Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前叙部分所述的内燃机的供油装置、即内燃机的高压共轨供油装置。
背景技术
DE10157135B4公开了一种带有多个汽缸的内燃机、即一种带有多个汽缸的用重油开动的船用柴油机,其中一高压共轨供油装置的喷射器分配给每个汽缸。燃油可通过喷射器喷入内燃机的每个汽缸中。根据DE10157135B4的高压共轨供油装置包括具有多个高压泵的泵装置,以便将燃油从高压共轨供油装置的低压区输送到高压共轨供油装置的高压区,其中在泵装置和喷射器之间的高压区中设有一持续地处在高压下的蓄压器***。持续地处在高压下的蓄压器***也被称为高压共轨,该蓄压器***按照DE10157135B4具有多个蓄能单元,并且通过同样持续地处在高压下的高压油管与泵装置相连接。此外蓄压器***通过根据喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管与喷射器相连接。构成两位三通换向阀的开关元件被分配给根据喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管,该高压油管将喷射器与蓄压器***相连接,该开关元件根据喷油循环将燃油输送给喷射器。一在开关元件上产生的控制泄漏或者控制燃油量按照DE10157135B4可通过一节流阀和一稳压阀排出。
发明内容
从这点出发本发明以该问题为依据,提出一种新型的内燃机的供油装置、即一种改进的内燃机的高压共轨供油装置。该问题通过根据权利要求1所述的供油装置获得解决。根据本发明,开关元件作为位移封闭柱塞阀这样构成,以使位移封闭柱塞集成在两位三通(3/2)换向阀中,其中,当两位三通换向阀的阀座打开通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞就克服与位移封闭柱塞共同起作用的弹簧元件的弹簧力这样被移动,以使位移封闭柱塞打开通到喷射器的高压油管,并且关闭控制管路,并且当两位三通换向阀的阀座关闭通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞就通过与位移封闭柱塞共同起作用的弹簧元件的弹簧力可被这样移动,以使位移封闭柱塞关闭通到喷射器的高压油管,并且打开控制管路。
根据本发明的供油装置的开关元件使得在微小的磨损倾向时并且在保证微小的控制燃油量下使得足够的稳压或者稳定压力的建立以及在喷射结束时开关元件的压力平衡成为可能,以避免气穴现象。控制燃油量以及泄漏燃油量可以安全地和可靠地被排出。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种内燃机、尤其是一用重油开动的船用柴油机的高压共轨供油装置。高压共轨供油装置具有一低压区以及一高压区。
高压共轨供油装置的高压区包括至少一具有高压泵的泵装置和至少一具有蓄能单元的蓄压器***,其中泵装置将燃油从低压区输送到高压区,并且通过至少一高压油管与蓄压器***相连接。蓄压器***以及每个将蓄压器***与泵装置相连接的高压油管持续地处在一高的工作压力下。
从蓄压器***出发燃油可通过喷射器喷入汽缸,其中每个喷射器通过至少一高压油管与蓄压器***相连接,该高压油管根据内燃机的喷油循环暂时地处在高压下。一开关元件分配给每个根据内燃机的喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管,其中开关元件根据内燃机的喷油循环要么打开要么关闭通过暂时地处在高压下的高压油管的燃油流。
图1表示了一在开关元件1的区域中这样的供油装置的局部放大图,该开关元件分配给一根据内燃机的喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管,该高压油管在蓄压器***和喷射器之间延伸。该高压油管在图1中仅仅表示了一通到喷射器的部分2。
图1所示的开关元件1在本发明的意义下构成位移封闭柱塞阀,该位移封闭柱塞阀包括一两位三通(3/2-)换向阀3和一位移封闭柱塞4,该位移封闭柱塞集成在两位三通换向阀3中。根据图1所示,位移封闭柱塞4与一弹簧元件5共同起作用。
那么当两位三通换向阀3通过阀体6从阀座7上抬起打开通到未表示的蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞4克服弹簧元件5提供的弹簧力可这样被移动,如在图1中表示的,以使位移封闭柱塞4打开通到喷射器的高压油管的部分2,并且关闭控制管路8。
与此相反,当两位三通换向阀3关闭通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞4就可通过弹簧元件5的弹簧力这样移动,以使位移封闭柱塞封闭通到喷射器的高压油管的部分2,并且打开控制管路8。
在该状态下两位三通换向阀3被关闭,并且弹簧元件5将位移封闭柱塞4移动到一位置,在该位置位移封闭柱塞打开控制管路8,并且封闭通到喷射器的高压油管的部分2。在该状态下,控制油量可通过一集成在位移封闭柱塞4中的控制管路8的孔9供给,并且可通过控制管路8排出。借此在一控制腔10中就可调节一确定的稳压或者稳定压力,用该稳定压力能够可靠地避免在控制腔10中气穴现象的形成。
当两位三通换向阀3持续地被关闭时,可能产生的燃油泄漏同样可通过位移封闭柱塞4、即通过集成在位移封闭柱塞中的孔9被供给燃油控制管路8,并且可通过同一孔被排出。集成在位移封闭柱塞4的孔9中的节流阀11保证确定的稳压或者稳定压力的保持。
大量的重要的功能可以用根据本发明的供油装置的开关元件1实现。因此可以保持在两个喷射过程之间确定的稳压或者稳定压力。燃油泄漏可以可靠地被排出。在喷射结束时可实现压力平衡。保持高的喷射压力是可能的。开关元件以微小的控制油量和微小的磨损为特点。

Claims (3)
1.内燃机的供油装置、即内燃机的高压共轨供油装置,带有一低压区,带有一至少包括一高压泵的泵装置,以便将燃油从供油装置的低压区输送到供油装置的高压区,其中在高压区在泵装置和分配给汽缸的喷射器之间设有一至少具有一蓄能单元的、持续地处在高压下的蓄压器***,其中蓄压器***通过至少一同样持续地处在高压下的高压油管与泵装置相连接,其中蓄压器***通过根据喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管与喷射器相连接,并且其中开关元件被分配给根据喷油循环暂时地处在高压下的高压油管,该高压油管将喷射器与蓄压器***相连接,该开关元件根据喷油循环将燃油输送给喷射器,其特征在于,开关元件(1)作为位移封闭柱塞阀这样构成,以使一位移封闭柱塞(4)集成在两位三通换向阀(3)中,其中,当两位三通换向阀打开通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞(4)就克服与位移封闭柱塞共同起作用的弹簧元件(5)的弹簧力可这样被移动,以使位移封闭柱塞打开通到喷射器的高压油管(2),并且关闭控制管路(8),并且当两位三通换向阀关闭通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,位移封闭柱塞(4)就可通过与位移封闭柱塞共同起作用的弹簧元件(5)的弹簧力这样被移动,以使位移封闭柱塞关闭通到喷射器的高压油管(2),并且打开控制管路(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的供油装置,其特征在于,在位移封闭柱塞(4)中集成一孔(9),当两位三通换向阀关闭通到蓄压器***的高压油管时,控制流量和/或者泄漏流量通过该孔可排入控制管路(8)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的供油装置,其特征在于,在孔(9)中集成一节流阀(11)。
