非充气轮胎及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及非充气轮胎及其制造方法,更详细地说,涉及与对于车轮的组装性优异的非充气轮胎及其制造方法。
背景技术
充气轮胎的乘坐舒适性能优异,但为了维持其性能,需要经常进行气压管理。作为不需要这样的气压管理仍能够得到良好的乘坐舒适性的轮胎,专利文献1提出了一种方案:在胎面环的内侧接合轮辐构造体而构成非充气轮胎(非空气式轮胎),该轮辐构造体通过多个轮辐将环状的外周构件与内周构件之间连接,并将该非充气轮胎一体固定在车轮上。
但是,该非充气轮胎作为车轮的组装体而接合固定在车轮上,所以有在轮胎磨损或者损伤时、将轮胎从车轮分离而组装新的轮胎的作业非常困难的问题。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够使对车轮的组装以及拆卸变得容易的非充气轮胎及其制造方法。
达成上述目的的本发明的非充气轮胎,在胎面环的内周侧接合有轮辐构造体,该轮辐构造体通过多个轮辐将环状的外周构件与内周构件之间连接,其特征在于:所述内周构件在轮胎圆周方向上分割为多个独立构件。
另外,本发明的非充气轮胎的制造方法,其特征在于:将轮辐构造体接合于带状的未硫化橡胶的单侧,该轮辐构造体构成为带状的外周构件与内周构件之间通过多个轮辐连接,所述内周构件在长度方向上分割为多个独立构件,将该带状的未硫化橡胶变形为环状,并且将两端部彼此连接而形成胎面环,然后进行硫化成形。
本发明的非充气轮胎,构成轮辐构造体的内周构件在轮胎圆周方向上分割为多个独立构件,所以在将该非充气轮胎组装到车轮上时以及从车轮上拆卸时,构成内周构件的多个独立构件分别由于轮辐的挠曲,在轮胎直径方向上容易改变位置,所以能够容易地进行面向车轮的组装以及拆卸。
另外,根据本发明的非充气轮胎的制造方法,只要在将带状的未硫化橡胶接合于轮辐构造体,然后使其变形为环状进行硫化成形即可,所以不需要特殊的设备,能够简单且以较低成本制造非充气轮胎。

具体实施方式
图1表示本发明的非充气轮胎的实施方式的一例,(a)是其整体的立体图,(b)是将圆周方向的一部分分割进行表示的放大立体图。
如图1所示,非充气轮胎1,在最外周具有由环状的橡胶构成的胎面环2,在该胎面环2的内周侧接合环状的轮辐构造体10而构成。轮辐构造体10由外周构件3、轮辐4以及内周构件5一体构成。其中外周构件3是与胎面环2大致相同宽度的带状构件在轮胎圆周方向上环状地连续而构成的。与此相对,内周构件5在轮胎圆周方向上分割为多个独立构件51而形成,该独立构件51形成为在与外周构件3大致相同宽度的支撑部51a的两端部的内侧分别具有突部51b。多个叶片状(blade)的轮辐4在圆周方向上隔开间隔地将这样的外周构件3与内周构件5的独立构件51之间连接。
图4(a)表示将上述非充气轮胎组装到车轮31上的状态,图4(b)将安装后的重要部分设为剖面进行展示。
对于本发明的非充气轮胎1的对车轮的组装,由于内周构件5在圆周方向上被分割为多个独立构件51,所以在组装到车轮31上时通过对各独立构件51施加半径方向外侧的外力,使各轮辐4挠曲,在轮胎直径方向上位移,所以能够简单地使突部51b越过轮辋32而安装到轮辋座上。另外,拆卸的作业也同样进行,能够容易地进行。进而,优选的是,在组装到轮辋上后,在内周构件5的两端部外周的紧固面6卷绕连接机构7而进行紧固,这样能够进行更牢固的安装。
组装本发明的非充气轮胎的车轮可以新设计专用的车轮,也可以原样使用现有的充气轮胎用的规格的车轮。
在本发明中,内周构件5优选在互相相邻的独立构件51的相互之间设置间隙,这样容易使各独立构件51独立地进行直径方向位置的位移,能够相对于车轮的直径的差异增加自由度。另外,独立构件51的轮胎圆周方向的长度可以相互相同,但优选使其周期性不同。通过使轮胎圆周方向的长度周期性不同,使伴随着轮胎旋转产生的行驶时的振动分散,所以能够提高乘坐舒适性。
轮辐4的形状没有特别限定,但优选如图1(b)所示,形成为叶片状,并且朝向轮胎宽度方向地配置该叶片的面方向。通过这样的形状和配置,为了在整个宽度上支撑胎面环2能够使宽度方向的表面压力均匀,并且能够在圆周方向上以适当的间距配置,所以能够使乘坐舒适性变得良好。
形成为叶片状的轮辐4的配置除了如图1(b)所示那样在轮胎宽度方向上延长的情况外,也可以与轮胎圆周方向倾斜。另外,轮辐4也可以如图2的实施方式那样,将叶片的面方向设于轮胎圆周方向,并且在圆周方向上隔开间隔地配置。在图示的例子中,将轮辐4设为左右一对,但为了使胎面环2的宽度方向的表面压力变得均匀,在轮胎宽度方向的中间也可以追加配置至少1根以上的轮辐4。
胎面环2为了使与接地相对的摩擦力、耐磨损性优异,使用橡胶,但进而优选为了橡胶层的加强而埋设加强帘线层8。作为加强帘线层8,可以是由钢丝帘线构成的,也可以是由有机纤维帘线构成的。在有机纤维帘线的情况下,优选使用强度以及弹性率模量高的芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚酮纤维等。
轮辐构造体10中,外周构件3和内周构件5优选由橡胶、树脂等构成。另外,轮辐4可以由从树脂、橡胶、金属中选出的至少1种构成。为了使轮辐代替充气轮胎中的气压的作用,所以从树脂、橡胶、金属中选出的材料具有优异的韧性以及适度的弹性,因而优选。也可以单独使用树脂、橡胶、金属,但也可以使用包含多种的复合材料。特别是在由树脂及/或橡胶构成时,也可以***加强橡胶层或者混合加强用短纤维。进而,在***加强橡胶层时,优选,实施表面处理来提高成为基体的树脂或者橡胶的粘接性。
在本发明中,作为将非充气轮胎1固定在车轮31上的辅助单元而使用的连接机构7除了带状的带外,也可以是绳状的构件。材料可以使用树脂、金属。将连接机构7的两端彼此连接的单元是众所周知的零件,可以对任意的材料进行连接。
连接机构7优选相对于轮辐构造体10的内周构件5进行挂接,其挂接的连接面6除了如图1、2以及4等所例示那样为内周部5的肩部外周面外,也可以如图3所示那样为在圆周方向上分别贯通内周构件5(独立构件51)的贯通孔6’。这样,通过设置贯通孔6’,能够防止连接机构7的宽度方向的错位、脱落,将轮胎1可靠地固定在车轮31上。
本发明的非充气轮胎的制造方法没有特别限定,但如果根据图5所例示的方法,能够仅靠简单的设备制造。
作为胎面环用材料,预先准备连续成形为带状的未硫化橡胶22。另外,作为轮辐构造体用材料,准备下述构造体:通过多个叶片状轮辐构件24将独立构件251连接于连续成形为带状的外周构件23、在外周构件23的长度方向上间断地排列有多个该独立构件251的构造部。轮辐构造体用材料可以是未硫化橡胶的成形体,也可以是硫化橡胶或者树脂的成形体。另外,轮辐构件24也可以使用金属材料。
将如上所述那样准备的胎面环用材料与轮辐构造体用材料分别切断成与轮胎1周长度相当的长度,并如图5所示,对胎面环用材料的未硫化橡胶22贴合轮辐构造体用材料的外周构件23。接下来,将贴合后的复合体以将轮辐构造体用材料设为内侧的方式卷绕在圆筒滚筒上,将未硫化橡胶22的两端部彼此接合。在轮辐构造体用材料也由未硫化橡胶构成时,同样将其两端部彼此接合,但在由硫化橡胶或者树脂构成时利用粘接剂等接合即可。
接下来,在卷绕成圆筒状的未硫化橡胶22的外周卷绕胎面花纹的成形构件(未图示),将其***硫化炉等中进行硫化,由此可以制造非充气轮胎。作为胎面花纹的成形构件,可以使用下述的构件:用分型性优异的树脂形成为带状挠性的构件,或者金属制的分割为多个的环状模具。
根据本发明的非充气轮胎的制造方法,仅在将轮辐构造体接合于带状的未硫化橡胶之后,将其变形为圆形状进行硫化成形即可,所以不需要特殊的设备仍能够简单且以较低成本制造。

Claims (10)

1.一种非充气轮胎,在胎面环的内周侧接合有轮辐构造体,该轮辐构造体通过多个轮辐对环状的外周构件与内周构件之间进行连接,其中:所述内周构件在轮胎圆周方向上被分割为多个独立构件,所述独立构件的长度在轮胎圆周方向上周期性不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非充气轮胎,其中:在相互相邻的所述独立构件的相互之间存在间隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的非充气轮胎,其中:在所述独立构件上架设有在轮胎圆周方向上连续的连接机构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的非充气轮胎,其中:所述轮辐形成为叶片状,该叶片的面方向配置于轮胎宽度方向。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的非充气轮胎,其中:所述轮辐形成为叶片状,该叶片的面方向配置于轮胎圆周方向。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的非充气轮胎,其中:所述胎面环为加强帘线层埋设于环状的橡胶层的结构。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的非充气轮胎,其中:由选自树脂、橡胶、金属中的至少1种构成所述轮辐。
8.一种非充气轮胎的制造方法,其中:将轮辐构造体接合于带状的未硫化橡胶的单侧,该轮辐构造体构成为带状的外周构件与内周构件之间通过多个轮辐连接,所述内周构件在长度方向上分割为多个独立构件,将该带状的未硫化橡胶变形为环状,并且将两端部彼此连接而形成胎面环,然后进行硫化成形;其中所述独立构件的长度在轮胎圆周方向上周期性不同。
9.根据权利要求8所述的非充气轮胎的制造方法,其中:与所述带状的未硫化橡胶接合前的轮辐构造体由未硫化橡胶构成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的非充气轮胎的制造方法,其中:与所述带状的未硫化橡胶接合前的轮辐构造体由硫化橡胶或者树脂构成。
