本发明公开了一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,包括上支撑板、下连接板以及设置在所述上支撑板和下连接板之间的高弹性橡胶,所述高弹性橡胶的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼材料和内加强钢板,且所述高阻尼材料和内加强钢板与所述上支撑板、下连接板以及高弹性橡胶组成隔震体;所述隔震体外侧两端均设置有滑道,在滑道与基础面之间设置有倾斜的防倾覆装置。本发明结构紧凑、安装施工简单;同时,承压能力强和隔震减振效果好,且解决了地震引发的储罐位移错动或倾覆问题。

一种储罐隔震橡胶支座
技术领域
本发明属于隔震支座技术领域,涉及一种隔震橡胶支座,具体涉及一种储罐隔震橡胶支座。
背景技术
储罐是石油、化工等行业重要的生产设备,其容积向着大型化方向发展,内部大多容纳易燃易爆液体。当发生地震时,地面将会有较大的运动速度,此时,储罐会因为惯性冲击而产生破坏,则其内的液体泄出可能会引发火灾或者有毒物质的扩散,甚至会引发大面积的伤亡事件;特别是当储罐放在发震断裂沿地表的破裂口处,将可能导致储罐位移错动或倾覆,其后果十分严重。目前,还没有见到能解决储罐位移错动或倾覆的装置,储罐抗震设计一直是世界范围待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其结构紧凑、安装施工简单、承压能力强和隔震减振效果好,且解决了地震引发的储罐位移错动或倾覆问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:包括上支撑板、下连接板以及设置在所述上支撑板和下连接板之间的高弹性橡胶,所述高弹性橡胶的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼材料和内加强钢板,且所述高阻尼材料和内加强钢板与所述上支撑板、下连接板以及高弹性橡胶组成隔震体;所述隔震体外侧两端均设置有滑道,在所述滑道与基础面之间设置有倾斜的防倾覆装置。
所述高弹性橡胶的内部设置有中心通孔和通道层,且所述高阻尼材料和内加强钢板分别设置在所述中心通孔和通道层内。
所述内加强钢板上设置有通孔,且所述内加强钢板相互隔离并多层分布在高弹性橡胶内部。
所述下连接板上设有用于安装连接螺栓的多个安装通孔。
所述上支撑板的形状为弧形,且所述弧形与储罐的曲率半径相同。
所述高阻尼材料上端的曲率半径与储罐相同。
所述滑道为聚四氟乙烯板。
所述防倾覆装置由伸缩体和设置在伸缩体两端的滑珠组成。
所述伸缩体为弹簧。
所述高阻尼材料为铅芯。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明结构紧凑,通过下连接板上设置的多个安装通孔实现了与基础面的紧固连接,且安装施工简单。
2、承压能力强、隔震减振效果好,在上支撑板和下连接板之间设置有高弹性橡胶,且在高弹性橡胶内部镶嵌具有一定强度和硬度的内加强钢板以及高阻尼材料,使得储罐隔震橡胶支座可吸收来自于不同方向的振动以及地震所产生的能量,增加阻尼并延长储罐震动周期。
3、解决了地震引发的储罐位移错动或倾覆问题,本发明将上支撑板的形状做成弧形,且与储罐的曲率半径相同,使得其接触面积大、承载力均匀;同时,设置在隔震体与基础面之间的防倾覆装置,可以在振动时给隔震体一个反冲力,有效地预防了储罐的倾覆现象。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,包括上支撑板1、下连接板7以及设置在上支撑板1和下连接板7之间的高弹性橡胶2,高弹性橡胶2的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼材料6和内加强钢板8,且高阻尼材料6和内加强钢板8与上支撑板1、下连接板7以及高弹性橡胶2组成隔震体。其中,高弹性橡胶2内添加了耐老化及阻燃性能优良的防老剂和阻燃剂,使得本支座耐老化和阻燃性能好,且高阻尼材料6能有效吸收振动或地震产生的能量。另一方面为保证本支座在发生振动或地震时储罐不会错动或倾覆,在隔震体外侧两端均设置有滑道3,且在所述滑道3与基础面之间设置有倾斜的防倾覆装置10,该防倾覆装置10与基础面之间的角度小于90°,且防倾覆装置10由伸缩体4和设置在伸缩体4两端的滑珠5组成。其中,伸缩体4为弹簧或其它结构的拉伸机构,滑道3为聚四氟乙烯板。当发生振动时,防倾覆装置10给隔震体一个反冲力,有效预防了储罐的倾覆现象。
为保证隔震体的竖向具有一定刚度和阻尼,可根据设计需要在高弹性橡胶2内部设置一定层数的内加强钢板8及高阻尼材料6,且高阻尼材料6为铅芯。本实施方式中,高弹性橡胶2的内部设置有中心通孔和通道层,高阻尼材料6和内加强钢板8分别设置在中心通孔和通道层内,同时,在内加强钢板8上设置有通孔,且内加强钢板8相互隔离并多层分布在高弹性橡胶2内部。
同时,为保证储罐与支座的接触面积大、承载力均匀,可根据储罐形状,将上支撑板1做成与储罐的曲率半径相同的弧状形,且高阻尼材料6上端的曲率半径与储罐相同。
下连接板7上设有用于安装连接螺栓的多个安装通孔9。本发明的安装使用方法为:将下连接板7上设置的螺纹孔用螺纹与基础面连接在一起,并把储罐置于支座上即可。

1.一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:包括上支撑板(1)、下连接板(7)以及设置在所述上支撑板(1)和下连接板(7)之间的高弹性橡胶(2),所述高弹性橡胶(2)的内部镶嵌有多个高阻尼材料(6)和内加强钢板(8),且所述高阻尼材料(6)和内加强钢板(8)与所述上支撑板(1)、下连接板(7)以及高弹性橡胶(2)组成隔震体;所述隔震体外侧两端均设置有滑道(3),在所述滑道(3)与基础面之间设置有倾斜的防倾覆装置(10),所述防倾覆装置(10)由伸缩体(4)和设置在伸缩体(4)两端的滑珠(5)组成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述高弹性橡胶(2)的内部设置有中心通孔和通道层,且所述高阻尼材料(6)设置在所述中心通孔内,内加强钢板(8)设置在所述通道层内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述内加强钢板(8)上设置有通孔,且所述内加强钢板(8)相互隔离并多层分布在高弹性橡胶(2)内部。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述下连接板(7)上设有用于安装连接螺栓的多个安装通孔(9)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述上支撑板(1)的形状为弧形,且所述弧形与储罐的曲率半径相同。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述高阻尼材料(6)上端的曲率半径与储罐相同。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述滑道(3)为聚四氟乙烯板。
8.按照权利要求1所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述伸缩体(4)为弹簧。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的一种储罐隔震橡胶支座,其特征在于:所述高阻尼材料(6)为铅芯。
