Abstract
本发明提供了一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,包括:连续挤出式注射***,具有朝下设置的注嘴;多条第一注射流道,呈水平设置,且注射***的注嘴位于多条第一注射流道的交汇处;加热件,设置在多条第一注射流道周围;多组成型模,设置在第一注射流道的下方;第二注射流道,设置在注射流道与型腔之间;注射开关,设置在第一注射流道与第二注射流道上组成的流道上。采用根据本发明的连续旋转式注塑成型机,其为连续小容量逐腔注射生产,所以只需采用较小注射量的注射螺杆,在完成相同的注射量时,本发明所需消耗的能量只有现有技术所消耗的能量的约70%,进而达到了降低成本的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续旋转式注塑成型机。
背景技术
现有的注塑成型机一般是采用间歇式注射方式生产工件,当工件体形较小且批量较大时,一般采用一模多腔来进行生产,以提高生产效率。这样,注塑成型机就处于一种间歇式大注射量生产状况。
发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:由于现有的注塑成型机采用一模多腔,进行生产时,注塑成型机处于一种间歇式大注射量生产状态,这样会占用过多的资源并消耗过多的能量。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,能够解决由于现有的注塑成型机采用一模多腔,进行生产时,注塑成型机处于一种间歇式大注射量生产状态,这样会占用过多的资源并消耗过多的能量等问题。
在本发明的实施例中,提供了一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,包括:连续挤出式注射***,具有朝下设置的注嘴;多条第一注射流道,呈水平设置,且注射***的注嘴位于多条第一注射流道的交汇处;加热件,设置在多条第一注射流道周围;多组成型模,设置在第一注射流道的下方;第二注射流道,设置在注射流道与型腔之间;注射开关,设置在第一注射流道与第二注射流道上组成的流道上。
优选地,连续挤出式注射***垂直设置。
优选地,连续挤出式注射***水平设置。
优选地,多组成型模呈圆周分布。
优选地,多组成型模包括:型腔、第一活动块、第二活动块及型芯。
优选地,注射开关设置在所述的第一注射流道上。
优选地,注射开关设置在所述的第二注射流道上。
因为采用根据本发明的连续旋转式注塑成型机,其为连续小容量逐腔注射生产,所以只需采用较小注射量的注射螺杆,在完成相同的注射量时,本发明所需消耗的能量只有现有技术所消耗的能量的约70%,所以克服了由于现有的注塑成型机采用一模多腔,进行生产时,注塑成型机处于一种间歇式大注射量生产状态,这样会占用过多的资源并消耗过多的能量等问题,进而达到了降低成本的效果。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
图1示意性示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的结构,结合参见图2-4,如图所示,在本发明的实施例中,提供了一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,包括:连续挤出式注射***1,具有朝下设置的注嘴11;多条第一注射流道3,呈水平设置,且连续挤出式注射***1的注嘴11位于多条第一注射流道3的交汇处;加热件2,设置在多条第一注射流道3周围;多组成型模6,8,9,10,设置在第一注射流道3的下方;第二注射流道4,设置在注射流道3与型腔6之间;注射开关5,设置在第一注射流道3与第二注射流道4组成的流道上。
优选地,多组成型模6,8,9,10,包括:型腔6、第一活动8块、第二活动块9及型芯10。
优选地,多组成型模6,8,9,10呈圆周分布,这样,连续挤出式注射***1为圆周均布的多组由型腔6、第一活动块8、第二活动块9、型芯10组成的多组成型模6,8,9,10逐个注射塑料。单个塑料产品7制作过程由合模、注塑、冷却、开模等四个阶段组成,这四个阶段是在连续旋转中完成的。塑料的第一注射流道3为设置有加热件2的热流道,可以让塑料在第一注射流道3中保持合适的温度。在第一注射流道3或第二注射流道4中有一个注射开关5,可以根据生产需要对产品成型模6,8,9,10进行注射或停止注射。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,连续旋转式注塑成型机连续挤出式注射***1,注嘴11向下,呈放射状的多条第一注射流道3为水平设置,且注射***的注嘴11位于所述第一注射流道3的交汇处。在第一注射流道3的附近,设置有加热件2,在每条第一注射流道3的外端下方,对应设置有由型腔6、第一活动块8、第二活动块9、型芯10等组成的产品成型模,在第一注射流道3与型腔6间设有第二注射流道4,在第一注射流道3或第二注射流道4上,设置有注射开关5。连续挤出式注射***1、第一注射流道3与产品成型模等各部件同步旋转。本注塑成型机工作时,型芯10上升,第一活动块8与第二活动块9也上升,在上升中,第一活动块8与第二活动块9合上,最终型芯10、第一活动块8、第二活动块9与型腔6组成封闭的型腔时,注射开关5闭合,连续挤出式注射***1把融化的塑料通过注嘴11、第一注射流道3、第二注射流道4注入由型芯10、第一活动块8、第二活动块9与型腔6组成封闭的型腔,在经过设定时间保压降温后,注射开关4断开,型芯10与第一活动块8、第二活动块9以不同的速度下降,在下降途中,第一活动块8张开,当型芯10与塑料产品7完全分离时,塑料产品7由外力送出本注塑成型机,然后,第一活动块8、第二活动块9、型芯10再上升,进行下一次生产。
优选地,连续挤出式注射***1垂直设置。这样,可以在所述第一注射流道3的交汇处较好地注射塑料,当然,连续挤出式注射***1也可以是水平设置,注射***1水平设置时借助辅助部件可以降低机器的高度。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:

Claims (7)
1.一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,包括:
连续挤出式注射***(1),具有朝下设置的注嘴(11);
多条第一注射流道(3),呈水平设置,且所述连续挤出式注射***(1)的注嘴(11)位于所述多条第一注射流道(3)的交汇处;
加热件(2),设置在所述多条第一注射流道(3)周围;
多组成型模(6,8,9,10),设置在所述第一注射流道(3)的下方;
第二注射流道(4),设置在所述第一注射流道(3)与型腔(6)之间;
注射开关(5),设置在所述的第一注射流道(3)与第二注射流道(4)组成的流道上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述连续挤出式注射***(1)垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述连续挤出式注射***(1)水平设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述多组成型模(6,8,9,10)呈圆周分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述多组成型模(6,8,9,10)包括:型腔(6)、第一活动块(8)、第二活动块(9)及型芯(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述注射开关(5)设置在所述的第一注射流道(3)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续旋转式注塑成型机,其特征在于,所述注射开关(5)设置在所述的第二注射流道(4)上。
