Abstract
本发明公开了一种功能氮肥缓释剂,各组分按重量份比为:增效钠2-5、双氰胺130-150、硫酸镁140-160、纳米级碳酸钙140-160、沸石粉280-320、膨润土250-270。本发明既能使氮肥长效与缓效,又能使氮肥具有速效之功能,保证了农作物在整个生育期内都有足够的氮营养均衡供应,且与氮肥随混随施,使用量与常规施肥相比可减少20~30%,方便农民施用,达到节省劳力、节本增收之目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业生物领域,具体是一种功能氮肥缓释剂。
背景技术
氮肥品种较多,如尿素、碳铵、硫铵、氯化铵、硝铵等等,对新中国的农业生产都做出了巨大贡献。但是,由于长期过量施用氮肥也给环境造成了巨大的负面影响。例如,尿素在酰胺水解、硝化与反硝化过程中生成的二氧化氮随着氨气挥发损失巨大,逸入大气产生温室效应对全球气候变暖有由着密切关系;随雨水流失江河或渗入土壤深层,造成江河和地下水硝酸盐严重超标,威胁着人类健康。减少氮肥施用量、提高氮肥利用率已经到了刻不容缓的地步!因此,一场“提高氮肥利用率”的革命开始了,人们着手研发各种缓、控释肥料以期达到提高氮肥利用率的目的。
常用的缓、控释技术大致为以下途径:
1、生物化学途径——脲酶抑制和硝化抑制;
2、物理方法——包被法、包裹法;
3、化学合成缓释方法——难溶性有机化合物、水溶性难降解化合物、低溶解性无机盐。
以上任何一种方法都有提高氮肥利用率的可能,但是在大田作物示范推广应用中体现出许多不太理想之处,如硫磺包膜、聚合物包膜、钙镁磷肥包裹型缓释肥料,在大田应用中普遍出现后期旺盛,前期缺乏营养,仍需作相应处理。因此,在作物大面积应用中有待进一步创新。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种功能氮肥缓释剂,与氮肥混匀后即可施用,随混随施,十分方便,且使用量与常规施肥相比可减少20~30%。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种功能氮肥缓释剂,其特征在于:各组分按重量份比为:
增效钠 2-5
双氰胺 130-150
硫酸镁 140-160
纳米级碳酸钙 140-160
沸石粉 280-320
膨润土 250-270
所述的功能氮肥缓释剂,其特征在于:所述的增效钠的纯度为98%;所述的硫酸镁的硫含量≥21%、Mg含量≥27%;所述的纳米级碳酸钙是目度≤1200目的超细碳酸钙;所述的沸石粉的目度≤400目;所述膨润土的目度≤400目。
所述的功能氮肥缓释剂,其特征在于:各组分按重量份比为:
增效钠 2-4
双氰胺 135-145
硫酸镁 145-155
纳米级碳酸钙 145-155
沸石粉 290-310
膨润土 255-260
所述的功能氮肥缓释剂,其特征在于:各组分按重量份比为:

本发明既能使氮肥长效与缓效,又能使氮肥具有速效之功能,保证了农作物在整个生育期内都有足够的氮营养均衡供应,且与氮肥随混随施,方便农民施用,达到节省劳力、节本增收之目的。
和已有的技术相比,本发明是针对目前农民习惯施肥的特性,在不改变其特性的前提下,达到“减少氮肥施用量,提高氮肥利用率”的效果。本发明无任何激素、无毒、无害、无污染;使用后见效快、肥效稳、持效期长,增强农作物抗寒、抗旱、抗涝、抗盐碱之功能。增加产量、改善品质、使农民节本增收。
具体实施方式
将各原料组分:增效钠3份、双氰胺140份、硫酸镁150份、纳米级碳酸钙150份、沸石粉300份、膨润土257份通过电子自动计量秤进行自动计量后,将配比后的各组分放入粉体混合机内进行搅拌混合,然后将搅拌均匀的组分放入自动计量包装机内进行包装,得成品。
