本发明公开了一种新型抹面砂浆,其组分与重量分配为:水泥40%,黄沙45%,重钙5%,滑石粉3.3%,木质纤维素0.5%,丙纤0.2%,母料6%;其中母料的组分及重量分配为:聚马来酸酐1.67%-8.33%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5.83%-9.17%,聚乙烯醇6.67%-10%,石灰石66.67%-86.67%,淀粉醚0.42%-0.83%;该新型抹面砂浆具有优异的综合粘接能力、低刺激性气味、低有机挥发物(VOC)等特点,达到并优于标准JG158-2004中抹面砂浆的性能指标,有利于促进我国建筑节能材料生产的发展,提高节能环保水平,并且具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

一种新型抹面砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型抹面砂浆,属建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国经济总量的持续稳步增长,能源供需矛盾日益凸现,现已成为制约我国经济持续健康发展的瓶颈。改革开放以后,建筑业的迅速发展已成为我国经济发展的支柱产业。随着居住建筑竣工面积的增加,势必会带来建筑能耗的加大。我国每年城乡新建房屋建筑面积近20亿平方米,其中80%以上为高能耗建筑,已有建筑近400亿平方米,95%以上是高能耗建筑。我国单位建筑面积能耗是发达国家的2~3倍以上。据***预测,未来10年我国建筑业发展速度仍会高于国民经济的发展速度,其中住宅建设也将处于增长型发展时期。预计“十一五”末,全社会房屋竣工面积将达到90亿平方米,其中新建住宅将达到60亿平方米以上。建筑节能任务重大。中国房屋住宅的能量损失大致为墙体约占50%;屋面约占10%;门窗约占25%;地下室和地面约占15%。中国建筑要在2010年实现节能率50%,需对建筑外墙进行全面改造,墙体保温材料的发展非常关键,节能保温材料行业的前景无限。
抹面砂浆是指涂抹在基底材料的表面,兼有保护基层和增加美观作用的砂浆。由抹面砂浆构成的抹面层不承受荷载,多为薄层,并分层涂抹,面层要求平整、光洁、细致、美观,其与基底层要有足够的粘结强度,使其在施工中或长期自重和环境作用下不脱落、不开裂,因此要求砂浆应有良好的和易性及较高的粘结力。抹面砂浆常分两层或三层进行施工。底层砂浆的作用是使砂浆与基层能牢固地粘结,应有良好的保水性。中层主要是为了找平,有时可省去不做。面层主要为了获得平整、光洁地表面效果。
根据其功能不同,抹面砂浆一般可分为普通抹面砂浆和特殊用途砂浆。常用的普通抹面砂浆有水泥砂浆、石灰砂浆、水泥石灰混合砂浆、麻刀石灰砂浆(简称麻刀灰)、纸筋石灰砂浆(纸筋灰)等;特殊用途砂浆有防水、耐酸、绝热、吸声及装饰等用途的砂浆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型抹面砂浆。
其技术方案是所述一种新型抹面砂浆的组分与重量分配为:水泥40%,黄沙45%,重钙5%,滑石粉3.3%,木质纤维素0.5%,丙纤0.2%,母料6%;其中母料的组分及重量分配为:聚马来酸酐1.67%-8.33%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5.83%-9.17%,聚乙烯醇6.67%-10%,石灰石66.67%-86.67%,淀粉醚0.42%-0.83%。
本发明提供一种新型抹面砂浆,以聚马来酸酐为主要原料配制成母料,具有优异的综合粘接能力、低有机挥发物(VOC)含量和低刺激性气味等特点,完全满足作为抹面砂浆的所有指标。实验证明,其可以替代现有的抹面砂浆,完全符合、并且某些性能优于JG158-2004《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温***》标准,而且其成本较低具有较强的市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取聚马来酸酐2kg,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚4kg,聚乙烯醇4.5kg,石灰石49.2kg,淀粉醚0.3kg,配成60kg母料;取水泥:400kg,黄砂:450kg,重钙:50kg,滑石粉:33kg,木质纤维素:5kg,丙纤:2kg,母料:60kg混合制成抹面砂浆粉料。
使用时,另加400kg的水,充分搅拌,制得抹面砂浆,即可对基底材料的表面进行涂抹施工。
实施例2
取聚马来酸酐4.5kg,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5.5kg,聚乙烯醇6kg,石灰石43.5kg,淀粉醚0.5kg,配成60kg母料;取水泥:400kg,黄砂:450kg,重钙:50kg,滑石粉:33kg,木质纤维素:5kg,丙纤:2kg,母料:60kg混合制成抹面砂浆粉料。
使用时,另加400kg的水,充分搅拌,制得抹面砂浆,即可对基底材料的表面进行涂抹施工。
