本发明涉及一种实验仪器,特别是涉及一种浮球漏斗。它由排气口、锥形斗、浮球、排气管和竖管构成。锥形斗为倒圆锥形的壳体,锥形斗的下端与圆筒形的竖管为一个整体。圆管状的排气管处于竖管中,排气管的顶端有与排气管为一个整体且相通的浮球,浮球为球形的壳体,浮球的顶端有排气口。排气管与浮球的总长度大于锥形斗与竖管的总长度。当往锥形斗中倒入液体时,液体可从竖管和排气管之间的间隙顺利流入容器,而容器中的空气则通过排气管从排气口排出。杜绝了因液体粘稠而将竖管封堵的情况发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种实验仪器,特别是涉及一种浮球漏斗。
背景技术
在化学实验中,往瓶口较小的容器中装液体时需要用到导流器,现有的导流器由倒圆锥形的壳体和其下部的竖管构成。在向导流器中倒入液体时,特别是倒入粘稠度较大的液体时,常常因液体将导流器下部的竖管完全封堵,使容器内的空气无法排出而使液体无法流入容器,甚至还会发生液体从导流器的上口溢出的情况。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种具有即时排气功能的浮球漏斗。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:浮球漏斗由排气口、锥形斗、浮球、排气管和竖管构成。锥形斗为倒圆锥形的壳体,锥形斗的下端与圆筒形的竖管为一个整体。圆管状的排气管处于竖管中,排气管的顶端有与排气管为一个整体且相通的浮球,浮球为球形的壳体,浮球的顶端有直径大于排气管的内直径的排气口。排气管与浮球的总长度大于锥形斗与竖管的总长度。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
1.当往锥形斗中倒入液体时,液体可从竖管和排气管之间的间隙顺利流入容器,而容器中的空气则通过排气管从排气口排出。杜绝了因液体粘稠而将竖管封堵的情况发生。
2.由于浮球为中空的球状体,因此,即使向锥形斗内倒入液体的速度大于容器内空气排出的速度,浮球在液体浮力的作用下仍然会浮于液面上,排气口的顶端始终高于液面,因此液体不会从排气口灌入。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
浮球漏斗由排气口1、锥形斗2、浮球3、排气管4和竖管5构成。锥形斗2为倒圆锥形的壳体,锥形斗2的下端与圆筒形的竖管5为一个整体。圆管状的排气管4处于竖管5中,排气管4的顶端有与排气管4为一个整体且相通的浮球3,浮球3为球形的壳体,浮球3的顶端有直径大于排气管4的内直径的排气口1。排气管4与浮球3的总长度大于锥形斗2与竖管5的总长度。

1.一种浮球漏斗,由排气口、锥形斗、浮球、排气管和竖管构成,其特征是:锥形斗为倒圆锥形的壳体,锥形斗的下端与圆筒形的竖管为一个整体,圆管状的排气管处于竖管中,排气管的顶端有与排气管为一个整体且相通的浮球,浮球为球形的壳体,浮球的顶端有直径大于排气管的内直径的排气口,排气管与浮球的总长度大于锥形斗与竖管的总长度。
