Abstract

一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法,用于建筑领域。由下列成分组成:水泥:1、砂子:2.5、膨胀玻化微珠:0.1、防水剂:0.9、聚苯颗粒:0.1、胶粉:0.02;制备方法:把上述材料掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;加入防水剂,搅拌均匀得到的混合浆料;将得到的混合浆料涂复在建筑物顶层面上形成第一涂层;第一涂层干燥后,将上述的混合浆料涂复在第一涂层上形成第二涂层;第二涂层干燥后,将上述的混合浆料涂复在第三涂层。本发明的防水保温隔热建筑材料取代了现有技术的多层结构,简化为三层,并满足了对建筑物顶层的技术要求,达到了多层结构的防水保温隔热效果。而且制备方法简单,优于多层结构的制备施工方法,简化工艺提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于建筑领域的一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法。
背景技术
现在建筑物屋顶面层一般是多层结构,才能达到防水保温隔热的效果。但是施工周期长,工序多且复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术之缺点,而提供一种防水保温隔热建筑材料及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1              砂子:2.5
膨胀玻化微珠:0.1    防水剂:0.9
聚苯颗粒:0.1        胶粉:0.02;
制备方法:
步骤1:根据重量配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀玻化微珠、胶粉、聚苯颗粒和防水剂用量;
步骤2:把上述材料掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入防水剂,搅拌均匀得到的混合浆料;
步骤4:将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在建筑物顶层面上形成第一涂层;
步骤5:等候步骤4的第一涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤4的第一涂层上形成第二涂层;
步骤6:等候步骤5的第二涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤5的第三涂层。
本发明的优点是:本发明的防水保温隔热建筑材料取代了现有技术的多层结构,简化为三层,并满足了对建筑物顶层的技术要求,
达到了多层结构的防水保温隔热效果。而且制备方法简单,优于多层结构的制备施工方法,简化工艺提高效率。
保温性能好、防水性能高、粘结强度大、抗老化、环保、工艺先进、材料易得、经济适用。
具体实施方式
实施例1,采用的配方和配比及步骤如下:
防水保温隔热建筑材料由下列成分组成(重量配比):
水泥:1              砂子:2.5
膨胀玻化微珠:0.1    防水剂:0.9
聚苯颗粒:0.1        胶粉:0.02;
制备方法:
步骤1:根据重量配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀玻化微珠、胶粉、聚苯颗粒和防水剂用量;
步骤2:把上述材料掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入防水剂,搅拌均匀得到的混合浆料;
步骤4:将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在建筑物顶层面上形成第一涂层;
步骤5:等候步骤4的第一涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤4的第一涂层上形成第二涂层;
步骤6:等候步骤5的第二涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤5的第三涂层。
防水保温隔热建筑材料由水泥、砂子、膨胀玻化微珠、胶粉、聚苯颗粒和防水剂组成。
选用32.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,粒径为2.9mm中砂或粗砂,膨胀玻化微珠选用市售产品;
选用市售的防水剂,生产厂家立高科技有限公司。
胶粉:生产厂家:德国瓦克公司可再分散胶粉,型号:8031;
性能:提高成品的粘合性、弯曲强度、塑性、耐磨性及施工性能。通过碱活化,它能够使本防水保温一体化产品以显著而长久的憎水性,并使材料的吸水性大幅度地降低。
聚苯颗粒:北京鑫德顺保温材料有限公司的再生聚苯颗粒,型号:过70目筛;
性能:由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料经粉碎、混合制成的具有一定粒度、级配的专门用于配制胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料的轻骨料。防火性能好,具有极好的耐候性,到人系数低保温性能好,软化系数高,耐冻融及抗老化。材料易得,经济。
实施例2,
采用上述的实施例1的配方和配比,步骤如下:
①搅拌:施工面积小宜用人工搅拌,面积大时可机械搅拌。将水泥、砂、膨胀玻化微珠、聚苯颗粒、胶粉掺和在一起进行干搅拌,待均匀后按配合比要求加入防水剂溶液,再进行湿搅拌。均匀后方可使用。
②摊抹:将搅拌均匀的上述材料摊铺在屋面上,用刮杠刮平并用振捣器按标准振捣密实即可(虚方∶实方=1∶0.8)
③压实收光。压实收光不得少于三遍。

1.一种防水保温隔热建筑材料的制备方法;其特征在于有步骤如下:
步骤1:根据重量配比要求确定水泥、砂子、膨胀玻化微珠、胶粉、聚苯颗粒和防水剂用量;
由下列成分组成重量配比:
水泥:1                     砂子:2.5
膨胀玻化微珠:0.1           防水剂:0.9
聚苯颗粒:0.1               胶粉:0.02;
步骤2:把上述材料掺合在一起,干搅拌均匀;
步骤3:加入防水剂,搅拌均匀得到的混合浆料;
步骤4:将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在建筑物顶层面上形成第一涂层;
步骤5:等候步骤4的第一涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤4的第一涂层上形成第二涂层;
步骤6:等候步骤5的第二涂层干燥后,将上述步骤3得到的混合浆料涂复在步骤5的第二涂层形成第三涂层;
并有步骤如下:
①搅拌:施工面积小宜用人工搅拌,面积大时用机械搅拌;将水泥、砂、膨胀玻化微珠、聚苯颗粒、胶粉掺和在一起进行干搅拌,待均匀后按配比要求加入防水剂溶液,再进行湿搅拌;均匀后使用;
②摊抹:将搅拌均匀的上述材料摊铺在屋面上,用刮杠刮平并用振捣器按标准振捣密实,虚方∶实方=1∶0.8;
③压实收光;压实收光不得少于三遍。
