Abstract

本发明提供一种大角度LED照明装置,由灯罩、印刷线路板、LED灯以及散热柱组成,灯罩包括外罩和散光罩,印刷线路板与LED灯焊接于一体;LED灯以印刷线路板的圆心点为中心环形阵列排布;LED灯焊接于印刷线路板的上表面与下表面;或者焊接于印刷线路板的上表面或下表面上;散热柱与印刷线路板固定或活动连接;LED灯与印刷线路板的角度为20-170度。通过对LED灯在光源板上摆布的不同角度和排布方案,使光最大照射角度扩大到290度,来达到整体LED光源角度增大,发光均匀的效果,解决现有光源发光角度小以及结构复杂的技术问题,生产工艺简单,安装也比较方便。

一种大角度LED照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,具体涉及一种大角度LED照明装置。
背景技术
现有的LED灯泡由于受LED发光二极管本身角度与散热及生产工艺的限制,由于LED灯泡发光角度小,LED灯泡背部没有光或者很弱。角度一般在130-170°范围内,把LED灯泡应用限制在很小范围内。现有的大功率LED灯泡还存在以下技术问题点:
1)LED发光二极管的发光角度小限制整个光源的发光角度;
2)LED灯泡光通量低;
3)由于使用多LED组成产品外部可看到光点,处理难;
4)LED灯泡的显色指数偏低。LED灯泡在台灯应用中由于照射角度的问题,市面上LED灯泡照射角度最大只有170°,而不能完全代替白炽灯。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有光源发光角度小以及结构复杂的技术问题,本发明提供一种发光均匀、照射角度大的大角度LED照明装置。
本发明的技术方案是:设计一种大角度LED照明装置,由灯罩、印刷线路板、LED灯以及散热柱组成,所述灯罩包括外罩和散光罩,所述印刷线路板与LED灯焊接于一体;所述LED灯以印刷线路板的圆心点为中心环形阵列排布;所述LED灯焊接于印刷线路板的上表面与下表面;或者焊接于印刷线路板的上表面或下表面上;所述散热柱与印刷线路板固定或活动连接;所述LED灯与印刷线路板的摆放角度为20-170度。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述LED灯与印刷线路板的摆放角度为30度或45度或60度或90度。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述LED灯头的最大发光角度为290度。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述LED灯为同种单色或白色加400-750NM波段的LED混合组成。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述LED灯为多颗或单颗。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述散光罩内填充或不填充硅胶。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述导热材料为膏状或软性片状。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述印刷线路板与散热柱之间填充有导热硅脂或者矽胶片。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述外罩与散光罩采用玻璃或塑胶制成。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,以上所述的大角度LED照明装置,所述散热柱采用铜或铝或陶瓷材料制成。
实施本发明的一种大角度LED照明装置,具有以下有益效果:
在平面PCB板上通过LED的不同摆布角度和排布方案来达到整体LED光源角度增大,发光均匀,生产安装也比较方便。

具体实施方式:
参见图1-图14,本发明提供的大角度LED照明装置由灯罩1、印刷线路板2、LED灯3以及散热柱4组成,灯罩1包括外罩101和用来固定硅胶光扩散的散光罩102,印刷线路板2与LED灯3焊接于一体;LED灯3以印刷线路板2的圆心点为中心环形阵列排布;LED灯3焊接于印刷线路板2的上表面与下表面;或者焊接于印刷线路板2的上表面或下表面上;LED灯3与印刷线路板2的角度为30-90度;以30度或45度或60度或90度为佳。通过摆布LED灯3的不同角度和排布方案来达到整体LED光源角度增大,使LED灯发光均匀以及自然交叉混合,从而达到最大的照射角度立体光源。散热柱4是用铜,铝,陶瓷等导热率高的材料制成,起到散热和传热的功能,也增加了导热效果。散热柱4上设有螺纹孔401;印刷线路板2上设置有固定孔501;散热柱4与印刷线路板2通过螺丝5穿过固定孔501与螺纹孔401连接,使其安装、拆卸都比较方便。也解决了现有LED灯部件多生产工艺复杂的问题。灯柱与散热柱4设计为一体,减小了热阻,更好的将热传到散热柱4表面。散热柱4采用高导热率材料制作,LED灯的发热经由印刷线路板2,导热材料以及散热柱4,最后散发热量,解决散热处理难的问题,同时为了更好的散热,在印刷线路板2与散热柱4之间设置有高导热率材料,导热材料为膏状或软性片状,可填满印刷线路板2与散热柱4间的间隙;将整个印刷线路板2放入散光罩102内,内部注满耐高温加入了扩散剂的硅胶6,起固定和光扩散作用,也可根据灯光效果观察是否需要加入硅胶。同时也可解决光点问题,使光点模糊化。LED发光二极管焊接在印刷线路板上,由多颗LED灯组成,LED可采用同种单色发光LED,或者由白光加400-750NM这个波段的LED混合而成,从而提高了显色指数,也改变色温等。本发明提供的LED灯头照射角度最小都可以达到240°,最大角度可达到290°,完全能够代替白炽灯。

Claims (10)

1.一种大角度LED照明装置,该装置由灯罩、印刷线路板、LED灯以及散热柱组成,所述灯罩包括外罩和散光罩,所述印刷线路板与LED灯焊接于一体;其特征在于:所述LED灯以印刷线路板的圆心点为中心环形阵列排布;所述LED灯焊接于印刷线路板的上表面与下表面;或者焊接于印刷线路板的上表面或下表面上;所述散热柱与印刷线路板固定或活动连接;所述LED灯与印刷线路板的摆放角度为20-170度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述LED灯与印刷线路板的摆放角度为30度或45度或60度或90度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述LED灯头的最大发光角度为290度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述LED灯为同种单色或白色加400-750NM波段的LED混合组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述LED灯为多颗或单颗。
6.根据权利要求5所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述散光罩内填充或不填充硅胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述导热材料为膏状或软性片状。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述印刷线路板与散热柱之间填充有导热硅脂或者矽胶片。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述外罩与散光罩采用玻璃或塑胶制成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的大角度LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热柱采用铜或铝或陶瓷材料制成。
