Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管模组及一散热模组,该散热模组安装在该发光二极管模组一侧,该发光二极管模组包括若干发光二极管,该散热模组包括若干自下而上堆叠排列的散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片沿排列方向相互间隔,每一散热鳍片中间开设至少一开口,所有散热鳍片的开口自下而上对应形成一贯通的气流通道,供外界气流通过该气流通道与散热鳍片进行自然对流。本发明还揭示了一种路灯。所述发光二极管模组的热量可通过散热鳍片散发,且散热鳍片底部的热空气,在自然对流的驱动下,可通过散热鳍片中的气流通道向上传导,从而达到较佳的散热效率。

Description

路灯及其发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具及采用该发光二极管灯具的路灯。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,因其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点而普遍被市场看好。由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,正日益取代白炽灯等现有的光源并在路灯中得到应用,然而,随着发光二极管及其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越多,若不能即使将热量散发将严重发光二极管的工作性能及寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较佳的散热效果的发光二极管灯具及采用该发光二极管灯具的路灯。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管模组及一散热模组,该散热模组安装在该发光二极管模组一侧,该发光二极管模组包括若干发光二极管,该散热模组包括若干自下而上堆叠排列的散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片沿排列方向相互间隔,每一散热鳍片中间开设至少一开口,所有散热鳍片的开口自下而上对应形成一贯通的气流通道,供外界气流通过该气流通道与散热鳍片进行自然对流。
一种路灯,包括一灯杆及安装至该灯杆上的一发光二极管灯具,该发光二极管灯具包括至少一发光二极管模组及一散热模组,该散热模组安装在该发光二极管模组一侧,该发光二极管模组包括若干发光二极管,该散热模组包括若干自下而上堆叠排列的散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片沿排列方向相互间隔,每一散热鳍片中间开设至少一开口,所有散热鳍片的开口自下而上对应形成一贯通的气流通道,供外界气流通过该气流通道与散热鳍片进行自然对流。
所述发光二极管模组的热量通过散热鳍片散发,且散热鳍片底部的热空气,在自然对流的驱动下,可通过散热鳍片中的气流通道向上传导,从而达到较佳的散热效率。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,所示为本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具100,其包括一灯架10、若干设于灯架10中的发光二极管模组20、一贴设在发光二极管模组20上方的散热模组30及一罩设在该散热模组30上方的顶盖50。
所述灯架10包括一矩形框体12及一安装于该框体12底部的透镜15。该框体12的一侧延伸而出一拱形部126。该框体12与该透镜15围成一收容空间123,该收容空间123与框体12的顶部相通。
请同时参照图3,每一发光二极管模组20包括一基板210及若干发光二极管220,这些发光二极管220装设于该基板210上,这些发光二极管220均匀间隔呈线性分布。所述发光二极管模组20安装在所述框体12的收容空间123中。
所述散热模组30包括一散热鳍片组32、一导热板33及若干热管35。该散热鳍片组32包括若干矩形散热鳍片320,这些散热鳍片320自上而下堆叠排列,每一散热鳍片320的中部开设二矩形开口325,该二开口325相互平行并沿散热鳍片320的纵向延伸,每一开口325由散热鳍片320冲切去对应的材料后留下的通孔形成,这些散热鳍片320的各开口325自上而下相互对应,从而在该散热鳍片组32的中间形成二上下连通的气流通道328。每一散热鳍片320上开设有若干通孔322,这些通孔322呈三排直线状排列,所述二开口325间隔位于该三排通孔322之间。这些通孔322由冲压形成,并且在每一通孔322的周缘冲压形成一垂直延伸的凸缘323,相邻散热鳍片320通过凸缘323自上而下相互间隔,这些通孔322自上而下相互对应形成若干圆形通道以供热管35贯穿。所述散热鳍片320由冲压而成,成本较低,耗材少,质量轻,装配方便,其组装起来的散热鳍片组32不会给灯架10造成过大的压力。
所述导热板33由高导热性的材料制成,如铜、铝,该导热板33为矩形,该导热板33安装于所述灯架10的框体12的顶部(见图2),所述散热鳍片320与该导热板33的形状相似。该导热板33的顶面开设三个相互平行的纵向凹槽335,这些凹槽335沿横向相互间隔并与上方的散热鳍片320的三排通孔322相对应。所述发光二极管模组20贴设在该导热板33的底面从而收容在框体12的收容空间123中,发光二极管220与透镜15相对。
所述热管35呈U形,每一热管35包括一中间的吸热段352及自该吸热段352两端向上延伸的二放热段354。该吸热段352设于导热板33的凹槽335中。该二放热段354向上穿设于散热鳍片320的通孔322中,将这些散热鳍片320串接成散热鳍片组32。在热管35的吸热段352及放热段354的表面或导热板33的凹槽335表面及散热鳍片320的通孔322中涂布有焊锡等导热介质,通过焊接,将热管35与导热板33及散热鳍片组32连接成一整体。该散热鳍片组32中的气流通道328通向该导热板33的顶面。
该顶盖50为拱形,可采用重量较轻且导热性较好的铝板弯曲而成。该顶盖50包括一弯曲外表面51及一弯曲内表面52。该外表面51及内表面52为平滑的弧形。该顶盖50可将散热鳍片组32的顶部全部覆盖,该顶盖50的两侧边缘折成水平状,该二边缘上开设有若干通孔54,螺丝55穿过通孔54并旋合于该散热鳍片组32的顶部而将该顶盖50固定安装在该散热鳍片组32的顶部。该顶盖50的内表面52与散热鳍片组32的顶部之间具有一定空隙,该空隙与该顶盖50周围的空气相通。
请同时参阅图4,工作时,发光二极管模组20产生的热量被导热板33吸收,然后该导热板33的一部分热量被热管35吸收并迅速扩散至散热鳍片组32的散热鳍片320,通过散热鳍片320与周围空气发生热交换散发热量;该导热板33的另外一部分热量可通过散热鳍片组32底部的热空气,在自然对流的驱动下,通过散热鳍片组32中由开口325围成的气流通道328向上传导,进一步提高散热效率。
请同时参阅图5,将该发光二极管灯具100安装到一灯杆60上用作路灯:该灯杆60的顶端延伸出一臂部62,该臂部62的一端与发光二极管灯具100的拱形部126连接,从而将该发光二极管灯具100固定。由于顶盖50遮挡在散热鳍片组32的上方从而避免散热鳍片组32直接暴露在空气中,可减少严冬时散热鳍片组32上的积雪、结冰,还可防止沙尘堆积;该顶盖50的平滑的外表面51可减少积雪堆积,从而减轻发光二极管灯具100的负担。进一步地,由于散热鳍片组32的顶部与顶盖50的内表面52之间的留有空隙,可使得发光二极管模组20及散热鳍片组32周围的热空气与外界相通,有利于热交换。
所述散热鳍片组32还可使用具有不同结构的散热鳍片,如图6及图7所示,所示为另一较佳实施例的散热鳍片320a,该散热鳍片320a具有与散热鳍片320相似的形状结构,该散热鳍片320a同样包括若干用于收容热管35的通孔322a及用于形成气流通道的二开口325a,所不同的是:该散热鳍片320a的一侧凸出形成二挡板324a,该二挡板324a分别与二开口325a对应且大致为纵长形,每一挡板324a的纵向两端与散热鳍片320的本体连接。每一开口325a包括形成于挡板324a的横向两侧的两条狭长的间隙326a,因此,散热鳍片320a上下两侧的空气可通过开口325a的两条间隙326a相通。
在由散热鳍片320a组成的散热鳍片组中,自散热鳍片320a的下方通过开口325a的热空气,在撞击挡板324a后反弹。一方面,热空气与后续上升的热空气混合在邻近该挡板324a位置产生紊流,与挡板324a充分接触进行热交换。另一方面,由于挡板324a的遮挡,热空气会沿水平方向向该挡板324a的侧向并贴近散热鳍片320a的表面运动,进而加速该散热鳍片320a表面边界层空气的流动,从而使得热空气与散热鳍片320a进行更加充分地热交换,进一步提高散热效率。同时,热空气还可通过挡板324a两侧的间隙326a继续向上方的散热鳍片320a传导。所述开口325a与挡板324a是由冲压散热鳍片320a成型。
综上所述,所述挡板324a自散热鳍片320a的表面凸出从而在该散热鳍片320a的上方形成一水平挡板,在其他实施例中,该挡板324a也可与该散热鳍片320a成一倾斜角度。该挡板320a使得自散热鳍片320a底部上升的热空气更加充分地与散热鳍片320a进行热交换,从而提升了散热效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管模组及一散热模组,该散热模组安装在该发光二极管模组一侧,该发光二极管模组包括若干发光二极管,其特征在于:该散热模组包括若干自下而上堆叠排列的散热鳍片,这些散热鳍片沿排列方向相互间隔,每一散热鳍片中间开设至少一开口,所有散热鳍片的开口自下而上对应形成一贯通的气流通道,供外界气流通过该气流通道与散热鳍片进行自然对流。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热鳍片的开口的形状为纵长矩形,该开口由散热鳍片冲切去对应的材料后留下的通孔形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热鳍片的开口的数量为多个,所述多个开口相互平行间隔排列。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热模组还包括一导热板及若干热管,该导热板贴设在发光二极管模组的一侧,所述热管分别与导热板及散热鳍片相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一热管包括一水平的吸热段及二放热段,该二放热段自该吸热段两端竖直向上延伸,该吸热段贴设在导热板上,该二放热段将所述散热鳍片串接成一整体。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片对应热管的放热段设有若干排通孔,所述开口设置于相邻的两排通孔之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一顶盖,该顶盖呈弧形弯曲并罩设于散热鳍片的顶部。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一灯架,该发光二极管安装在该灯架中。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热鳍片的一侧冲压形成至少一挡板,该挡板的两端与散热鳍片连接,所述开口包括形成于挡板的两侧的两条狭长的间隙。
10.一种路灯,包括一灯杆及安装至该灯杆上的一发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该发光二极管灯具为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的发光二极管灯具。
