Abstract

The method comprises the steps as follows: an identification field is set in a push message by an instant communication sever and the push message with the identification field is transmitted to an instant communication client; the identification field in the push message is acquired by the instant communication client; a corresponding prompting window is popped up if no prompting window is popped up by the current push message according to the obtained identification field; and the current push message is recorded as one which is popped up the prompting window. The invention also discloses a prompting system of a plurality of instant communication windows, the instant communication server and the instant communication client. With the adoption of the invention, the interference of repeat prompting information to an instant communication user is reduced, thereby improving application experience.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a prompt technique for instant messaging windows, and more particularly, to a method, system and device for prompting multiple instant messaging windows.
Background
As the network instant messaging tool has developed to present day, the instant messaging method for communication has been accepted by most netizens, and has become an indispensable software tool for users. In practical applications, some instant messaging users often log in a plurality of instant messaging clients through one computer, so as to perform instant messaging information interaction with different people.
However, in practical applications, logging in multiple instant messaging clients simultaneously may cause some inevitable problems, such as: in this case, for an instant messaging user who logs in multiple instant messaging clients from the same computer, each instant messaging client receives the same notification pushed or issued by the instant messaging server, and then pops up multiple prompt windows with the same content, and at this time, the instant messaging user needs to manually close each repeated prompt window one by one. The prompting method, the system and the equipment of the multiple instant messaging windows set a field for uniquely identifying the currently sent message when the instant messaging server pushes the message, correspondingly, an instant messaging client checks the identification field after receiving each message sent by the instant messaging server, and does not process or directly discard the message if the identification is the same as a certain message identification received before; if the same message is not received before being identified, the message is saved and marked, and then a prompt window pops up. Therefore, the problem that the repeated prompt window pops up when different instant messaging client sides on the same computer receive the repeated messages does not occur, so that the harassment of the repeated prompt information to the instant messaging user is reduced, and the use experience of the instant messaging user is improved.
The technical scheme provided by the invention can be realized by respectively carrying out small changes on the instant messaging client and the instant messaging server, and is simple and convenient to realize. Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: the instant communication server sets an identification field for the current sent message when pushing the message, correspondingly, the instant communication client identifies whether the current received message is received before according to the identification field after receiving each message sent by the instant communication server, and the message which is not received before is stored and marked and then pops up a prompt window.
Here, the identification field set by the instant messaging server for the currently sent message may be a field added to the push message; if the reserved field exists in the push message; reserved fields in the message can also be directly utilized; it is also possible to specify a particular piece of content in the current push message as the identification field.
The specific identification field value can adopt the serial number of the push message; character plus number modes can also be adopted, such as: the message type is represented by characters, such as the type is a system message, or a news message, or an advertisement message, etc., and the serial number of such message transmission is represented by numbers, namely: the current message is the second message sent in a certain type of messages; but may also be all characters, such as: a particular piece of content in the push message is specified. In any way, the message to be sent can be uniquely identified.
For the instant messaging client, in order to enable different instant messaging clients on the same computer to share and detect the identification field of the received push message, the received push message or the identification field of the received push message needs to be stored in a shared storage area, so that different instant messaging clients can inquire the identification field. The shared storage area may be a segment of shared memory of an operating system or global memory, may also be a disk file, may also be a database, and the like.
If the shared memory is adopted, the content in the corresponding memory is cleared after all the instant messaging clients are quitted, and if the instant messaging clients are started, the contents are failed to be popped up by searching the shared memory area; if the disk file is adopted, all the received push messages or the identification fields of the push messages can be stored as one or more disk files; if the database is adopted, different databases have different interfaces, and data is read from the corresponding database through the corresponding interface during reading.
In order to clearly indicate whether a received message pops up a prompt window, a flag may be set for the received message stored in the shared storage area or for the identification field of the received message, so as to indicate that the prompt window has popped up or has not popped up. The flag can also be set in a number of ways, such as: setting a flag value to be 1 to indicate that a prompt window is popped up, and setting the flag value to be 0 to indicate that the prompt window is not popped up; or setting the flag value to True to indicate that the prompt window is popped up, and setting the flag value to False to indicate that the prompt window is not popped up; or, only the mark is set for the received message which pops up the prompt window, and the mark is not set for the received message which does not pop up the prompt window.
Fig. 1 is a flow of implementing the method for prompting multiple instant messaging windows according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: when the instant communication server pushes the messages, an identification field is set in each current push message, and the push messages with the identification fields are sent to the instant communication client;
here, the identification field may be added with a field in the protocol for uniquely identifying a push message, and the value of the identification may be the serial number of the push message, such as: the identifier value is 200801020001, which indicates message 1 at 2/1/2008, the server generates a serial number like 200801020001 each time it pushes a different message, and puts the serial number into the identifier field and adds it to the protocol packet of the pushed message. The identification field may also be a reserved field in the current push message, or may designate a specific piece of content in the current push message as the identification field.
In practical application, when the identification field is a newly added field or a reserved field, a serial number corresponding to a push message can be adopted; the push message class may also be numbered, and the identification field may then consist of the type plus a serial number for that type.
Step 102: after receiving the push message, the instant messaging client acquires an identification field in the push message;
here, after receiving the push message sent by the instant messaging server, the instant messaging client unpacks the push message, specifically: and analyzing the content in the currently received data packet, wherein the part is the content of the push message, and the part is the identification field, and once the identification field exists in the protocol packet, the instant messaging client acquires the identification field.
Step 103-104: judging whether the current push message pops up a prompt window according to the acquired identification field, and if yes, ending the current processing flow; and if the push message is not popped out, popping up a corresponding prompt window, and recording that the current push message pops up the prompt window.
Here, after receiving the push message each time, the instant messaging client searches whether the prompt window of the push message corresponding to the identification field is popped up in the shared storage area.
Generally, if the push message received for the first time, that is, the push message is not stored in the shared storage area, the currently received push message or the identification field of the currently received push message needs to be stored in the shared storage area. The specific storage and whether the prompt window is popped up or not can be marked in two ways:
in the first mode, the currently received push message or the identification field of the currently received push message is stored in the shared storage area, and after the prompt window is popped up, a corresponding mark is set for the currently received push message to indicate that the prompt window is popped up. Therefore, if the instant messaging client receives the push message with the same identification field next time, the corresponding record can be found in the shared storage area according to the identification field, and then whether the prompt window is popped up or not is determined according to the set mark.
In this case, the specific step of determining whether the current push message has popped up the prompt window is: the same push message or the same identification field of the push message is found in the shared storage area, and whether the prompt window pops up or not is determined according to the set mark of the pop-up prompt window. The recording that the current push message pops up a prompt window specifically comprises: storing the current push message or the identification field of the current push message in the shared storage area, and setting a mark that a prompt window is popped up for the current push message or the identification field of the current push message.
In the second mode, a prompt window pops up for the push message received for the first time, and simultaneously the push message or the identification field of the push message is stored in the shared storage area, so that the prompt window is popped up as long as the push message or the identification field of the push message can be found in the shared storage area, and no mark needs to be set.
In this case, the specific step of determining whether the current push message has popped up the prompt window is: and searching whether the same push message or the same identification field of the push message exists in the shared storage area, if so, popping up a prompt window, and if not, popping up no prompt window. The recording that the current push message pops up a prompt window specifically comprises: storing the current push message or the identification field of the current push message in the shared memory area.
Therefore, when a plurality of logged-in instant messaging clients exist on the same computer, if one instant messaging client receives the push message and pops up the prompt window, and the other instant messaging client receives the same push message again, the same prompt window can not be popped up according to the processing method of the invention, thereby avoiding the interference to the user. Specifically, how to pop up the prompt window belongs to the prior art, and details are not repeated here.
To implement the above solution, the instant messaging server 22 provided by the present invention, as shown in the right-side block of fig. 2, includes: an identification field setting unit 221 and a message pushing unit 222;
the identification field setting unit 221 is configured to set, for each push message, an identification field that uniquely identifies the message, where the identification field may be a newly added field in the push message, may also be a reserved field existing in the push message, and may also be a specific piece of content in the push message as the identification field; when the identification field is a newly added field or a reserved field, the serial number corresponding to the push message can be adopted. The message pushing unit 222 is configured to send a push message carrying the identification field to the instant messaging client.
Correspondingly, the present invention further provides an instant messaging client 20, as shown in the left-side block of fig. 2, including: a messaging analysis unit 201, a judgment unit 202, a prompt window pop-up unit 203, and a shared memory area 204; the message receiving and sending analyzing unit 201 is configured to receive a push message sent by an instant messaging server, analyze and acquire an identification field in the push message, and send the acquired identification field to the determining unit 202; a judging unit 202, configured to judge whether the current push message has popped up a prompt window according to the identifier field, and when it is determined that the prompt window has not popped up, notify the prompt window popping unit 203 to pop up a corresponding prompt window, and store the currently received push message or the identifier field of the push message in the shared storage area 204; a prompt window pop-up unit 203, configured to pop up a corresponding prompt window according to the notification of the determination unit 202; the shared storage area 204 is used for storing the push message or the identification field of the push message, and the shared storage area 204 may be a segment of shared memory of an operating system or global memory, or a disk file, or a database.
Here, the judgment unit 202 makes the judgment in two cases:
in one case, if the push message or the identification field of the push message in the shared storage area is determined whether the prompt window is popped up by a separately set flag, then determining whether the current push message is popped up by the prompt window is: the same push message or the same identification field is found in the shared storage area, and whether the prompt window pops up or not is determined according to the set mark of the pop-up prompt window.
For this case, the instant messaging client 20 further includes a flag setting unit configured to set a flag for the push message that has popped up the prompt window or the identification field of the push message.
In another case, if only the push message that has popped out the prompt window or the identification field of the push message is stored in the shared storage area, determining whether the current push message has popped out the prompt window is: it is determined whether the obtained identification field, or a current push message containing the obtained identification field, is present in the shared storage area.
The instant messaging client 20 and the instant messaging server 22 described above together form the multiple instant messaging window alert system of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2. In practical applications, there may be a plurality of instant messaging clients 20.
