本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP转移基膜。BOPP哑光转移基膜,其特征在于:它由消光层、芯层和表层组成,芯层位于消光层与表层之间,消光层、芯层和表层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成;所述消光层的材料由SO2、钛白粉和聚丙烯组成,各组份所占质量百分数为:SO2 20%、钛白粉15%、聚丙烯65%;所述芯层的材料为单硬脂酸甘油酯、芥酸酰胺、聚丙烯和乙氧化胺组成;各组份的配比为:单硬脂酸甘油酯500ppm、芥酸酰胺500ppm、聚丙烯为余量、乙氧化胺1000ppm;所述表层的材料由聚丙烯和SO2组成,各组份的配比为:SO2为2000ppm,聚丙烯为余量;消光层的材料∶芯层的材料∶表层的材料的质量比为1∶1∶1。本发明具有消光功能。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP转移基膜。
背景技术
目前的BOPP转移基膜存在着如下不足:没有消光功能。如需哑光效果,是在现有亮光的BOPP转移基膜上涂消光材料(需后加工)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消光功能的BOPP哑光转移基膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:BOPP哑光转移基膜,其特征在于:它由消光层、芯层和表层组成,芯层位于消光层与表层之间,消光层、芯层和表层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成;
所述消光层的材料由SO2、钛白粉和聚丙烯(PP)组成,各组份所占质量百分数为:SO2 20%、钛白粉15%、聚丙烯65%;
所述芯层的材料为单硬脂酸甘油酯、芥酸酰胺、聚丙烯(PP)和乙氧化胺组成,各组份的配比为:单硬脂酸甘油酯500ppm、芥酸酰胺500ppm、聚丙烯(PP)为余量、乙氧化胺1000ppm;
所述表层的材料由聚丙烯(PP)和SO2组成,各组份的配比为:SO2为2000ppm,聚丙烯为余量;
消光层的材料∶芯层的材料∶表层的材料的质量比为1∶1∶1。
本发明的有益效果是:采用消光层与芯层和表层共挤成一体,本发明的BOPP哑光转移基膜具有消光功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,BOPP哑光转移基膜,它由消光层1、芯层2和表层3组成,芯层2位于消光层1与表层3之间,消光层1、芯层2和表层3采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成(挤出温度为200-260℃);
所述消光层1的材料由SO2、钛白粉和聚丙烯(PP)组成,各组份所占质量百分数为:SO2 20%、钛白粉15%、聚丙烯65%;
所述芯层2(具有转移功能)的材料为单硬脂酸甘油酯、芥酸酰胺、聚丙烯(PP)和乙氧化胺(乙氧基化胺)组成,各组份的配比为:单硬脂酸甘油酯500ppm、芥酸酰胺500ppm、聚丙烯(PP)为余量、乙氧化胺1000ppm;
所述表层3的材料由聚丙烯(PP)和SO2组成,各组份的配比为:SO2为2000ppm,聚丙烯为余量;
消光层1的材料∶芯层2的材料∶表层3的材料的质量比为1∶1∶1。
本发明的制备方法是:将选配的原料送入挤出机加工成熔体,熔体通过流延铸片共挤成厚片(挤出温度为200-260℃),厚片经双向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理或火焰处理成母膜,母卷经时效处理,最后分切成BOPP哑光转移基膜成品。
对本发明的BOPP哑光转移基膜进行消光实验:用雾度测试仪检测证明本发明的BOPP哑光转移基膜具有消光功能。
本发明所列举的各原料(包含不同分子量的、不同生产厂家的)都能实现本发明,在此不一一列举实施例。

Claims (1)

1.BOPP哑光转移基膜,其特征在于:它由消光层、芯层和表层组成,芯层位于消光层与表层之间,消光层、芯层和表层采用共挤出后经双向拉伸而成;
所述消光层的材料由SO2、钛白粉和聚丙烯组成,各组份所占质量百分数为:SO2 20%、钛白粉15%、聚丙烯65%;
所述芯层的材料为单硬脂酸甘油酯、芥酸酰胺、聚丙烯和乙氧化胺组成,各组份的配比为:单硬脂酸甘油酯500ppm、芥酸酰胺500ppm、聚丙烯为余量、乙氧化胺1000ppm;
所述表层的材料由聚丙烯和SO2组成,各组份的配比为:SO2为2000ppm,聚丙烯为余量;
消光层的材料∶芯层的材料∶表层的材料的质量比为1∶1∶1。
