Abstract

本发明涉及一种医用X射线源组件,尤其是一种能尽量减少泄露辐射的X射线管头。一种X射线管头包括X射线管套外壳、高压变压器组件、灯丝变压器组件、X射线管、电气接口,在所述X射线管套外壳内部装有膨胀管,所述膨胀管的两端分别由膨胀管固定箍固定在膨胀管导气柱塞和膨胀管柱塞上,所述膨胀管导气柱塞和膨胀管柱塞焊接在X射线管套侧板上,所述X射线管套侧板上固定有X射线管套侧护板,所述X射线管套侧护板的内部镶嵌有铅屏蔽板,所述X射线管套侧护板外侧覆盖有铝散热器。本发明减少了X射线管头泄漏辐射对人员的危害,提高了X射线管头热容量,可延长连续使用时间减少临床风险。

Description

一种X射线管头
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种医用X射线源组件,尤其是能尽量减少泄露辐射的X射线管头(即:包括高压变压器组件的X射线源组件)。
技术背景:
目前,公知的X射线管头一般构造是由X射线管外套(即:能防电击和防X射线辐射。带有辐射窗口的承装X射线管的容器)、高压变压器组件、灯丝变压器组件、X射线管、膨胀容器、电气接口等组成。而目前一般使用的膨胀容器一般为膨胀鼓。可是,能满足热膨胀容积(约500cc)的膨胀鼓直径较大(约120mm),其轴向长度较长(约100mm)。只能采取X射线管套侧面半潜式安装。此设计技术的不足之处是:1、由于膨胀鼓的结构特点,不易在X射线管套侧面设置整面铅屏蔽板,易使X射线管轴向方向的杂散辐射在膨胀鼓径向方向产生泄漏辐射。2、膨胀鼓结构采用侧面半潜式安装,在X射线管头长度固定的情况下,X射线管套长度受到限制,影响了X射线管套容积,亦减少了X射线管头热容量。
发明内容:
为了克服现有的X射线管头在膨胀鼓径向方向易产生泄漏辐射的不足,本发明提供一种X射线管头,该X射线管头的U形膨胀管能有效的防止X射线管轴向方向的泄漏辐射,同时可提高X射线管头热容量。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种X射线管头,包括X射线管套外壳、高压变压器组件、灯丝变压器组件、X射线管、电气接口,在所述X射线管套外壳内部装有膨胀管,所述膨胀管的两端分别由膨胀管固定箍固定在膨胀管导气柱塞和膨胀管柱塞上,所述膨胀管导气柱塞和膨胀管柱塞焊接在X射线管套侧板上,所述X射线管套侧板上固定有X射线管套侧护板,所述X射线管套侧护板的内部镶嵌有铅屏蔽板,所述X射线管套侧护板外侧覆盖有铝散热器。
为了使X射线管套左侧板与X射线管套侧护板固定更加牢固,所述X射线管套侧板上由紧固螺钉固定X射线管套侧护板。
为了使吸收内壁压强达到最佳效果,所述膨胀管形状为U型,且所述膨胀管的数目为两只。
为了使膨胀管的气体排放更通畅,所述膨胀管柱塞可由膨胀管导气柱塞代替。
本发明的有益效果是:减少了X射线管头泄漏辐射对人员的危害,提高了X射线管头热容量,可延长连续使用时间减少临床风险,结构简单可靠。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图4给出的一种实施例,一种X射线管头,由X射线管套外壳10、高压变压器组件11、灯丝变压器组件12、X射线管9、电气接口13等组成,在所述X射线管套外壳10内部装有两只U形膨胀管8,所述U形膨胀管8的两端分别由膨胀管固定箍6固定在膨胀管导气柱塞1和膨胀管柱塞7上,所述膨胀管导气柱塞1和膨胀管柱塞7焊接在X射线管套侧板5上,所述X射线管套侧板5上固定有X射线管套侧护板5,所述X射线管套侧护板5的内部镶嵌有铅屏蔽板3,所述X射线管套侧护板5外侧覆盖有铝散热器2。
由于X射线管外套1内充满变压器油,通过电气接口13施加加载因数时,由X射线管9套辐射窗口产生焦点X线辐射,供临床应用。在施加加载因数时,由于功率损耗,变压器油将产生较大温升,其正的温度膨胀系数使其体积膨胀,对X射线管外套1内壁产生压强,而所设置U形膨胀管8为可压缩的弹性器件,其内部充满气体,当变压器油由于温度上升,体积膨胀,变压器油挤压U形膨胀管8,U形形膨胀管8内的气体由U形膨胀管导气柱塞1向外排除,使其体积缩小,从而吸收内壁压强保护X射线管套,使其免受损坏。同时为了减少了X射线管头泄漏辐射对人员的危害,安装有整面铅屏蔽板3和铝散热器2。
而为了使X射线管套左侧板与X射线管套侧护板固定更加牢固,所述X射线管套侧板5上由紧固螺钉固定X射线管套侧护板4;为了使膨胀管的气体排放更通畅,所述膨胀管柱塞7可由膨胀管导气柱塞1代替。

1.一种X射线管头,包括X射线管套外壳(10)、高压变压器组件(11)、灯丝变压器组件(12)、X射线管(9)、电气接口(13),其特征是:所述X射线管套外壳(10)内部装有膨胀管(8),所述膨胀管(8)的两端分别由膨胀管固定箍(6)固定在膨胀管导气柱塞(1)和膨胀管柱塞(7)上,所述膨胀管导气柱塞(1)和膨胀管柱塞(7)焊接在X射线管套侧板(5)上,所述X射线管套侧板(5)上固定有X射线管套侧护板(4),所述X射线管套侧护板(4)的内部镶嵌有铅屏蔽板(3),所述X射线管套侧护板(4)外侧覆盖有铝散热器(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的X射线管头,其特征是:所述X射线管套侧板(5)上由紧固螺钉固定X射线管套侧护板(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的X射线管头,其特征是:所述膨胀管(8)形状为U型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的X射线管头,其特征是:所述膨胀管(8)的数量为两只。
5.根据权利要求1所述的X射线管头,其特征是:所述膨胀管柱塞(7)可由膨胀管导气柱塞(1)代替。
