Abstract

本发明的一种制备粉煤灰生物陶粒的工艺方法,采用80~98%的粉煤灰(干级混合),粘土质煤矸石0~12.5%;外加剂0~2.5%、水2~5%按比例混合搅拌,烧结成型温度为900~950℃,配制通过烧结工艺制备符合生物滤池用填料。用于城市饮用水、水源地轻污染处理、城市工业、生活污水处理、油田油水分离、深井水处理等领域。采用粉煤灰生物陶粒符合国家节能减排政策,是利用城市固体废弃物制成填料制品,再治理城市污水。具有显著的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。

Description

一种制备粉煤灰生物陶粒的工艺方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于城市给排水的环保滤料,制备粉煤灰生物陶粒方法,属于环境保护技术领域。 
二、背景技术
目前填料在曝气池的作用至关重要,自法国CGF公司所属的OTV公司首次开发曝气生物工艺以来,即采用一种新型圆形粒状填料(即人造陶粒)。该料一方面提供微生物生长的场所,另一方面可以截留污水中的SS和剩余污泥。因而填料的质量直接影响到曝气生物滤池中微生物降解有机物性能的优劣并影响到污水厂的处理成本,降低废水处理和生物填料反冲洗运行能耗。 
本发明充分利用本身产品优势,并结合到常规滤料的基理、特性,研发粉煤灰生物陶粒,比起不可再生资源制成的粘土陶粒和浮石,采用烧结膨胀而制成的粉煤灰生物陶粒其表面微孔多,比表面积比粘土陶粒大,更适合各类微生物的生长,并且稳定、牢靠。采用特殊的烧结曲线,表面不形成釉,且可根据污水厂要求制作不同堆积密度的陶粒。抗压强度大(≥6Mpa),而粘土陶粒一般在3~5Mpa;表面耐磨擦,抗酸碱性强,物理、化学稳定性高,因而使用寿命长。由于烧结成球型,滤层空隙分布均匀,不易堵塞、板结,故出水量高。 
三、发明的内容 
本发明的粉煤灰生物陶粒主要原料,采用80~98%的粉煤灰(干级混合),粘土质煤矸石0~12.5%;外加剂0~2.5%、水2~5%配制通过烧结工艺制备符合生物滤池用填料。 
具体工艺方法如下; 
(1)将粉煤灰、粘土质煤矸石、外加剂按比例计量,混合搅拌均匀后,用2~5%水,搅拌至规定要求; 
(2)采用成球盘按照一定角度、转速及时间成核、成球按规定质量生球; 
(3)烧结成型温度为900~950℃,按照一定的烧结曲线和温度烧结制作成陶粒; 
(4)按照产品企业标准进行检测。 
四、发明的效果
粉煤灰生物陶粒具有容重轻、强度高、导热性低、耐火度高、保温防冻、抗腐蚀、抗冲击、抗震、耐磨、且多孔,比表面积大(是石英砂滤料的6~8倍),孔隙率大(是石英砂的1.7~2.2倍),易于生物膜生成而替代粘土陶粒、浮石、石英砂等滤料。用于城市饮用水、水源地轻污染处理、城市工业、生活污水处理、油田油水分离、深井水处理等领域。采用粉煤灰生物陶粒符合国家节能减排政策,是利用城市固体废弃物制成填料制品,再治理城市污水。具有显著的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。 
五、具体实施方式
1、将粉煤灰为93%、煤矸石为5%、水为2%,温度为920℃,粉煤灰生物陶粒粒径3~8mm。 
2、将粉煤灰为90%、煤矸石为5%、外加剂为2%、水为3物陶粒粒3~8mm。 
3、将粉煤灰为95%、煤矸石为5%、外加剂为2%、水为℃,粉煤灰生物陶粒粒径3~8mm。 

Claims (1)

1.一种制备粉煤灰生物陶粒的工艺方法,其特征在于:配方为重量百分比:粉煤灰为90~98%、煤矸石为5~17.5%、外加剂为大于2~2.5%、水为2~5%,各组分含量百分数之和为百分之百,粉煤灰生物陶粒粒径3~8mm;制备工艺为:(1)将粉煤灰、煤矸石、外加剂按比例计量,混合搅拌均匀后,用2~5%水,搅拌至规定要求;(2)采用成球盘按照一定角度、转速及时间成核、成球按规定质量生球;(3)烧结成型温度为900~950℃,按照一定的烧结曲线和温度烧结制作;(4)按照产品企业标准进行检测。
