技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,具体涉及一种凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料。
背景技术
内墙涂料直接涂装于建筑物或构筑物的内表面,与人们的生活或工作关系更为密切。内墙涂料的装饰效果、涂膜手感、平整度和颜色、质感等会受到人们更多的关注,内墙涂料会对室内环境产生较大的影响,应当具有适当的透气性和吸湿性,完全不透气、不吸湿的涂膜会造成墙面的结露,不利于室内环境的改善和居住舒适性的提高。内墙涂料中不能含有有毒、有害物质,否则会对环境和健康造成危害;内墙涂料必须具有适当的耐水性、耐碱性和耐擦洗性。
中国专利公开号CN 1035672,公开日为1989年9月20日,名称为“膨润土粉末涂料”,公开了“一种用于房屋内墙表面装饰的膨润土粉末涂料。其特点是以膨润土为主要原料,生产成本低,耐干擦性好,不掉粉,制造方法简单以及易于包装运输。”
上述专利的不足之处是该项技术中选用膨润土为主要原料,而膨润土中常伴生有石英、长石、沸石、石膏、方解石、黄铁矿、氧化铁矿物以及岩屑等杂质,而这些伴生的矿物对膨润土的化学成分以及工艺性能影响较大,没有经过提纯的膨润土的胶体粘度、分散性和悬浮性能都比较差,因此会影响到涂料的产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料。
凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料由提纯后的凹凸棒、超细轻质碳酸钙、聚乙烯醇超细粉末、速溶硅酸钠、锐钛型钛白粉、固体有机硅消泡剂和荧光增白剂VBL组成。
凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的生产方法是:配料、粉碎、磨粉、包装为凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的成品。
凹凸棒石粘土是一种含水富镁纳米级多孔纤维状硅酸盐粘土矿物,当凹凸棒石粘土中的凹凸棒含量≥80%以上时,其比表面积较大,可达500m2/g以上。使用“凹凸棒湿法选矿工艺”,将凹凸棒石粘土中的水云母、石英、蛋白石和碳酸盐等矿物筛选去除掉,得到一种提纯后的凹凸棒。
凹凸棒石粘土土质细腻,表面光滑,质地较轻,潮湿时呈粘性和可塑性,其粘度可达到3000mPa·s以上,有利于原料之间的粘结;凹凸棒石粘土干燥收缩率小,且不产生龟裂,能提高内墙粉末涂料对建筑物墙面的附着力,提纯后的凹凸棒加入涂料溶液中,在外力搅拌下快速形成稳定的不分层的凝胶体,有较好的粘滞性和触变性,凹凸棒石粘土涂料涂膜的显微照片显示,其晶体呈网状排列,均匀地分布在涂料中,所以涂膜表面耐磨性能好。
凹凸棒石粘土具有选择吸附能力,如对极性分子水、氨、甲醇、乙醇、醛、酮、烯、烃等能被通道孔吸收,而对非极性分子如氧等则不能进入孔道,利用这种吸附特性,能吸附空气中的甲醛和挥发性有机物,净化空气。
超细轻质碳酸钙具有细腻、均匀、白度高、光学性能好等优点,有助于提高凹凸棒膏状内墙涂料的光泽和附着力。
聚乙烯醇超细粉末,具有良好的冷水速溶性、优异的成膜性、较强的粘接性和渗透性,能提高凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的附着力和耐摩擦性能,防止涂料施工后产生粉化、龟裂和剥离。
速溶硅酸钠能快速溶解于水,加入凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料后,能渗入缝隙和孔隙中,固化的硅凝胶能堵塞毛细孔通道,提高涂料的密度和强度,从而提高内墙涂料的耐磨性。
锐钛型钛白粉具有优异的水分散性和卓越的光学性能,色相稳定性,粒度分布好,加入凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料后,具有高光泽、高消色力、高遮盖力的特点,有利于生产各种不同颜色的彩色内墙涂料。
固体有机硅消泡剂是由改性聚硅氧烷、羟基硅油等多种成份复配而成,外观为白色粉末状固体颗粒,具有使用便捷,贮运方便、不怕高温和严寒,不受环境、温度影响,不易变质等优点。
荧光增白剂VBL可溶于80倍的软水中,用于提高凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的增白效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:提纯后的凹凸棒55~85%、超细轻质碳酸钙5~25%、聚乙烯醇超细粉末1~15%、速溶硅酸钠1~15%、锐钛型钛白粉0.1~5%、固体有机硅消泡剂0.01~1%和荧光增白剂VBL0.01~1%。
所述提纯后的凹凸棒是:使用凹凸棒的湿法选矿工艺,将含有泥土杂质的凹凸棒矿混合物,经粉碎后输入水解池中,浸泡24小时后,用高压气泵进行冲翻,并通过用不锈钢钢丝制成的圆桶筛筛去1毫米以上的杂质,送入有坡度的沉淀池中,继续用高压气泵进行冲翻,12小时后,由于凹凸棒矿的比重较轻,它在整个沉淀物中的最上层,用泥浆泵吸取这部分凹凸棒矿送入平底沉淀池中,15小时后放出多余的水,经过2-3天的自然干燥,取出这部分凹凸棒即为提纯后的凹凸棒;
上述工艺是采用由本发明人于2003年9月18日申请的“凹凸棒湿法选矿工艺”,中国专利授权公告号为:CN1224463,授权公告日:2005年10月26日。
2、凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的生产方法是:将凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料混合后,输入粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的颗粒细度小于0.250毫米,再将粉碎后的混合物输入超细磨粉机中进行磨粉,磨粉后的颗粒细度小于0.015毫米,包装为凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的成品。
使用方法:将凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料放入容器内,添加水浸润0.5~2小时,凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料与水的比例为1∶1.5~1∶4,经过充分搅拌均匀后,就可以进行喷涂或刷涂。
凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料附着力好,具有较好的耐久性、耐水性、耐摩擦和耐沾污性,能吸附空气中的甲醛和挥发性有机物,净化空气。
凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料是白色基准涂料,可以直接进行调色生产各种不同颜色的彩色涂料。
凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料适用于建筑物装饰。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
1、凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:提纯后的凹凸棒75%、超细轻质碳酸钙10%、聚乙烯醇超细粉末8%、速溶硅酸钠5%、锐钛型钛白粉1.5%、固体有机硅消泡剂0.3%和荧光增白剂VBL0.2%。
2、凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的生产方法是:将凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料混合后,输入粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的颗粒细度小于0.250毫米,再将粉碎后的混合物输入超细磨粉机中进行磨粉,磨粉后的颗粒细度小于0.015毫米,包装为凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料,其特征在于,凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:提纯后的凹凸棒55~85%、超细轻质碳酸钙5~25%、聚乙烯醇超细粉末1~15%、速溶硅酸钠1~15%、锐钛型钛白粉0.1~5%、固体有机硅消泡剂0.01~1%和荧光增白剂VBL0.01~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的生产方法,其特征在于,将凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的配料混合后,输入粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎后的颗粒细度小于0.250毫米,再将粉碎后的混合物输入超细磨粉机中进行磨粉,磨粉后的颗粒细度小于0.015毫米,包装为凹凸棒内墙粉末涂料的成品。
