Abstract

一种无线通信装置,包括天线及电路板,所述天线与所述电路板重叠设置,所述电板包括接地区,天线净空区和至少一个静电防护元件。所述接地区包括接地层,其顶面设有多个第一按键触点,所述多个第一按键触点***设有静电防护环;所述天线净空区之顶面设有多个第二按键触点,所述天线净空区之底面与所述天线相对并括多个接地点,所述接地点对应于所述第二按键触点,所述接地点电性连接于所述接地区之接地层。所述至少一个静电防护元件与所述第二按键触点相连。本发明之无线通信装置由于在天线对应的电路板区域辟出了净空区域,因此,具有良好的信号传输效能。

无线通信装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无线通信装置,尤指一种按键电路板与天线上下重迭设置之无线通信装置。
背景技术
无线通信装置的天线组态可显著影响其整体尺寸,例如行动电话,其天线包括内部天线及外部天线,内部天线优先于外部天线,因为内部天线允许行动电话具有小于外部天线的体积。请参阅图1,行动电话通常包括屏幕显示区和设于屏幕显示区下方之按键区,将行动电话之内部天线200设置行动电话之底端,即内部天线300重迭设置于行动电话之按键电路板100的下方,可以减小行动电话的体积,同时获得较大屏幕显示区。
请参阅图2及图3,无线通信装置之按键周围的缝隙会漏入静电,可能造成其内部之设于按键触点180上的按键的损害,因此,传统的静电防护方法是环绕按键电路板100周围缝隙设置静电环200,所述按键电路板100包括接地面120,所述静电环200环绕所述接地面120,并将漏入的静电导入地,以达成防护静电之目的。但是,天线300重迭设于所述按键电路板100之下方,所述按键电路板100之地120会吸收天线300所发射的信号,从而影响天线300的信号传输效能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种无线通信装置,其天线重迭设于按键电路板的下方,并且具有良好的信号传输效能。
一种无线通信装置包括天线及电路板,所述天线与所述电路板重叠设置,所述电板包括接地区、天线净空区和至少一个静电防护元件。所述接地区包括接地层,其顶面设有多个第一按键触点,所述多个第一按键触点***设有静电防护环;所述天线净空区之顶面设有多个第二按键触点,所述天线净空区之底面与所述天线相对并括多个接地点,所述接地点对应于所述第二按键触点,所述接地点电性连接于所述接地区之接地层;所述至少一个静电防护元件与所述第二按键触点相连。其中,在所述天线净空区内,所述接地点之间的区域为净空区。
本发明之无线通信装置由于在天线对应的电路板区域辟出了净空区域,因此,具有良好的信号传输效能。

具体实施方式
请参阅图4和图5,本发明之无线通信装置包括天线30及电路板10,所述天线30设于所述无线通信装置之主板(未图示)上,并与所述电路板10重叠设置。所述电路板10包括接地区12及天线净空区14。
所述接地区12包括完整的接地层,且其顶面设置多个第一按键触点181,所述第一按键触点181***设有静电防护环20,即,所述静电防护环20环绕所述接地区12设置,本实施方式中,所述静电防护环20呈ㄇ形,所述静电防护环20可将外届漏入所述无线通信装置的静电导入所述接地区12之地,防上静电造成的所述静电防护环20内的电子元件的损坏。
所述天线净空区14之大部分面积并未设置接地层,仅于其底面设置多个接地点16,所述接地点16均通过接地通道17与所述接地区12之接地层相连,以实现所述接地点16与所述接地区12之接地层之间的电性连接。也就是说,在所述天线净空区14内,所述接地点16之间的区域为净空区。多个第二按键触点182分布于所述天线净空区14之顶面,至少一个静电防护元件50与所述第二按键触点182相连并接地,以防止静电造成的设置于所述第二按键触点182上的按键的损坏,所述静电防护元件50可以设置于所述电路板10上,也可以设置于所述无线通信装置之其它电路板上,只要将其与所述第二按键触点82相连,即可达到防护静电的目的。本实施方式中,所述接地点16呈圆形,其面积小于所述第二按键触点182之面积,且所述接地点16分别与所述多个第二按键触点182之中心位置相对,所述接地通道17之宽度小于所述接地点16之半径。
请参阅图6,本发明之无线通信装置于使用过程中,所述天线30所发射的信号穿过所述电路板10之天线净空区14,由于所述天线净空区14之大部分面积并未设置接地层,因此,可以减少所述天线30所发射信号的损耗,使得所述天线30所发射之信号可以从所述第二按键触点182之间的空隙处穿过所述电路板10,从而,提高了所述天线30之收发信号之效能。
所述第二按键触点182会辐射出噪声,但这些噪声会通过所述接地点16及接地通道17被传输至所述接地区12之地,从而有效地防止了所述第二按键触点182所辐射的噪声对所述天线30产生的干扰。
请参阅图7,本实施方式中,于所述电路板10之按键电路设计时,将所述第二按键触点182共同连接一个扫描码60,使得所述第二按键触点182具有一共同的扫描码60。因此,只需要一个静电防护元件50即可防护所有的第二按键触点182。本实施方式中,所述静电防护元件50为一二极管,当有静电从所述电路板10之天线净空区14周围的缝隙处侵入所述无线通信装置时,静电会穿透所述二极管并导入地,从而,避免了静电对所述电路板10上的电子元件的损害。

Claims (7)

1.一种无线通信装置,包括天线及电路板,所述天线与所述电路板重叠设置,其特征在于:所述电路板包括:
接地区,其上设有多个第一按键触点,所述多个第一按键触点***设有一静电防护环,其中所述接地区还包括一接地层;
天线净空区,所述天线净空区之顶面设有多个第二按键触点,所述天线净空区之底面与所述天线相对,所述天线净空区之底面包括多个接地点,所述接地点对应于所述第二按键触点,所述接地点电性连接于所述接地区之接地层;及
至少一个静电防护元件,与所述第二按键触点相连;
其中,在所述天线净空区内,所述接地点之间的区域为净空区。
2.如权利要求1所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述接地点之面积小于所述多个第二按键触点之面积。
3.如权利要求2所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述接地点与所述接地层之间通过一接地通道相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述接地点呈圆形,且所述接地通道之宽度小于所述接地点之半径。
5.如权利要求1所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述至少一个静电防护元件之数量为一个,所述第二按键触点共同与其相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述静电防护元件设置于所述接地区之底面。
7.如权利要求1所述的无线通信装置,其中,所述静电防护环呈ㄇ形,并设于所述电路板之***。
