技术领域
本发明涉及包括电气***的动力总成,该动力总成必须是防爆的,从而它们能够在来自动力总成的火花可能引起***的环境中安全使用,如果动力总成不是防爆的,则来自动力总成的火花可能引起***。这些条件可能存在于例如煤矿的矿井中,在该矿井中,甲烷气体有时存在并且可由火花点燃。
背景技术
目前在煤矿中频繁使用的动力总成包括电控柴油机,有必要确保电气***不能通过火花点燃甲烷气体。
因此本发明的目的是提供这种防爆的动力总成,从而该环境中的甲烷气体不能被来自动力总成的火花点燃。
发明内容
根据本发明,包括电控内燃机的动力总成通过实现下面的一个或多个特征而变成防爆的:
(a)提供浸入液体中的涡轮增压器;
(b)在排气***中提供表面温度受控的过滤器组件;
(c)为发动机控制模块提供改进的冷却;以及
(d)提供冷却回路以实现各个部件的冷却。

具体实施方式
参照附图,图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的防爆动力总成的立体图。动力总成包括柴油机12、14、16和18。
现在参照图2(a)、2(b)和2(c),动力总成包括位于壳体24内的涡轮增压器22,所有连接处都是密封连接。涡轮增压器22被浸入流过壳体24的发动机冷却液中,壳体24被固定至液冷式排出歧管以从其接收冷却剂。然后,该冷却剂通过排出扇叶(exhaust fan)流出壳体24。
图3(a)和3(b)示出了具有壳体32的排气过滤器组件30,排气过滤器组件30被连接至涡轮增压器排气装置的出口,以接收可能的热气。图3(b)示出了过滤介质34。过滤器组件30被通过端部法兰流过壳体32的发动机冷却剂冷却。壳体32具有双层壁(double skin),排气在该双层壁的内侧,以及6至12mm的冷却剂薄层绕着该双层壁的外侧流动以保持壳体32的表面温度低于150℃(302°F)。
如图4(a)和4(b)所示,发动机控制模块(ECM)42位于壳体44内,燃料经过壳体42的后部。发动机传感器由ECM 42通过电路控制,该电路包括本质安全(IS)型势垒和PLC,该PLC具有定制的软件以操作信号来校正由IS电路引起的失真。因为开动柴油机12需要电源来触发燃料注入直到交流发电机开始供电,两个小势垒被提供用于此目的。
图5示出了冷却回路52,冷却回路52实现排气的单个回路水冷却、进气和排气***的表面温度控制以及发动机温度控制。冷却回路52包括单个泵,该泵迫使发动机冷却剂以所列的顺序通过下列部件:
1)发动机机体/气缸盖;
2)排出歧管;
3)涡轮增压器冷却机壳;
4)排气处理设备(根据要求的过滤器和直管);
5)排气热交换器;
6)温度调节器壳体/温度调节器;
7)散热器。
调节器/温度调节器的位置在***的端部附近,允许发动机的快速升温,还使回路用可用的最冷水冷却发动机和热的部件。回路不使用流控制设备(孔),并且提供排放口允许以制造商定制的速度填充。
本领域技术人员根据上面的描述能够容易地得到本发明的优点及其它实施方式。

Claims (5)

1.一种包括电控内燃机的动力总成,其特征在于,
所述内燃机(12)配备有位于第一壳体(24)内的涡轮增压器(22),所有连接处都是密封连接,所述涡轮增压器(22)被浸入流过所述第一壳体的冷却液中;
所述第一壳体被固定至液冷式排出歧管,以从所述液冷式排出歧管接收冷却液;以及
所述内燃机还配备有与所述涡轮增压器的排气出口连通的排气处理设备,以从所述涡轮增压器接收气体,所述排气处理设备置于第二壳体(32)内,所述第二壳体具有双层壁并且从所述第一壳体接收冷却液层,所述冷却液层在所述双层壁的内层与外层之间流动;
因此,在操作中,所述第二壳体的表面温度低于150摄氏度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成,其特征在于,所述冷却液以所列的顺序通过所述动力总成的下列部件,即,所述内燃机、所述排出歧管、所述第一壳体、所述排气处理设备、排气热交换器、温度调节器和散热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成,其中,所述排气处理设备包括过滤器组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成,其中,所述排气处理设备包括直管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力总成,其中,所述双层壁被设置为使得所述冷却液层是6mm至12mm之间的冷却液薄层。
