Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药物及医药技术,并用作助于戒烟的装置。其可在不能吸烟的场所使用,例如飞机机舱或不允许吸烟的公共场所。另外,本发明的装置不需燃烧烟草即能满足吸烟者对于尼古丁的需要,同时还能隔绝烟雾和对吸烟者及周围群众健康有害的燃烧产物,例如CO、丙酮、砷、苯并芘、焦油等,此处仅提及很少一部分。
背景技术
已知的模拟吸烟装置制为香烟形状(美国专利申请20040003820)。这些已知的装置包括一内表面被皱纹纸所包裹的圆柱形主体,该皱纹纸被可使人联想到燃烧烟草的适当的芳香物质浸渍过。该装置的主体容纳一可移动的刷子,该刷子的刚毛刮擦皱纹纸以促进香味的析出。
上述已知装置存在不能很好的模拟吸烟过程并且不方便使用的缺点。为得到燃烧烟草的香味,该装置中的刷子在主体内不停的移动,此时刷柄会经由过滤器移出而进入吸烟者的嘴中。另外,使用者吸入的仅是燃烧烟草的味道,而为了充分模拟吸烟过程,有必要向人体提供至少最少量的尼古丁,缺少尼古丁可能会造成吸烟者心理上和/或生理上的不适。
另一已知的模拟吸烟装置形状为一与圆柱形主体连接的塑料杆,吸烟者通过该圆柱形主体吸入空气流(RU2067876),该装置的主体具有一个放置密封胶囊(筒)的空腔,该密封胶囊包括一被含有尼古丁的制剂浸透过的多孔聚合物材料,该含有尼古丁的制剂会能够是液体尼古丁或尼古丁与薄荷醇、乙醇的混合物。该主体上还装有破坏胶囊密封的装置。
上述已知装置具有不能很好的模拟吸烟过程的缺点,更具体的,在伴随吸烟过程中缺少光和声音的效果。
对于本申请所要求保护的技术本质来说最相关的现有技术解决方案是美国专利US6854470中所公开和描述的一种模拟吸烟装置,该装置制成香烟形状,更具体的说,该装置具有一中空的个圆柱形的主体,该主体的一端装有一个过滤器,另一端装有一个与位于该装置的主体内部的动力装置相连接的电灯泡。将各种香味的混合物放置于过滤器之前,空气通过该过滤器被使用者吸入。另外,一导电元件及一用于再现吸烟过程的声音(音乐伴奏)的集成电路模块置于该装置主体磁铁中。
上述已知装置具有不能使用烟斗进行模拟吸烟过程的缺点,这是因为吸烟者用于吸烟的方式可分为以下几类:a)香烟,b)雪茄,c)烟斗。既然如此,上述已知的非常接近于对吸香烟的模拟吸烟过程的技术方案并不能满足使用烟斗的吸烟者。
本申请的技术方案充分模拟使用烟斗的吸烟者的吸烟过程。
发明概述

该烟斗内具有一放置胶囊的空腔,该空腔还安装有破坏胶囊密封的装置,以使吸烟者在确定时刻打开该含有尼古丁的制剂来源或调味剂来源并使用。
含尼古丁制剂或调味剂胶囊为一基部以薄膜封闭的密封圆柱体,该方式能使该胶囊被最有利地使用。
考虑到烟锅具有厚的壁和底部,优选将为电加热器提供动力的电源置于烟锅的底部或顶部。
为使加热器能在适当的时间内运行,有必要将电源上安装一开关,最优选为一安装于烟锅侧表面或其底部的按钮开关。
在某些情况下,依靠在胶囊中使用一特殊制剂或依靠吸烟者的主观感觉来对吸烟过程进行模拟,电源被希望具有一电流强度调节器,该电流强度调节器允许不同程度的强化,以在烟斗杆的出口处加热蒸汽。
上述电流强度调节器可以选自那些已知的电流强度调节器,并可设置于烟斗的任何部分,虽然将该电流强度调节器以环形变阻器的形式置于烟斗柄和烟斗杆的拆分处是最适宜的。
为了对吸烟过程进行最全面模拟,在烟斗杆的烟嘴的外表面上设置传感器,随着与其相接触传感器接通电源,该因素使得在特定情况下实现对吸烟过程的最优模拟,这归功于用于加热通过烟斗杆进入吸烟者身体内的制剂蒸汽的电源在当烟斗杆位于吸烟者的嘴唇之间时将被连接。
本发明的特定实施例中,烟斗的烟锅顶部是可旋转的,并且结合有一个工作模式选择器开关,该工作模式选择器开关可以使吸烟者在给定的时刻从烟斗的不同操作条件中选择最适合他的操作状态,根据吸烟者的选择使模拟吸烟过程进一步优化。
为进一步优化吸烟模拟过程并使电源表现出有效性能,在位于烟锅与胶囊之间的烟道中设置有一个传感器,用于当气流通过该通道时连通电源。
为更全面的模拟吸烟过程,该烟斗具有一个声源,该声源例如可以为一位于烟锅内并与电源相连接的声换能器的形式,或为一个或多个具有不同剖面的通孔的形式,该通孔的入口和出口都位于烟锅的内表面。
更多的,为进一步模拟吸烟过程,该烟斗具有一个位于烟锅内并与电源相连接的光源。由此,在吸烟过程中,吸烟者不会看到烟锅的内部,而仅看到烟锅边,该光源更优选为一置于烟锅内并沿着烟锅周边分布的氖(Ne)管。

本发明的优选实施例描述
在本发明的最佳实施方式中,该烟斗包括烟斗柄1、烟斗杆4及与烟斗柄1连为一体的烟锅2,烟锅2中具有一开口的空腔3,烟斗杆4可从烟斗柄1上分离,在烟斗柄1与烟斗杆4之间设置一个空腔5,该空腔5用于放置含尼古丁或调味剂密封胶囊6,电加热器7放置在空腔5之前,并与位于烟锅2的可拆卸的底部9或位于烟锅2的可旋转顶部13的电源8相连接。胶囊6为空心圆柱形,薄膜10位于胶囊6的端部以密封该胶囊。在胶囊6内部具有一含尼古丁或调味剂的多孔材料11。容纳空腔5的腔体中还具有破坏胶囊密封的装置12。
烟锅2的顶部13是可旋转的,在旋转烟锅2的顶部13时,会起到烟斗的开关模式的作用。
烟道14装有传感器15以当烟道14中有气体经过时传感器用来接通电源8。在烟斗杆4的嘴部的外表面上设有一传感器16,当与传感器16接触时,其与电源8相连接。烟锅2上具有一按钮开关17,当按下时该按钮开关17也与电源8相连接。空腔3(不封闭)中装有光源18和声源19。通过设置在烟斗柄1和烟斗杆4拆分处的环形变阻器20来调节电加热器7的加热强度。
该烟斗具有四项操作状态。如果将烟锅2的可旋转顶部13设置在关(OFF)位置,此时不接通电源8。
当将烟锅2的可旋转顶部13转换至“a”位置时,如果传感器16被接触,此时电加热器7、光源18以及声源19被接通并工作。
当将烟锅2的可旋转顶部13转换至“b”位置时,如果空气在烟道14中运动,而且这种运动被空气运动传感器15确定,此时电加热器7、光源18以及声源19被接通并工作。
当将烟锅2的可旋转顶部13转换至“c”位置时,如果按钮开关17被按下,此时电加热器7、光源18以及声源19被接通并运转。
烟斗按照下述方式使用。烟斗杆4可从烟斗柄1中拆分出来,并且胶囊6置于空腔5中。另外,烟斗杆4可连接到烟斗柄1上,此过程中,密封破坏装置12会弄破薄膜10以破坏胶囊6的密封。
另外,使用者可选择最适合他的烟斗性能。在“a”状态的性能中,吸烟者的嘴唇与烟斗的嘴部一接触,电加热器7、光源18以及声源19即被接通。使用者吸入经由烟道14且被电加热器7加热过并且饱含尼古丁或调味剂蒸汽的空气,该空气饱含尼古丁或调味剂是因为其经过了胶囊6。同时光源18和声源19在开口的空腔3中制造出烟草燃烧的效果。
烟斗在“b”状态的性能中,当使用者经由烟道14吸入空气时,被空气运动传感器15确定,此时电加热器7、光源18以及声源19被接通。使用者吸入经由烟道14且被电加热器7加热过并且饱含尼古丁或调味剂蒸汽的空气,该空气饱含尼古丁或调味剂是因为其经过了胶囊6。光源18和声源19在开口的空腔3中制造出烟草燃烧的效果。
在“c”状态的性能中,使用者自行通过按下按钮开关17来接通电加热器7,、光源18以及声源19。
该烟斗通过加热空气以及特有的光效和声效来充分模拟吸烟过程。
Claims (17)
1、一种模拟吸烟烟斗,包括连为一体的烟斗柄1和烟锅2,以及可从烟斗柄1上拆分出的烟斗杆4,该烟斗杆4具有烟嘴,空腔5位于烟斗柄1和烟斗杆4之间的烟道14中,并且该空腔5中放置一含尼古丁或调味剂的密封胶囊6,在烟道14中,电加热器7位于胶囊6之前,并与位于烟锅2的壁中的电源8相连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的模拟吸烟烟斗,其特征在于,用于放置胶囊6的空腔5中安装有破坏胶囊密封的装置12。
3、如权利要求1所述的模拟吸烟烟斗,其特征在于,胶囊6为一基部通过薄膜10密封的密封圆柱体。
4、如权利要求1所述的模拟吸烟烟斗,其特征在于,电源8位于设置在烟锅2的底部9中的空腔里。
