Abstract
本发明涉及用于制备染发剂的脂相、用来制备该脂相的方法以及用于执行该方法的***,所述脂相包括半成品,所述半成品具有适合于制备所述染发剂的十八烷醇和十六烷醇的比例。与现有技术相比,本发明允许获得用于制备染发剂的半成品,其包括组分已经按量配给并且混合的脂相,以便准备在混合器内与其它的成分(染料等)结合,制成最终配方的染发剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制备染发剂的脂相(fatty phase)。本发明还延伸至用来制备该脂相的方法以及用于执行该方法的***。
背景技术
本发明的领域是染发剂,包括分布在所谓的脂相中的染料溶液,该脂相适合于使得染发剂具有应用至毛发的最合适的糊状或乳脂状稠度。这些染发剂的制备是在混合器中执行的,所有的成分,即构成脂相的那些成分、其它的原料和在混合器中预先加热溶解的染料,都添加在该混合器中。
上述现有技术的缺点在于,需要制备脂相的单个的成分,这些成分一个接一个地添加到最终的染发剂制备混合器中。结果,操作者知道了该脂相的配方,从而丧失了保密的任何约束。
此外,该操作需要在制备染发剂时对脂相的所有单个成分进行计量。
上述现有技术的缺点还在于,由于按量配给脂相并处理包含的多种原料所必需的操作,所以延缓了染发剂制造周期。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于使得制备染发剂中包含的操作更加快速、简单和安全,同时保持配方的保密。
分别采用权利要求1、4、7和10的脂相、***和染发剂来实现本发明的这个和其它的目的。从剩余的权利要求中,本发明的优选实施例将变得明显。
与现有技术相比,本发明允许获得用于制备染发剂的半成品,其包括组分已经按量配给并且混合的脂相,以便准备在混合器内与其它的成分(染料等)结合,制成最终配方的染发剂。
由于是在制备最终染发剂的工厂之外制备脂相,从而确保了脂相配方的保密。此外,通过在设置成制造脂相的特定结构中制备脂相而确保了该脂相中各组分的正确按量配给。最后,通过立即获得半成品、准备期望的用量,使得制备染发剂的整个方法变得更加快速和安全。通常,由此可以声明,半成品的脂相产品的可用性确保了最终产品始终如一的质量,其已经被赋予了用于希望的应用中最合适的物理化学特性。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的***包括用于各单个组分的料箱(holding bin)1至4,所述各单个组分形成用于染发剂的脂相,即:
-重量比为30/70的十六烷醇C16、十八烷醇C18
-重量比为70/30的十六烷醇C16、十八烷醇C18
-十八烷醇
-添加有环氧乙烷的十六烷醇、十八烷醇。
这些组分通常的特征在于,十六烷醇(C16)和十八烷醇(C18)以合适的比例出现,以便获得期望的混合物。例如,可以构成为:
-按重量计为30/70%的十六烷醇、十八烷醇C16/C18的混合物占17%至22%;
-按重量计为70/30%的十六烷醇、十八烷醇C16/C18的混合物占20%至25%;
-十八烷醇C18占32%至37%;
-添加有50摩尔环氧乙烷的十六烷醇、十八烷醇基乳化剂占20%至25%。
所有的这些原料的熔点为55-60℃,根据预设的比例单个地加载到加热混合器5中,从所述混合器底部上的测力传感器6开始进行计量。
一旦脂相的按量配给在进行过程中达到期望的程度,就开始加热到大约80-85℃的机器温度,以便使得各组分熔化,形成完全混合的状态。从而获得均匀的液体7,在利用气相色谱(gas chromotograph)检验之后,该均匀的液体7被传送至轧片***。
该轧片***具体包括圆筒10,圆筒10的内部温度冷却至大约5℃,熔化的液体7通过料斗11沉积在圆筒10的外表面上形成薄层9。脂肪醇的混合物由于圆筒表面的低温而固化,被设置成与圆筒10的表面相切的刮片12移除。从而获得脂相的薄片13。
上述本发明的方法允许适合使用包装在袋中的为薄片形式13的脂相以及离开混合器5并收集在加热罐14(图2)中的熔化产品7。
上述后一种变型是优选的,因为其通过不需要操作者对薄片脂相的包装进行干预就能加载各单个组分,而提供了使整个染发剂制造过程自动化的可能性。
显然,本发明并不限于上述实施例,比如,可以改变构成脂相的各成分的量。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于制备染发剂的脂相,其特征在于,所述脂相包括半成品,所述半成品具有用于制备所述染发剂的十八烷醇和十六烷醇的比例。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脂相,其特征在于,所述脂相包括呈现为乳化剂形式的十六烷醇和十八烷醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的脂相,其特征在于,所述脂相包括:
-按重量计为30/70%的十六烷醇、十八烷醇C16/C18的混合物;
-按重量计为70/30%的十六烷醇、十八烷醇C16/C18的混合物;
-十八烷醇C18;
-添加有环氧乙烷的十六烷醇、十八烷醇基乳化剂。
4.一种用于制备根据上述权利要求中一个或多个的所述脂相的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
(a)按量配给加热混合器中的十六烷醇和十八烷醇;
(b)从所述加热混合器获得脂相的熔融体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔融体用于制备所述染发剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法提供将所述脂相的熔融体转换为薄片。
7.一种用于执行根据上述权利要求中一个或多个的所述方法的***,其特征在于,所述***设置有原料料箱(1-4)、用于混合并熔化所述原料的加热反应器(5)以及用于将这些原料按量配给到所述混合器(5)中的装置(6)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的***,其特征在于,所述***还设置有用于将以熔化状态离开所述混合器(5)的所述脂相转换为能包装在袋中的薄片(13)的轧片***。
9.根据权利要求7所述的***,其特征在于,所述***还包括用于收集为熔化状态的所述脂相的加热罐(14)。
10.一种染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂是利用根据权利要求1至3中一个或多个的所述脂相制备的。
