本发明提供了一种纳米防氡抗菌乳胶漆,各组分的重量份数包括:纳米聚丙烯酸酯乳液95.0~115.0份,成膜助剂7.5~9.5份,分散剂聚羧酸钠4.5~5.5份,防霉抗藻剂2.0~2.4份,抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛70.0~90.0份,填充料纳米碳酸钙125.0~145.0份,放射性吸收剂纳米偏硼酸钡50.0~150.0份,缔合型增稠剂4.5~5.5份,pH调节剂0.6~1.0份,流平改性剂1.5~2.5份,水31.5~151.5份。本发明在涂覆过程中形成透气差、不透水的屏蔽薄膜,具有室内防氡效率高、装饰效果佳、施工简便等优点,可用作现代家庭、高放射性建筑物、地下建筑的防氡材料。

纳米防氡抗菌乳胶漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑涂料,特指纳米防氡抗菌乳胶漆漆。
背景技术
目前,在建筑装饰工程中,为了防氡一般都采用在建筑表面涂覆涂料,然而因其成膜技术所限乳液玻璃化温度过高(大于30℃),粒径较大(大于μm),涂膜不致密,易被氡穿透,防氡效率不高,仅为60%左右,或装饰效果差涂膜粗糙、流平性差、易开裂而无法应用于家庭装修。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米防氡抗菌乳胶漆,以克服上述现有技术的不足。
本发明的纳米防氡抗菌乳胶漆,各组分的重量份数包括:
纳米聚丙烯酸酯乳液                     95.0~115.0份
成膜助剂                               7.5~9.5份
分散剂聚羧酸钠                         4.5~5.5份
防霉抗藻剂                             2.0~2.4份
抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛                     70.0~90.0份
填充料纳米碳酸钙                       125.0~145.0份
放射性吸收剂纳米偏硼酸钡               50.0~150.0份
缔合型增稠剂                           4.5~5.5份
PH调节剂                               0.6~1.0份
流平改性剂                             1.5~2.5份
水                               31.5~151.5份
纳米聚丙烯酸酯乳液采用南通生达化工有限公司牌号为SD-588纳米苯丙乳液的产品;
所述成膜助剂选用2,2,4—三甲基—1,3—戊二醇单异丁酸酯;
防霉抗藻剂选用异噻唑啉酮类;
缔合型增稠剂的化学名称为非离子型改性聚氨酯,可采用美国罗门哈斯公司牌号为ACRYSOL RM-2020NPR的产品;
pH调节剂选用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇;
流平改性剂为非离子型无溶剂聚氨酯,可采用上海丹辉化工有限公司公司牌号为DH-3018的产品;
抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙和纳米偏硼酸钡的粒径为10~100纳米;
本发明的制备方法,为常规的物理混合方法,将各物料混合后,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明利用配方中主要利用配方中的纳米聚丙烯酸酯乳液、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙等,在涂覆过程中形成透气差、不透水的屏蔽薄膜,从而阻止氡气的向外逸出,同时利用纳米偏硼酸钡对氡及其子体的吸收,减少氡气的向外逸出数量,具有室内防氡效率高、装饰效果佳、施工简便等优点,可用作现代家庭、高放射性建筑物、地下建筑的防氡材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
配方,(重量份):
纳米聚丙烯酸酯乳液             115份
成膜助剂2,2,4—三甲基—1,3—戊二醇单异丁酸酯 8.5份
分散剂聚羧酸钠                    5.0份
防霉抗藻剂异噻唑啉酮类            2.2份
抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛                85.0份
填充料纳米碳酸钙                  145份
放射性吸收剂纳米偏硼酸钡          150.0份
缔合型增稠剂5.0份
PH调节剂2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇     0.8份
非离子型无溶剂聚氨酯流平改性剂   2.0份
水                              151.5份
抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙和纳米偏硼酸钡的粒径分别为60、30和80纳米;
制备方法:将各物料混合后,搅拌均匀即可。
放射性氡检测机构,上海市环境检测服务中心,采用局部静态法测量被测介质表面在测量期间的平均氡析出率。用有机玻璃制成充氡箱,用市售单面光滑的纤维板制作样品,用PCMR-1连续测氡仪作测量手段,用GD-LI流气式固体氡源向充氡箱充氡,从而建立了内墙漆防氡效率的测定方法,该方法对不同内墙漆防氡效率容易实现同条件测量,测量结果具有很好的可比性。经检测,防氡效率为91%。
采用GB18582-2008《室内装饰装修材料内墙涂料中有害物质限量》标准检测,有害物质含量如下:

不溶性铬(Cr)             4mg/kg

采用GB9756—2001《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》标准检测,质量技术如下:
容器中状态搅拌混合后无硬块,呈均匀状态
