技术领域
本发明涉及一种双离合器传动机构的双离合器。
背景技术
如今,双离合器传动机构以其诸多优点越来越多地运用在汽车制造中。同时,这种传动机构结构形式的关键元件是湿运转或干运转的双离合器,其分别将发动机转矩传递到两个分传动机构中的一个传动机构上。在一个离合器接合期间,同时另一个离合器则是分离的。然后在分离的离合器的传动轴上换挡。同时,如果分离的离合器产生高的牵引转矩,该转矩必须在档位同步时除传动轴的惯性外被消除。这表示在实际中要么会减少同步单元的寿命,要么如通常情况下使用更高效的、更昂贵的同步环。高的牵引转矩同时导致汽车燃料消耗的提高。牵引转矩主要是由两个离合器在运行中共同润滑引起的。同时,离合器片之间的液体摩擦引起该转矩。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供一种双离合器,其可以将其离合器分开润滑并且同时以节省结构空间的同轴或“巢”型设计用相互套设的离合器进行构建。
根据本发明的一个方面,双离合器传动机构的双离合器具有内离合器,其与内轴相连并且具有用于内离合器片的内离合器片支架;具有外离合器,其与和内轴同轴设置的外空心轴相连并且具有用于外离合器片的外离合器片支架;以及具有驱动件,其设置在驱动轴上并且具有内驱动片以及外驱动片,内驱动片能够被置入与内离合器片的有效连接中并且与内离合器片形成内离合器组以及外驱动片能够被置入与外离合器片的有效连接中并且与外离合器片形成外离合器组;其中,在所述驱动件上固定有用于两个离合器组的共同的离合器支架;离合器支架具有两个相互嵌套的轮毂,其被配设给离合器组,其中,每个轮毂具有一个齿部,具有齿部的轮毂相互嵌套且在相互嵌套的齿部之间形成下部的和上部的齿空腔;以及用于外离合器的油输入通过上部的齿空腔实现并且内离合器的油输出通过下部的齿空腔实现;或者用于外离合器的油输入通过下部的齿空腔实现并且内离合器的油输出通过上部的齿空腔实现。
具体地说,根据本发明的目的通过用于两个离合器组的共同的离合器片支架实现,其特征在于,具有用于离合器片组的齿部的两个轮毂相互嵌套。由此在两个齿部的齿之间形成轴向间隙。
如果该间隙或者说空腔优选通过相应的隔板在单侧被轴向地覆盖,可以分开地将油向两个单离合器输送或者从这两个单离合器输出。为此,优选将特定分配的孔冲压到齿部中,这些孔将油从整个离合器的一侧输送给例如外离合器并且将内离合器的油向整个离合器的另一侧输出。此外,优选针对两个离合器分开地输送油并且在离合器中将油分开地输送到单离合器中。这可以通过在离合器外壳中的相应的隔板实现。
有利的是,齿部无间隙地相互嵌套并且在齿部之间形成的空腔在单侧被轴向地覆盖。
有利的是,齿部具有分开设置的孔或穿孔。
有利的是,在离合器外壳内腔中设置有用于在外壳内腔中分配油流的导向隔板。
有利的是,离合器片支架的内轮毂嵌入与驱动件相连的外轮毂中并且轴向固定,内轮毂在其内侧接收用于内离合器的驱动片,外轮毂在其外侧接收用于外离合器的驱动片。
有利的是,离合器片支架的外轮毂套接在与驱动件相连的内轮毂的周围并且轴向固定,外轮毂在其外侧接收用于外离合器的驱动片,内轮毂在其内侧接收用于内离合器的驱动片。
有利的是,离合器支架的两个轮毂与驱动件相连。

具体实施方式
图1中简化地示出了根据本发明的双离合器传动机构的双离合器1,其在图1中为了简化描述没有详细示出。
双离合器1具有内离合器2,其与内轴3相连。内离合器2具有离合器片支架5,其配有内离合器片,其中,在图1中所示的实施形式中示例性地用附图标记4表示四个内离合器片。
双离合器1还具有外离合器6,其与外空心轴20相连,内轴3在外空心轴中同轴延伸,在图1的示图中有详细描述。与外轴20相连的外离合器6具有外离合器片支架8,其配有外离合器片,其中,根据图1示出的实施形式示例性地设置有四个外离合器片7。
双离合器1还具有驱动件9,其设置在未详细示出的驱动轴上。驱动件14具有内驱动片和外驱动片,其中,在示例中设置有五个外驱动片和五个内驱动片,在图1中用附图标记11表示的外驱动片以及用10表示的内驱动片代表所有驱动片。
图1中可见,内驱动片10和外驱动片11被设置或固定在唯一的离合器片支架或者说离合器片筐14上,唯一的离合器片支架或者说离合器片筐14设置在内离合器片支架5和外离合器片支架8之间。离合器片筐14由两个相互嵌套的配有所属的齿部17或17′的轮毂15、16构建而成(见图2)。
图1中粗箭头B、R示出了用于离合器2或6的两股油流。用于外离合器6的油B通过离合器轮毂流入外壳内部21,通过导向隔板18和18′向外折转并且随后(在图1中从左)流入上部的齿空腔22、23(见图2),从这里出发经过冲压到齿部中的孔(未示出)被分配到离合器片组13中。当油B流经离合器片组之后,其以传统的方式穿过在外离合器片支架8上的孔再次从外离合器6流出。
用于内离合器2的油流R经过离合器轮毂中的另一些孔与油B在轴向上错位地流入离合器的外壳内腔21,并且由此可单独操控。其通过导向隔板19分配并且由此输送给内离合器2的内轮毂。经过该轮毂后油流R流经孔并且因此润滑内离合器片组12。然后油流R从离合器片组12出发通过在外离合器片支架8中的孔进入下部的齿空腔24、25(见图2),然后轴向地(在图1中右边)从离合器片支架流出,以便在流经外离合器6的外离合器片支架8之后经过孔最终离开离合器。导向隔板18、18′、19不是必须为分开的组件,而可以是通过离合器其它组件相应地成型。
通过这种结构可以分开地向两个离合器2、6供应油。由此每个离合器2、6都可以单独根据需要完全将油除去。
本发明具有如下优点:
-强烈地减小了牵引转矩;
-最简单的构造,只需很少的附加件;
-十分标准化组件式的方案,离合器根据需要可以无需较大的额外设计费用转换为传统的润滑;
-可以实现最节约结构空间的设计。

Claims (7)

1.一种双离合器传动机构的双离合器(1)
-具有内离合器(2),其与内轴(3)相连并且具有用于内离合器片(4)的内离合器片支架(5);
-具有外离合器(6),其与和内轴(3)同轴设置的外空心轴(20)相连并且具有用于外离合器片(7)的外离合器片支架(8);以及
-具有驱动件(9),其设置在驱动轴上并且具有内驱动片以及外驱动片(10、11),所述内驱动片能够被置入与内离合器片的有效连接中并且与内离合器片形成内离合器组(12)以及所述外驱动片能够被置入与外离合器片的有效连接中并且与外离合器片形成外离合器组(13);
其特征在于,
-在所述驱动件(9)上固定有用于两个离合器组(12、13)的共同的离合器支架(14);
-所述离合器支架(14)具有两个相互嵌套的轮毂(15、16),其被配设给离合器组(12、13),其中,每个轮毂(15、16)具有一个齿部(17、17′),具有齿部的轮毂相互嵌套且在相互嵌套的齿部之间形成下部的和上部的齿空腔;以及-用于外离合器(6)的油输入通过上部的齿空腔(22、23)实现并且内离合器(2)的油输出通过下部的齿空腔(24、25)实现;或者用于外离合器(6)的油输入通过下部的齿空腔(24、25)实现并且内离合器(2)的油输出通过上部的齿空腔(22、23)实现。
2.按照权利要求1所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,所述齿部(17、17′)无间隙地相互嵌套并且在齿部(17、17′)之间形成的空腔(22、23、24、25)在单侧被轴向地覆盖。
3.按照权利要求1所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,所述齿部(17、17′)具有分开设置的孔或穿孔。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,在离合器外壳内腔(21)中设置有用于在外壳内腔(21)中分配油流(B、R)的导向隔板(18、18′、19)。
5.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,离合器片支架(14)的内轮毂(15)嵌入与驱动件(9)相连的外轮毂(16)中并且轴向固定,所述内轮毂在其内侧接收用于内离合器(2)的驱动片,所述外轮毂在其外侧接收用于外离合器(6)的驱动片。
6.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,离合器片支架(14)的外轮毂(16)套接在与驱动件(9)相连的内轮毂(15)的周围并且轴向固定,所述外轮毂在其外侧接收用于外离合器(6)的驱动片,所述内轮毂在其内侧接收用于内离合器(2)的驱动片。
7.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的双离合器(1),其特征在于,离合器支架(14)的两个轮毂(15、16)与驱动件(9)相连。
