Abstract

本发明涉及带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管。以F-TPV存在于燃油胶管的最内层,依次粘接有氯醚橡胶层,骨架层,最外层包覆氯醚橡胶。本发明的实施例的汽车燃油胶管的孔径根据各种汽车胶管的要求具体配置。燃油胶管中F-TPV为最内层,与传统的氟橡胶燃油胶管相比更具有耐渗透,渗透量由原来4~8g/100cm2/24h降低到0~3g/100cm2/24h。与氟树脂燃油胶管相比,达到同样的耐渗透性,F-TPV表现柔软,与氟树脂硬度相同的时候,F-TPV的渗透性要好。随着F-TPV厚度的增加渗透性越来越好,体现出此燃油胶管的柔性与低渗透的特征。

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及燃油胶管,特别涉及带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,环境意识的增强,原有的燃油胶管性能已不能满足汽车日新月异的性能要求,现在的燃油胶管结构一般使用氟橡胶做为内隔层,这种材料具有优异的耐油性、耐高温性、耐臭氧性,且对燃油渗透性也有非常好的阻隔性能,使用氟含量高的氟橡胶可以满足欧III的排放要求。目前德国标准TL52424是以氟橡胶为内层的燃油胶管,其渗透量要求为<8g/100cm2/24h,且随着时间的推移汽车行业对耐渗透性会有更高的要求甚至是零渗透,只使用氟橡胶做为内层是达不到要求的。目前已有人研究在丁腈橡胶层上改性使用FTPV柔性氟材料低渗透燃油管,使复合结构中至少有一层FTPV柔性氟材料结构层。虽然这种结构的燃油胶管的耐渗透性能非常优越,但是需要建立在包括一层改性丁腈橡胶层的基础上进行制作,这种燃油胶管的结构局限性太大,为满足更高、更宽的使用要求,就必须有一种新型的燃油胶管满足汽车的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是提高现有燃油胶管的耐渗透性,从而提高燃油胶管的安全性、环保性、节能性,以氯醚橡胶为粘接层,而设置具有F-TPV(F-TPV是指含氟的热塑性硫化橡胶(热塑性硫化橡胶英文为Thermoplastic Vulcanizate,简称为TPV),也称FTPV)在内层的燃油胶管。F-TPV与氟树脂(THV)燃油胶管相比,达到同样的耐渗透性,F-TPV表现柔软,与氟树脂(THV)硬度相同的时候,F-TPV的渗透性要好。由于F-TPV氟材料在主链或侧链的碳原子上含有氟原子和一种合成高分子弹性体,氟原子的电负性极高,故具有极佳的耐燃油性。F-TPV同时拥有键能很高的碳氟键(C-F),所以具有高度的稳定性使其具有很高的耐热性,并具有优异的耐无机酸和有机酸、卤化物、碳氢化合物、醇类等,从而大大提高其耐渗透性能。
汽车排放出的CO(一氧化碳)、HC+NOx(碳氢化合物和氮氧化物)、PM(微粒,碳烟)等有害气体,它们都是发动机在燃烧作功过程中产生的有害气体。这些有害气体产生的原因各异,CO是燃油氧化不完全的中间产物,当氧气不充足时会产生CO,混合气浓度大及混合气不均匀都会使排气中的CO增加。HC是燃料中未燃烧的物质,由于混合气不均匀、燃烧室壁冷等原因造成部分燃油未来得及燃烧就被排放出去。NOx是燃料(汽油)在燃烧过程中产生的一种物质。PM也是燃油燃烧时缺氧产生的一种物质。为了抑制这些有害气体的产生,促使汽车生产厂家改进产品以降低这些有害气体的产生源头。所以使用F-TPV材料就显的尤为重要,由于耐渗透性能极佳,是制造燃油胶管阻隔层的好材料。
经过我们的多次研究,使F-TPV通过与氯醚橡胶共挤出,可以很好的粘接在一起,在使用中复合层不会出现脱层分离现象。考虑到F-TPV燃油胶管的承压性能,还可以在其中层配置骨架层,如:AR(芳纶纤维)、PES(聚酯纤维)、棉线等。
本发明的技术方案如下:
带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管,F-TPV存在于燃油胶管的最内层,依次粘接有氯醚橡胶层,骨架层,最外层包覆氯醚橡胶。
本发明的带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)挤出F-TPV,F-TPV的挤出温度:
机嘴温度:220~320℃;机头温度:220~320℃;挤出段温度:210~310℃;塑化段温度:210~310℃;螺杆段温度:200~300℃;喂料段温度:150~250℃
(2)挤出氯醚橡胶,氯醚橡胶的挤出温度
机头温度:50~100℃;挤出段温度:45~95℃;塑化段温度:45~95℃;螺杆段温度:40~80℃;
(3)骨架层,采用编织、缠绕或针织方式;
(4)挤出氯醚橡胶,氯醚橡胶的挤出温度
机头温度:50~100℃;挤出段温度:45~95℃;塑化段温度:45~95℃;螺杆段温度:40~80℃。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1:
如图1所示,是一个为汽车胶管配置的四层的圆形燃油胶管,以F-TPV为最内层,挤出厚度0.2~1mm;以氯醚橡胶为第二层,挤出厚度0.4~4mm;以AR、PES、棉线为第三层,以氯醚橡胶为第四层,挤出厚度0.4~4mm的燃油胶管。采用的挤出参数:
一层F-TPV的挤出参数:
  机嘴温度   机头温度   挤出段温度   塑化段温度   螺杆段温度   喂料段温度
  220℃   220℃   210℃   210℃   200℃   150℃
二层氯醚橡胶挤出参数:

实施例2:

本发明的实施例的汽车燃油胶管的孔径根据各种汽车胶管的要求具体配置。燃油胶管中F-TPV为最内层,与传统的氟橡胶燃油胶管相比更具有耐渗透性,渗透量由原来4~8g/100cm2/24h降低到0~3g/100cm2/24h。与氟树脂燃油胶管相比,达到同样的耐渗透性,F-TPV表现柔软,与氟树脂硬度相同的时候,F-TPV的渗透性要好。随着F-TPV厚度的增加渗透性越来越好,体现出此燃油胶管的柔性与低渗透的特征。
本发明公开和提出的带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管,本领域技术人员可通过借鉴本文内容,适当改变原料、工艺参数、工艺步骤等环节实现。本发明的方法与技术已通过较佳实施例子进行了描述,相关技术人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的方法和技术进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现本发明技术。特别需要指出的是,所有相类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,他们都被视为包括在本发明精神、范围和内容中。

Claims (1)

1.一种带有柔性氟材料低渗透燃油胶管的制备方法,以F-TPV为最内层,依次粘接有氯醚橡胶层,骨架层,最外层包覆氯醚橡胶;其特征是,使F-TPV通过与氯醚橡胶共挤出,条件如下:
(1)挤出F-TPV,F-TPV的挤出温度:
机嘴温度:220~320℃;机头温度:220~320℃;挤出段温度:210~310℃;塑化段温度:210~310℃;螺杆段温度:200~300℃;喂料段温度:150~250℃
(2)挤出氯醚橡胶,氯醚橡胶的挤出温度
机头温度:50~100℃;挤出段温度:45~95℃;塑化段温度:45~95℃;螺杆段温度:40~80℃;
(3)骨架层,采用编织、缠绕或针织方式;
(4)挤出氯醚橡胶,氯醚橡胶的挤出温度
机头温度:50~100℃;挤出段温度:45~95℃;塑化段温度:45~95℃;螺杆段温度:40~80℃。
