Abstract
本发明提供一种双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,为具有特定的可作双回转方向输入的电马达,其输出端供输往恒向输出传动装置的输入端,而经恒向输出传动装置的输出端,作恒定回转方向输出以驱动负载轮组,使用者可作驱动输入方向的操控,通过具有不同变速比的恒向输出传动装置,在不同驱动输入方向时作不同变速比的恒定回转方向输出。
Description
技术领域
本发明提供一种双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,为可供应用于电马达驱动的电动脚踏车、电动机车、或电动车辆等载具、或电动产业机械。
背景技术
传统电马达驱动***的变速输出,除操控电马达变速外,通常须由CVT或排档方式完成,其构造复杂、成本高、传动效率差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,乃在于提供一种双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,为具有特定的可作双回转方向输入的电马达,其输出端供输往恒向输出传动装置的输入端,而经恒向输出传动装置的输出端,作恒定回转方向输出,以驱动负载轮组,使用者可作电马达运转方向的操控,以改变驱动输入方向,而借助具有不同变速比的恒向输出传动装置,在不同驱动输入方向时作不同变速比的恒定回转方向输出。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图详细说明本发明的特征及优点:
本发明是一种具有可借助电马达作正转或反转的双回转方向,驱动恒向输出传动装置的输入端,而经恒向输出传动装置的输出端,以借助具有不同变速比的恒向输出传动装置,在不同驱动输入方向时作不同变速比的恒定回转方向输出以驱动负载轮组,本发明可供应用于电马达驱动的电动脚踏车、电动机车、或电动车辆等载具、或电动产业机械。
如图1至图4所示,本发明为通过输入装置111的操作信号或指令,以将电能供给装置100的电能经电马达操控装置110对电马达101,作第一驱动回转方向或不同回转方向的第二回转方向驱动,电马达101输出端所输出的回转动能,直接、或经传动装置104输往恒向输出传动装置102的输入端,以借助具有不同变速比的恒向输出传动装置,在不同驱动输入方向时作不同变速比的恒定回转方向输出回转动能,供驱动负载轮组103,如图1至图4所示,其中:
电马达101:为由各种交流或直流、无刷或有刷、同步或异步运转的电能驱动的电马达,并可作正反转的运转;
电马达操控装置110:为由机电元件或装置、或固态电子元件或装置、或具有微处理器及相关软件的控制电路所构成,供输入来自市电或发电机的交流或直流电源、或来自燃料电池、一次电池、或可储放电的二次电池等电能供给装置100的电能,以对电马达101作开或关、转向、转速、扭力作操控及作过电压、或过电流的保护;
输入装置111:为供对电马达操控装置110,发出对电马达101的开或关、回转方向、转速、扭力的操控或设定的信号或指令;
电马达101第一驱动回转方向的动能及第二驱动回转方向的输入动能,为供驱动恒向输出传动装置102的输入端;
第一驱动回转方向与第二驱动回转方向为相反方向;
恒向输出传动装置102:恒向输出传动装置102为能直接、或经传动装置104接受来自电马达101的不同回转方向动能,而输出恒定回转方向动能;构成恒向输出传动装置102内部的传动组件由1齿轮组;或2磨擦轮组;或3链条及链轮组;或4皮带及皮带轮组;或5传动曲柄及轮组;或6流体传动装置;或7电磁力传动装置等所构成,或由上述其中一种或一种以上传动组件构成;恒向输出传动装置102于输入不同回转方向的第一驱动回转方向与第二驱动回转方向驱动时,输入端对作恒定回转方向输出端的速比,可为相同、或不同、或可变速比;
负载轮组103:为由恒向输出传动装置102输出端所直接驱动、或经传动装置104作恒定单转向驱动的轮组型负载。
本发明进一步可在恒向输出传动装置102与负载轮组103之间、或电马达101与恒向输出传动装置102之间、或电马达101与恒向输出传动装置102之间及恒向输出传动装置102与负载轮组103之间加设传动装置104;
传动装置104:传动装置104包括由以下一种或一种以上传动装置所构成:(1)固定速比的各种齿轮式、皮带式、摩擦式等回转式传动功能结构所构成,或(2)借助人力、或机力、或流力、或离心力、或转矩、或反转矩操作的有段或无段变速装置所构成,或(3)可操控切换输入端与输出端的相对回转方向关系的传动装置所构成,或(4)由人力、或机力、或电磁力、或流力、或离心力、或转矩、或反转矩等所操作的离合装置,或单向传动离合装置(single wayclutch),以作联结传动或中断传动的离合功能装置所构成。
上述双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,为由人工操作输入装置111,经电马达操控装置110对电马达101的转向作操控运作。
此外,此项双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,亦可借助加设电马达负载电流检测装置109,以自动随负载电流切换输出的速比;
依上述图5至图8,本发明可进一步设置电马达负载电流检测装置109,电马达负载电流检测装置109可为通过各种降压式电流检测装置、或电磁效应感应式电流检测装置、或磁检测式电流检测装置、或积热式电流检测装置所构成,为供检测电马达101的负载电流以回授至电马达操控装置110,而在电马达的负载电流超过设定值的状态,且此状态超过设定时间时,通过电马达负载电流检测装置109的信号输往输入装置111或电马达操控装置110以改变电马达101的回转方向,进而改变恒向输出传动装置102的变速比为相对加大减速比以增加输出转矩的同回转方向输出以驱动负载;
而在电马达101的负载电流回归下降至设定值以内时,可通过以下两种方式作回归原状态的操控:
(1)由人工操作方式的操控输入装置111,以操控电马达操控装置110使电马达101回归原回转方向,而以原速比驱动负载;
(2)通过电马达操控装置110,在电马达负载电流检测装置109所检测电流下降至设定值时,自动选择能依该时间驱动负载的转速而相对于速比的变动,能对负载作顺畅而不顿错或暴冲驱动的相对输出电量值,以驱动电马达101顺畅衔接原回转方向运转;
若此项双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,进一步须作不同驱动方向的恒向输出,则可以下列方式达成:
(1)通过电马达操控装置110操控电马达101初始驱动方向;
(2)另行加设马达方向切换开关以人工切换马达初始回转方向;
(3)由传动装置104其中之一作机械性切换输出转向及变换速比功能的传动装置所构成,以供切换输出转向。
Claims (5)
1.一种双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,其特征在于,所述双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***为通过输入装置(111)的操作信号或指令,以将电能供给装置(100)的电能经电马达操控装置(110)对电马达(101)作第一驱动回转方向或不同回转方向的第二驱动回转方向驱动,电马达(101)输出端所输出的回转动能,直接、或经传动装置(104)输往恒向输出传动装置(102)的输入端,以通过具有不同变速比的恒向输出传动装置,在不同驱动输入方向时作不同变速比的恒定回转方向输出回转动能,供驱动负载轮组(103),其中:
电马达(101):为由各种交流或直流、无刷或有刷、同步或异步运转的电能驱动的电马达,并可作正反转的运转;
电马达操控装置(110):为由机电元件或装置、或固态电子元件或装置、或具有微处理器及相关软件的控制电路所构成,供输入来自市电或发电机的交流或直流电源、或来自燃料电池、一次电池、或可储放电的二次电池电能供给装置(100)的电能,以对电马达(101)作开或关、转向、转速、扭力作操控及作过电压、或过电流的保护;
输入装置(111):为供对电马达操控装置(110),发出对电马达(101)的开或关、回转方向、转速、扭力的操控或设定的信号或指令;
电马达(101)第一驱动回转方向的动能及第二驱动回转方向的输入动能,为供驱动恒向输出传动装置(102)的输入端;
第一驱动回转方向与第二驱动回转方向为相反方向;
恒向输出传动装置(102):恒向输出传动装置(102)为能直接、或经传动装置(104)接受来自电马达(101)的不同回转方向动能,而输出恒定回转方向动能;构成恒向输出传动装置(102)内部的传动组件,含由1)齿轮组;2)磨擦轮组;3)链条及链轮组;4)皮带及皮带轮组;5)传动曲柄及轮组;6)流体传动装置;7)电磁力传动装置中一种以上传动组件构成;恒向输出传动装置(102)于输入不同回转方向的第一驱动回转方向与第二驱动回转方向驱动时,输入端对作恒定回转方向输出端的速比,可为相同、或不同、或可变速比;
负载轮组(103):为由恒向输出传动装置(102)输出端所直接驱动、或经传动装置(104)作恒定单转向驱动的轮组型负载;
进一步设置电马达负载电流检测装置(109),用以自动随负载电流切换输出的速比,电马达负载电流检测装置(109)可为通过各种降压式电流检测装置、或电磁效应感应式电流检测装置、或磁检测式电流检测装置、或积热式电流检测装置所构成,为供检测电马达(101)的负载电流以回授至电马达操控装置(110),而在电马达的负载电流超过设定值的状态,且此状态超过设定时间时,通过电马达负载电流检测装置(109)的信号输往输入装置(111)或电马达操控装置(110)以改变电马达(101)的回转方向,进而改变恒向输出传动装置(102)的变速比为相对加大减速比以增加输出转矩的同回转方向输出以驱动负载;
在电马达(101)的负载电流回归下降至设定值以内时,可通过电马达操控装置(110),在电马达负载电流检测装置(109)所检测电流下降至设定值时,自动选择能依该时间驱动负载的转速而相对于速比的变动,能对负载作顺畅而不顿错或暴冲驱动的相对输出电量值,以驱动电马达(101)顺畅衔接原回转方向运转。
2.如权利要求1所述的双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,其特征在于,进一步可在恒向输出传动装置(102)与负载轮组(103)之间、或电马达(101)与恒向输出传动装置(102)之间、或电马达(101)与恒向输出传动装置(102)之间及恒向输出传动装置(102)与负载轮组(103)之间加设传动装置(104)。
3.如权利要求2所述的双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,其特征在于,传动装置(104)包括由以下一种或一种以上传动装置所构成:1)固定速比的各种回转式传动功能结构:齿轮式、皮带式、摩擦式所构成,或2)借助人力、或机力、或流力、或离心力、或转矩、或反转矩操作的有段或无段变速装置所构成,或3)可操控切换输入端与输出端的相对回转方向关系的传动装置所构成,或4)由人力、或机力、或电磁力、或流力、或离心力、或转矩、或反转矩所操作的离合装置,或单向传动离合装置,以作联结传动或中断传动的离合功能装置所构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,其特征在于,进一步须作不同驱动方向的恒向输出,则可通过电马达操控装置(110)操控电马达(101)的初始驱动方向。
5.如权利要求1所述的双向输入恒向输出的电马达驱动***,其特征在于,进一步须作不同驱动方向的恒向输出,则可由传动装置(104)其中之一作机械性切换输出转向及变换速比功能的传动装置所构成,以供切换输出转向。
