本发明涉及一种净水试剂,具体地说是一种用于油田污水处理的含油污水净化剂。它的组成成分及各成分的质量百分比为:六水合三氯化铝30~40%,环氧丙基聚季胺10~25%,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵35~50%。这种含油污水净化剂主要用于含油污水乳状液和其它0/W污水的破乳脱油,具有很强的亲电荷能力,足以平衡乳化剂形成的负电荷;也有很强的絮凝能力,能够把乳状液微粒絮凝起来便于形成大的钒花;也有很强的表面活性,能够破坏乳状液的界面能,能够实现脱油率高,脱出水清,油块上浮快,油水界面齐等特点,且用量少,成本低,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水试剂,具体地说是一种用于油田污水处理的含油污水净化剂。
背景技术
油田的含油污水乳状液主要有原油徽粒、机杂、地层粘土微粒及少量的破乳剂构成,这些微粒在较高温度的作用下,通过管泵的传输形成了比较稳定水包油乳状液,原因在于电荷效应,即含油污水细分散油株表面负电荷的存在,产生了双电层现象并吸附有牢固的水化膜,致使油粒相互间接触和聚集。这样.水包油乳化液借助一些乳化剂,使体系能量维持在最低水平而保持稳定,其乳状液稳定程度跟其形成乳化液微粒含量的多少有很大的关系。一般情况下,乳化剂微粒含量越高,形成的乳状液越稳定,所以减少乳化剂微粒含量是处理含油污水的重要因素,这种含油量大的污水排放后,污染及其严重,给相应的水流造成严重影响。
发明内容
本发明是针对现在油田排放的大量含油污水的污染问题,提供一种主要用于含油污水乳状液和其它0/W污水的破乳脱油、脱油率高、脱出水清、油块上浮快、油水界面齐的含油污水净化剂。
实现上述发明目的采用以下技术方案:一种含油污水净化剂,它的组成成分及各成分的质量百分比为:六水合三氯化铝30~40%,环氧丙基聚季胺10~25%,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵35~50%。
这种含油污水净化剂主要用于含油污水乳状液和其它0/W污水的破乳脱油,具有很强的亲电荷能力,足以平衡乳化剂形成的负电荷;也有很强的絮凝能力,能够把乳状液微粒絮凝起来便于形成大的钒花;也有很强的表面活性,能够破坏乳状液的界面能,能够实现脱油率高,脱出水清,油块上浮快,油水界面齐等特点,且用量少,成本低,应用前景广阔。

本发明中所述的环氧丙基聚季胺,其化学成分为聚环氧丙基二甲基氯化铵,是由环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺反应生成的产物。
在油田排放出的含油污水中加入该净化剂后,阳离子型聚合物能在水中吸附含油微粒,中和表面带负电荷的o/w乳化液,起到中和电荷,破坏油水界面层,产生桥联和絮凝作用,形成粒径大的油珠,在水的浮力作用下逐渐从水中分离出来,从而达到净水的目的。
