本发明涉及一种注射装置,特别涉及一种能操作具有高粘度流体形式的药剂的注射装置。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种用于注射例如在整形治疗中使用的药剂和其他类型流体的注射装置。
这种类型的药物通常具有高粘度,这意味着当注射这类药物时需要很大的力将这些流体压过中空的针头。
具有自动注射功能的自动注射器通常与螺旋卷绕的压缩弹簧一起使用,其中,该弹簧作用在柱塞杆上,该柱塞杆又作用在药剂容器中的止挡器上,用于将药剂通过附接的针头排出。弹簧的另一端通常邻接装置壳体的内端表面,这意味着壳体必须具有能推动弹簧的尺寸。
当操作具有高粘度的流体时,因为需要很大的力来排出药剂,这种情况变得更加突出。另外,由于卷绕弹簧的直径和金属丝的直径,弹簧变得非常大。这样的弹簧尺寸意味着装置将变得很大,且对于某些应用和顾客来说,装置的这种尺寸是不可接受的。
文件WO9421316披露了一种注射装置,该装置设置有协同工作的两个不同直径的螺旋弹簧。设置两个弹簧的想法是要实现驱动构件的更长的行程,这对于单一弹簧来说是很困难的,因为在完全压缩且被装置的内部部件陷入困境时会趋于变弯。
在双弹簧结构中,一个弹簧设置在细长杯状部的基部和端板之间。该杯状部还具有向外的凸缘,且第二弹簧作用在该凸缘和横跨圆筒形驱动构件的壁之间。
这种设计可用于实现长行程,但是不能在需要更大的力时使用。因为中间的杯状物,不可能将两个弹簧的力相加。后弹簧用于将杯状物向前推动,且由此推动前弹簧,然后前弹簧应作用在驱动构件上。这意味着,后弹簧必须很强固,而使杯状物不能由于前弹簧的力而向后移动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种注射器,其能排出具有高粘度的液体,而不至于可观地增大注射器的尺寸。
此目的可通过具有权利要求1所述特征的注射器来实现。本发明的一些优选实施例是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的主要方面,其特点涉及一种医疗供给装置,该装置包括大体细长的壳体、适于容纳一定药剂的容器和密封地且可滑动地设置在所述容器中的止挡器、能量积累器件、设置有与所述止挡器接触的外前端的驱动器件,致使当来自所述能量积累器件的力施加到驱动器件时,止挡器朝向容器的前端移动并排出药剂,其中,所述能量积累器件包括至少两个压力弹簧器件(force spring means),这些压力弹簧器件设置在所述驱动器件内处于所述驱动器件的内壁和该装置的后固定部分之间。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述驱动器件是管状柱塞杆,该柱塞杆的后端具有形成圆柱形空间的管状扩大部分。
根据本发明的又一方面,将一个压力弹簧器件设置在所述管状柱塞杆中,且至少一个第二压力弹簧器件设置在所述管状扩大部分中。
根据本发明的再一方面,还包括保持器件,该保持器件能作用在所述驱动器件上,以便将所述至少两个压力弹簧器件保持在加载状态。
根据本发明的又一方面,还包括作动器件,该作动器件能作用在所述保持器件上,以便释放所述驱动器件并由此释放所述至少两个加载的压力弹簧器件。
根据本发明的再一方面,还包括针头罩,该针头罩可设置为可在所述壳体中滑动且当所述针头罩压靠注射点时其能作用在所述作动器件上。
根据本发明的又一方面,所述作动器件还包括弹性器件,用于在所述装置从注射点移开时将所述针头罩朝向装置的前端促动。
本发明有多种优点。因为该装置设置有至少两个弹簧力器件(springforce means),所以可以在装置中获得很大的力,而不用使用非常大的单个弹簧。于是,该装置能处理具有高粘性的液态药剂,而不会因装置大而笨重而对使用者没有太大的吸引力。
因为优选将一个弹簧力器件设置在柱塞杆中而将第二弹簧力器件设置在柱塞杆外侧,该装置的尺寸可保持在合理的尺度内。
再者,更可取的是,注射器设有自动刺入和注射功能,这些功能可通过将针头罩压靠注射点来实现。
可从以下的详细说明和附图中理解本发明的这些内容和其他优点。

具体实施方式
显示在附图中的注射器的实施例包括细长的壳体10,该壳体带有处于附图左边的前端12和相对的后端14,该前端在使用过程中压靠注射点,如将在下文描述的那样。在壳体的前端处可滑动地设置大致管状的针头罩16。针头罩的后端以如下所述的方式延伸进入壳体的后部。
在针头罩内设置药剂容器保持器18,在容器保持器内设置例如药剂盒、针筒这样的容器20,该容器容纳通过附接到容器的针头22被供给的药剂。
容器保持器的后部设置有舌状部24,该舌状部具有朝向内的凸部26。这些凸部与大致管状部分30的朝向外的周边凸部28协同作用,在这些部件中间形成搭扣配合。在管状部分的后端设置朝向内的环形凸部32。
在管状部分内设置例如管状柱塞杆这样的驱动器件34,该驱动器件具有与药剂容器中的止挡器36接触的前端。在管状柱塞杆内,如第一螺旋驱动弹簧这样的第一能量积累器件38设置在管状柱塞杆的前端内壁和壳体的后内壁之间。管状柱塞杆还设置有形成圆柱形空间的大体管状的扩大部分40,在该部分中,如第二螺旋驱动弹簧这样的第二能量积累器件42设置在空间的前端内壁和壳体的后内壁之间。在管状放大部的外表面上设有周向沟槽44。
在柱塞杆的管状扩大部外侧设置大体管状的保持套筒46。保持套筒的一部分设置有许多细长的槽,由此在这些槽之间形成一些臂48。这些臂的端部设置有朝向内的凸部50以及朝向外的凸部52。
在保持套筒的外侧设置作动器套筒54,该作动器套筒的直径略大于保持器套筒的臂的横截面尺寸。作动器套筒设置有绕其周边的凸部56,且针头罩的舌状部58搭扣在所述凸部之后的空间中,由此将针头罩锁定到作动器套筒。作动器套筒还设置有面向后的凸部60,且将例如螺旋弹簧这样的弹性器件62设置在保持器套筒的周向凸部64和所述凸部之间,于是可朝向装置的前方促动作动器套筒和针头罩。
该装置应有的功能如下。当用装置向使用者供药时,保护帽70处于装置的前端处。保护帽包括管状鞘72,该管状鞘以无菌的方式覆盖针头。当该帽被去除时,鞘也被去除。这还导致针头罩14向前移动且在注射器的前端处略微突出,如图2所示。
此时,已将注射器准备好以便使用。将带有针头罩16的前端压靠注射点,借此将针头罩推入装置的壳体内,如图3所示。因为针头罩连接到作动器套筒54,所以该套筒在壳体中向后移动。
作动器套筒的运动使其移动经过保持器46的臂48的向外突出的凸部52。于是这些臂自由地径向弯曲,由此臂的朝向内的凸部移动使与管状柱塞杆34的圆筒形部分40的沟槽44保持的接合脱离。由于一起作用于柱塞杆上的第一和第二驱动弹簧38、42的力,管状柱塞杆此时可自由地向前移动。管状部分30的朝向内的凸部32仍设置在管状柱塞杆的沟槽44中,且因为管状部分连接到容器保持器18,所以它们由于弹簧的力而向前移动,如图4所示。当容器保持器已经移动了一定距离时,执行针头的刺入,该针头与设置在壳体中的止挡凸部74接触。但是,弹簧的力进一步使管状柱塞杆向前移动,由此朝向内的凸部32移动脱离与柱塞杆34的环形沟槽44的接合,如图5所示。
管状柱塞杆34的进一步移动使药剂容器内的止挡器36移动,由此来自双弹簧38、42的压力将使得药剂压过针头22的通路并排进患者的组织。当止挡器处于容器的前端处和/或当管状柱塞杆的管状部分的前端与容器的后端壁接触时,完成注射。
此时可以从注射点移开装置。作用在作动器套筒54上的弹簧62将导致针头罩16向前移动,如图6所示,因为针头罩连接到作动器套筒,由此覆盖针头。此时已经可以废弃该装置了。
应理解的是,应将上面所描述的和附图所示的实施例看作是本发明的非限制性实施例,且可以在所附权利要求的范围内修改该实施例。
Claims (5)
1.一种医疗供给装置,包括:大体细长的壳体(10);适于容纳药剂的容器(20);密封地且可滑动地设置在所述容器中的止挡器;能量积累器件;设有与所述止挡器接触的外前端的驱动器件(34),以使得当来自所述能量积累器件的力施加到该驱动器件时,所述止挡器朝向容器的前端移动且排出药剂,其特征在于,所述能量积累器件包括至少两个压力弹簧器件(38、42),所述弹簧器件设置在驱动器件(34)内且在所述驱动器件(34)的内壁和装置的后固定部分之间,所述驱动器件是管状柱塞杆,该柱塞杆在其后端具有形成圆柱形空间的管状扩大部分(40),一个压力弹簧器件设置在所述管状柱塞杆中,且至少一个第二压力弹簧器件设置在所述管状扩大部分中,由于一起作用于柱塞杆上的压力弹簧器件的力,管状柱塞杆能够自由地向前移动。
2.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括保持器件(46),该保持器件能作用在所述驱动器件上,以便将所述至少两个压力弹簧器件保持在加载状态。
3.如权利要求2所述的医疗装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括作动器件(54),该作动器件能作用在所述保持器件上,用于释放所述驱动器件并借此释放所述至少两个被加载的压力弹簧器件。
4.如权利要求3所述的医疗装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括针头罩(16),该针头罩设置为可在所述壳体中滑动且在所述针头罩被压靠注射点时能作用在所述作动器件上。
5.如权利要求4所述的医疗装置,其特征在于,所述作动器件还包括弹性器件(62),用于在从注射点移开所述装置时将所述针头罩朝向装置的前端促动。
