到1C所示。

在本发明的所示实施例中,加热设备22是由Cr20Ni80制成的电阻线圈,能够产生足以将经过的空气流加热到使留在第二设备30中的药剂33释放的温度水平的足够热量。它也可以使用其它不稳定材料。这些温度水平可根据选择的药剂33改变。在尼古丁药剂的情况中,空气流的典型温度在150℃与200℃之间。在本发明的优选实施例中,考虑到空气流而确定该温度(例如通过编程),并且温度从加热线圈22到烟嘴件的端部下降。在任何情况中,在使用者嘴处的温度应不超过使用者使用的普通香烟的温度。在优选实施例中,在使用者的嘴处的这种温度不超过35℃-40℃。在当前实施例中,构成加热设备22的电阻线圈通过施加减小的电能被预加热到特定水平,并且在通过传感器设备24检测到空气流时,通过供给蓄电池21的全部电能被完全地加热到最高500℃,到1000℃或甚至到1200℃(实际温度取决于本发明的实施例)检测。通常,这种加热周期约为5秒。
图1C和1D和1E显示了根据本发明的控制电子装置和它包含的部件的几个视图。当第一设备20组装使用时,在这些图可以看到的控制电子装置23被第二容纳部件20.2覆盖。在本发明的当前实施例中,构成控制电子装置23的部件优选地布置在电路板上。
除了其它电和电子部件,该电路板容纳处理器23.1。这个处理器23.1优选地是特别设置的现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),以实现操作吸烟设备10所需的所有功能。这些功能包括:
-电子过滤从传感器设备24接收的信号,如后面段落中描述;
-根据温度变化方案,为了确保空气流足够热以溶解药剂33,而且确保:在第二设备30的第二空气出口36出来的空气并不太热,以不会烧伤使用者的嘴唇,控制加热设备22的温度和从而控制经过空气槽29的空气流的温度,空气槽29将参照图1H描述;
-监控蓄电池21的能量存储量,以确保能够保持对蓄电池21的有限能量进行适当管理。
上述温度控制是极精确的,并且在优选实施例中,是一种可编程控制方案。在制造时或制造以后,控制电子装置23的处理器23.1能够被编程以应用使蓄电池21的寿命最优化、特殊药剂33的释放以及从而整个吸烟设备10的操作的特别定制的温度变化方案。这种温度控制还考虑了周围温度,由于其变化直接影响到进入吸烟设备10的空气的温度,即更低周围温度,更多的能量必须被提供给加热设备22,以充分加热空气流以能够溶解药剂33。
所述温度控制利用处理器23.1和温度传感器实现。在优选实施例中,使用嵌入处理器23.1中的温度传感器作为温度传感器。由于多数商业可用处理器的设计中已加入温度传感器的事实,这可以实现。采用这种方式,由于消除了安装另外温度传感器的需要,在容纳控制电子装置23的电路板上可节约显著的空间。然而,本发明的另一个实施例使用未嵌入处理器23.1中的温度传感器,即它是优选地放置在电路板上的分开传感器。
上述可编程温度变化方案为吸烟设备10提供了关于选择的药剂33的很大灵活性。采用这种方式,可以使用广泛范围的药剂33,每种具有不同的溶解温度。此外,通过使用温度变化方案,也可以实现释放给使用者的药剂33的量随时间变化,由于在普通香烟的情况中,火焰逐渐接近使用者,这种变化类似普通香烟烟草、尼古丁和其它香气释放变化的变化。
在本发明的优选实施例中,该传感器设备24是特殊适配的麦克风。更优选的是电介体麦克风,其通过使用永久充电材料消除了对电源的需要。消除了由于极大尺寸、重量和因此吸烟设备10的能量保存限制而产生的对电源的需要是特别有利的。这些麦克风的极重要的部件是电介体,一种具有永久静电电荷的稳定电介材料。使用电介体麦克风的主要优点是其低成本、减小尺寸和几乎零的能量需要。
这种传感器设备24的主要目的在于检测经过第一设备20的空气流,将信号发送给电子电路23,其接着将使蓄电池22释放其整个电能到加热设备22,以到达先前段落中讨论的温度水平。
在下文中,我们将称作″吸/抽检测″,使用者在吸烟设备10处抽/吸运动的精确检测。这种抽/吸仅指当它期望被使用,由吸烟设备10的使用者进行的期望吸取,即类似于普通吸烟吸/抽的吸/抽。该抽/吸检测并不是指检测由于风、突然压力变化等我们在下文中称作噪声或错误检测所导致的吸烟设备中的其它空气流检测。
精确抽/吸检测实际上使对加热设备22供电时间最小,并且从而明显减小其能耗。抽/吸检测期间的主要问题是需要过滤出噪声,即会导致浪费能量的错误信息检测。
根据本发明,这样的过滤方法主要有三种:
-在优选实施例中,电介体麦克风被专门构造,以具有对应于由香烟使用者抽/吸产生的振动频率的窄频率响应。通常,这种频率范围适合在5Hz以下,一种足够低以消除错误检测的概率的范围,因为多数环境噪声在这种频率以上。由于传感器设备24的振动元件的机械属性被调节以使频率响应变窄,这种解决方案我们在这里称作机械过滤。这能够通过由更结实材料制造麦克风的振动元件实现,或提供另外阻尼以消除更高频率振动。
-另一种方法是使用过滤出选定的频率范围的被动电过滤器,诸如通常的带通过滤器。在这种情况下,通过适合地选择被动电过滤器的电部件来调节约5Hz的频率范围。在最基本的实施例中,这种被动电过滤器通常称作RLC电路。
-在本发明的另一个实施例中,其中在控制电子装置23包括复杂和功能足够的处理器23.1的情况下,主动、电子信号过滤在所述处理器23.1中实现。在这种情况下,代表传感器设备24周围的所有振动的未过滤信号被发送到处理器23.1,在那里,该信号将被电子过滤,以检测对吸烟设备10的抽/吸和仅抽吸,同时所有噪声将被忽略。由于主动电子过滤能够被编程以比被动机械或电过滤器更复杂,可以增加过滤精度并且从而增加抽/吸检测精度。在处理器23.1中实现的这些主动电子过滤器的基本过滤也是约5Hz的带通过滤器,但也可执行其它的先进过滤以消除噪声并增加了吸/抽检测的精度。
考虑到抽/吸检测,人们应注意到使用麦克风作为传感器设备24的另一原因。事实在于:使用压力传感器的可选解决方案具有明显的缺点。使用压力传感器并不优选的最重要的原因在于:风或高度差能够偏置这个传感器,从而获得噪声,从而给处理器23.1错误信号,错误信号并不实际涉及使用者对吸烟设备10上吸/抽,而是由于环境因素。为能够使用压力传感器作为用作抽/吸检测的传感器设备24,吸烟设备10、并且尤其是控制电子装置23对这些不可预测环境因素的恒定配合会需要将蓄电池21耗尽的复杂的电学和恒定能量获取。
图1F显示了第一设备20的俯视图。这个视图提供了充电接口28的进一步细节,其包括第一接点28.1、第二接点28.2,它们通过电池盖21.1而彼此电绝缘。利用将在说明的随后部分描述的充电装置40,第一接点28.1和第二接点28.2被设置以实现蓄电池21的充电。在所示实施例中,这些接点28.1,28.2被布置为两个同心圆,但在不同实施例中,这些接点可被不同地布置,例如两个邻接电绝缘半圆。在另一实施例中,该充电接口28是可连接到诸如例如移动电话或小型USB端口的充电器的标准充电设备40的标准接口。

设计第二设备30时的其它局限在于:低成本和可丢弃,由于第二设备30并不必重新使用,第二设备30具有很大生态意义,即它将可能大量产生。

图1K和1M显示了采用气密方式将第一设备20的第一容纳部件20.1与第二设备30连接的接口27的几种变型。
在图1K中,将第一设备20与第二设备30连接的接口27可以是一对装配入彼此中的互连的管状段。该第二设备30具有管状延长部27.1,其中直径比整个第二设备30的外径D1更小。这种管状延伸部27.1装配在第一设备20中的对应管状切口27.2中。当推在一起时,***管状切口27.2时的管状延伸部27.1形成气密接口27。在本发明的另一个实施例中,该管状延伸部27.1是第二设备30的一部分,并且管状切口是第一设备20的部分。在这种另一实施例中,第一容纳部件20.1也可以是第二设备30的一部分。

图1L显示了接口27的另一实施例,其中:第一空气出口26和第二空气入口35均具有平坦外部表面,并且它们通过简单地将两者按压在一起而结合在一起。为了实现气密接口27,另一密封环27.3被设置在第一设备20上,其能够扭曲在第二设备30上的对应螺丝27.4上,或能够纵向拉在第二设备30的端部上。
如果需要,关于接口27的任何先前提及的变型,也可以使用多种密封材料。这些能够采用多种表面覆盖层的形式,构成仅作为一个实例的接口27。
图中未显示第二设备30包含的药剂33。这种药剂33可包含多种物质。在第一实施例中,该药剂33在香料和芳香料(可能具有香烟的口味)中包含尼古丁。根据本发明,第二设备30制造带有药剂33的不同成份。这产生了本发明多种极有用的应用。例如,一次性第二设备30可被包装在较大的分配块中,每一块都包含少量尼古丁,以有助于去除尼古丁瘾。在另一实施例中,几种香料或芳香料可被增加到药剂33,以类似不同品牌和类型的香烟。在另一实施例中,该药剂33包括由加热空气流溶解的特定药品。为了给出实例,这些药可以是治疗哮喘药。在这种另一实施例中,该药剂33不包含烟草滋味,但已证明更好地为人体接受的医药,这时采用温暖或热蒸汽形式口服。
提供具有所述药剂33的第二设备30和所述药剂33的释放所具有几种可能手段:
-在第一实施例中,该药剂33被密封在容器32中并放置在第二设备30的相应容器部件31中,如图1L所示。该容器32具有薄覆盖层38,其然后由用于第一设备20的穿孔34的可选装置穿孔,如关于图U所示。所述用于穿孔的装置34可连接至第一设备20,使得:当经接口27连接第二设备30时,薄覆盖层38被穿孔以有利于药剂33暴露于流经第二设备30的空气流。

-在又一实施例中,该药剂33被确定在极薄的容器32中,容器32由可由经过第二设备30的加热空气溶解的材料制成。当选择容器32的材料时,已进行了特殊考虑,在这种情况下,两个主要要求是低熔化温度,和同时在融化时无有毒蒸汽释放。在本发明的另一个实施例中,先前描述的温度变化方案被编程,使得:当连接第二设备30和第一设备20时,短的高能脉冲被提供给加热设备22,其在反应中发出强热脉冲,其接着能够融化薄容器32。这种快热脉冲在将第一设备20与第二设备30连接后立即提供,并且容器32的融化在使用者将吸烟设备放置在他/她嘴中前发生,从而避免燃烧由于热脉冲可能出现的燃烧或由于容器的融化暴露于有毒化合物。
-在吸烟设备10的另一实施例中,药剂33包含在接口27内的容器32中,其在这个实施例中是连接在第一设备20的第一空气出口26与第二设备30的入口35之间的分开、独立部件。
在这里,使第二设备30配备所述药剂33和释放所述药剂33的上述装置称作分配装置37。
图2显示了期望与吸烟设备10一起使用的充电装备40。在所示优选实施例中,该充电装置40也用作吸烟设备10用的存储设备。为此原因,所示充电装置40位于容器49中。
如该图所示,充电装置40的核心部件包括:用于容纳至少部分所述吸烟设备10的机架41;蓄电池42;和充电器接点43,它们被布置在所述机架41中,以能够在蓄电池42与吸烟设备10的填充接口28的相应接点28.1,28.2之间建立电接点。
该机架41被设计以便能够容纳具有填充接口28的吸烟设备10的至少端部。在图2描述的优选实施例中,机架41能够容纳吸烟设备10的整个第一部件20。这种特征使充电设备40也用作存储设备,以在充电或不使用时保护和存储吸烟设备10。在另一实施例中,该机架41可以相互交换,使得:相同的充电装置40可通过连接还具有适合的充电器接点43的适合机架41与几种类型和尺寸的吸烟设备10一起使用。
不应该与吸烟设备10的蓄电池21混淆的高容量蓄电池42具有足以对低容量蓄电池21充电几次,同时吸烟设备10驻留在机架41中存储电能的作用。在优选实施例中,这种蓄电池42是7.4V,40OmAh电池。这种布局使吸烟设备10的使用者可以使用它几次而无需接近电输出或其它电源,以对吸烟设备10的蓄电池21充电。充电装置40的这个特征给吸烟设备10更高程度的独立性,给使用者具有由其处置的一包普通香烟的类似体验。类似地如同具有一包普通香烟,使用者应打开充电装置40的盖46,取出吸烟设备10,并具有包括如普通香烟应允许的相同数目抽取的烟。在吸烟后,使用者应将吸烟设备10放回入充电装置40,使得:该吸烟设备10能够在需要时为新烟充电,并放置空/无药剂的第二设备30或用药剂33重新填充第二设备30。
在本发明的上下文中,吸烟动作涉及具有包括多次抽吸的烟的通常意义,意味着抽/吸香烟的烟嘴,从而导致类似尼古丁和香料的特定量的化学品被热空气流运送并进入人的口中。
在优选实施例中,充电装置40还包括电子电路44。这具有控制吸烟设备10充电的主要作用。充电装置40优选地能够对吸烟设备10的蓄电池充电几次。充电装置40的辅助作用将提供吸烟设备20最小能量,以在延长时间周期保持其起作用,而当然吸烟设备10保持在其中。所述延长的时间周期能够在优选实施例中高达6个月。
电子电路44也能够保持充电数目的记录和类似吸烟设备10的通常使用数据。为了利用所述使用数据,充电装置40还包括接口45,提供用于所述电子电路44和外部计算设备之间的接点。这种接口45优选地是用在计算应用中的标准接口,在优选实施例中是USB(通用串行总线)接口。记录的数据可以用于分析人的吸烟习惯,或在使用具有医药成份的药剂33的情况中,以分析结果和剂量。在另一实施例中,该连接到接口45的计算设备能够将记录数据传送到中央数据库。在这种情况中,使用传送到所述中央数据库的数据,可以拟订更加通常的统计分析。这些分析能够例如用于健康、商用或社会目的。
接口45还可用于实现充电装置40的蓄电池42的充电。通过将接口45连接到计算设备并从其传送电能,或通过连接具有相应接口的AC或DC充电器,可以进行这种充电。几个这种充电器可在市场上获得,诸如110/220V AC电输出充电器或12V DC汽车充电器,以仅作为几个实例。
图3A和3B显示了充电装置40的实施例的另外视图。
图3A显示了可以看出标准USB接口45和保持盖46的铰链48的侧视图。在这个图看到的W1是充电装置40的优选宽度,其被选择使得:充电装置40能够容纳适合的充电机架41和充电装置40的其它部件。
图3B显示了根据本发明的充电装置40的另一实施例的前视图。这个实施例能够容纳两个吸烟设备10,相应地具有两组机架41和充电器接点43。这种特定布局可具有几个目的,例如能够在两个吸烟人之间共用相同的充电器装置40,或需要充电装置40对新烟的吸烟设备10的蓄电池21充电的充电时间对于“烟瘾大的人”太长的情况。按照相同概念,能够容纳不同数目的吸烟设备10的充电装置40也是可能的。在这个图中还显示了如此选择以能够容纳高度H2的吸烟设备的H1。该吸烟设备10的直径D2也在这里显示,其直接确定充电机架41的内径。
在另一实施例中,该充电装置是汽车充电器,其可装在汽车的仪表盘中和/或更换包含在几乎所有目标汽车上的典型点烟器。对于具有当前适合的典型点烟器的汽车使用者,适配器可被设置,其在一侧装配这些典型点烟器使用的标准插头,并且另一侧,能够连接到吸烟设备10的充电接口28。
图4显示了根据本发明的控制电子装置23的主要结构框。这包括:电介质类型传感器设备24;8-位中央处理单元65;加热设备22;温度控制单元61;脉冲宽度调制解调器62;12位模拟/数字变换器63;和可编程门阵列64。
在这个图显示的***用作如下:
-当吸烟设备10被吸/抽时,然后该***将处于空闲或待用状态,具有小于10[mu]A的电源消耗;
-一旦吸烟设备10被吸/抽,传感器设备24将获得模拟信号,然后其利用12位模拟/数字变换器63转换为数字信号。然后借助于脉冲宽度调制解调器62分析该数字信号将被;并且如果信号匹配对应于实际吸/抽而不是噪声的模式,温度控制单元61将接合加热设备22,以实现在先前段落中详细描述的预先编程温度变化方案。
将理解到:在不背离如下面权利要求定义的本发明的范围的情况下,可采用基于先前描述的具体结构的多种变化。
Claims (22)
1.吸烟设备(10)包含第一设备(20)和第二设备(30),其中:所述第一设备(20)包括:
-用于存储和释放电能的蓄电池(21);
-能够应用所述蓄电池(21)的电能的加热设备(22);
-第一空气入口(25)和第一空气出口(26),所述第一空气入口(25)和第一空气出口(26)被布置使得:经所述第一空气入口(25)进入所述第一设备(20)的空气流经过所述加热设备(22),并经所述第一空气出口(26)流出;
-控制电子装置(23);
-传感器设备(24),
并且其中:所述第二设备(30)包括:
-药剂(33);
-第二空气入口(35)和第二空气出口(36),所述第二空气入口(35)和第二空气出口(36)被布置使得:经所述第二空气入口(35)进入所述第二设备(30)的空气流经过所述第二设备(30),并经所述第二空气出口(36)流出,
-用于控制所述药剂(33)的释放的分配装置(37),
并且其中有用于连接所述第一设备(20)和第二设备(30)的接口(27),使得:所述第一空气出口(26)被连接到所述第二空气入口(35)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述传感器设备(24)是麦克风,并且所述控制电子装置(23)包括主动和/或被动过滤器以过滤从传感器设备(24)接收的信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述传感器设备是麦克风,并且所述控制电子装置(23)包括主动和/或被动过滤器以过滤从传感器设备(24)接收的信号。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述控制电子装置(23)包括处理器(23.1),优选地是现场可编程门阵列,被编程用以:
-电子过滤从传感器设备(24)接收的信号;
-控制加热设备(22)的温度;
-监控蓄电池(21)的能量存量。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述蓄电池(21)包括充电接口(28),所述蓄电池利用所述充电接口能够连接到充电装置(40)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述加热设备(22)被设计成达到至少500℃的温度,并且优选地超过1000℃,以便能够将空气流加热到高达200℃。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述第一设备(20)包括将所述第一空气入口(25)与所述第一空气出口(26)连接的空气槽(29);所述槽被设计以引导所述空气流经过所述加热设备(22),和/或围绕和/或沿所述加热设备(22)引导所述空气流。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),包括:指示元件(11),所述指示元件为所述吸烟设备(10)的使用者提供状态信息。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述第一设备(20)和所述第二设备(30)分别具有直径D1和D2的圆柱形状,并且其中:D1与D2相同或近似相同。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述控制电子装置(23)还包括:
-温度控制单元(61);
-脉冲宽度调制解调器(62);
-模拟/数字变换器(63);
-可编程门阵列(64);和
-中央处理单元(65)。
11.根据前述权利要求1-15中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述第二设备(30)被设计用于一次性使用,并且优选地具有普通香烟的过滤部的形状。
12.根据前述权利要求1-15中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述第一设备(20)可重复使用,并且优选地具有普通香烟的烟草部的形状。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸烟设备(10),其中:所述第一设备(20)通过***并将其连接到充电装置(40)而能够被重新充电。
14.一种与吸烟设备(10)一起使用的充电装置(40),所述充电装置(40)包括:用于容纳至少部分所述吸烟设备(10)的机架(41);蓄电池(42);和充电器接点(43),所述充电器接点被布置在所述机架(41)中或所述机架(41)处,以便在所述蓄电池(42)与所述吸烟设备(10)的相应接点(28.1,28.2)之间建立电接触。
15.根据权利要求14所述的充电装置(40),其中:所述机架(41)具有圆柱形中空形状,使得:也具有圆柱形状的吸烟设备(10)能够在其中滑动,直到建立电接触。

17.根据权利要求16所述的充电装置(40),还包括接口(45),优选包括USB-接口,提供用于所述电子电路(44)与外部计算设备之间的接触。
18.权利要求14-17中任一项所述的充电装置(40)是便携式充电盒,用作在其使用前对吸烟设备(10)充电的存储和充电装置。
19.权利要求14-17中任一项所述的充电装置(40)被安装在车中,以在其使用前对吸烟设备(10)充电。
20.一种使用吸烟设备(10)的方法,所述吸烟设备包含第一设备(20)和第二设备(30),所述第一设备(20)包括蓄电池(21)、控制电子装置(23)和加热设备(22),并且所述第二设备(30)包括药剂(33),其特征在于下述步骤:
-对所述第一设备(20)的蓄电池(21)进行充电,
-连接第一设备(20)和第二设备(30),
-将所述第二设备(30)的端部置于使用者的双唇之间,
-吸/抽经过所述第二设备(30)的空气,如同人们使用普通香烟,
-处理器(21),所述处理器作为控制电子装置(23)的一部分,通过所述传感器设备(24)检测空气的吸/抽,
-响应空气吸/抽的检测,从所述蓄电池(21)释放电能,用于加热所述加热设备(22),并且用于加热流经所述吸烟设备(10)的空气,
-利用分配装置(37)释放部分的所述药剂(33),同时已由所述加热设备(22)加热后的空气经过所述第二设备(30)。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,包括步骤:
-使所述第一设备(20)或与所述第二设备(30)一起的所述第一设备(20)和分开的充电装置(40)连接,以在对所述第一设备(20)的蓄电池(21)充电前,在所述充电装置(40)与所述吸烟设备(10)的对应接点(28.1,28.2)之间建立电接触。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,包括步骤:
-将所述第一设备(20)或连接所述第二设备(30)的所述第一设备(20)存储在便携盒(40)中,
-在存储在所述便携盒(40)中的同时,提供包含在所述便携盒(40)中的蓄电池(42)与所述吸烟设备(10)的相应接点(28.1,28.2)之间的电接触,以便对所述第一设备(20)的蓄电池(21)充电。
