Abstract

安全阀阀盖有在伺服活塞腔中活动的伺服活塞。设先导阀,其阀盖上加关闭方向的预定力,在与这力相当的压力下开启。先导阀两端面各在一活塞腔中。一腔与防过压安全阀保护的腔相通,另一与先导阀流入侧相通,又通过限流器与受保护腔相连。设装置产生活塞对先导阀盖的操纵作用,活塞截面积大于先导阀盖承受另活塞腔压力的面积。先导阀盖的流出侧与伺服活塞远离主盖的一侧相通。在阀体中的布置为先导盖开启时主盖因伺服活塞加载而开放。

Description

本发明与一种安全阀控制装置有关,其阀盖(主盖)有伺服活塞在伺服活塞腔中活动,装置有一个先导阀,其阀盖承受关闭方向的预定的力,而随压在上面的相当于这力的压力反应时开启,一个与先导阀相关的活塞,其两端面各伸入一个活塞腔,一个活塞腔与防过压安全阀保护的腔连接,而另一活塞腔与先导阀的进流侧连接,通过限流器与受保护腔连接,设有装置产生活塞对先导阀盖的操作作用,活塞截面积大于承受另一活塞腔压力的阀盖的截面积。
这种控制装置专利EP.PS110,210号中有揭示,其主盖放在阀体内,使伺服活塞被固定加压到关闭的安全状态,超过安全压力时,先导阀盖开放作卸荷,因而安全阀开放。在这装置中,在安全状态下承受固定加压的伺服活塞腔,可一定程度充注受保护腔室中的蒸汽凝成的冷凝液。先导阀开启时冷凝液蒸发,蒸汽阻止安全阀迅速开放。
本发明的目的,是以此改进上述类型的控制装置,安全阀的开阀动作不因蒸汽形成而受阻。
因此,在本发明中,先导阀盖的出流侧与伺服活塞的远离主盖的一侧接通,在阀体中的安排为:当先导阀盖开启时,伺服活塞的载荷将主阀盖开启。
因此,当伺服活塞腔在关闭的安全状态下,固定保持减压,从而冷凝液不能在腔中形成或收集。仅在先导阀随安全压力的突升反应而开放时,主盖在无障碍下开启,蒸汽流入相应的伺服腔,在伺服活塞上加载。 因此,在安全阀开启前,伺服活塞腔不能收集冷凝液。
下面参照附图详细说明本发明的某些实施方案,附图内容如下:

图2及3各示活塞装置的一种改型。
参看图1右侧,可见安全阀1主要有一阀体2,一个活动阀盖3(主盖)和用一个杆4与之刚性连接的伺服活塞5。阀体2有一个进流腔6,有要求作防过压保护的蒸汽管路(未示)与之连接。阀体2还有一个流出腔7,连接横向孔8,流出管路或排出管路可与之连接。在阀体2中,在腔6及7间设置阀座表面9,与主盖3的匹配密封表面配合。
阀体2中伺服活塞5的两侧,各设一个伺服腔11、12,通过相应导管13、14与孔8连接。一个限流器15设在导管14中的与导管13连接处的上方。一个弹簧16放在腔11中;当安全阀中无压力时,弹簧16将伺服活塞5压到图中上部的位置上,主盖3与阀座表面9密封接触。
图1的阀体2中的安全左阀侧,放置一个先导阀10,阀盖20的顶端(图1)从阀体2上伸出。一个弹簧盘件22放在阀盖20的端上,与弹簧23相连,弹簧23将先导阀盖20,压在阀体2中的阀座表面24上。一个流出腔21围绕表面24上方的先导阀盖20,通过导管25与伺服活塞腔12接通。
一个活塞26和分别围绕活塞26两端面的活塞腔27、28与先导阀10相关。腔27通过导管29与流入腔6接通,并通过有限流器31的导管30,与活塞腔28接通。活塞26有一个杆状延长部32对先导盖20作用。活塞26的直径D,大于先导阀盖20的座表面的内径d。
控制装置运行如下:当含有安全阀1的动力装置正常运行时,主盖3处在关闭位置上,流入腔6中有增压蒸汽。导管29、30与分别相关的活塞腔27、28中也有相同的压强。由于先导阀盖20也在关闭位置上,则腔21、11、12、7中的压强或者低于流入腔6中蒸汽的压强,或无加压。
当流入腔6中的压力增高到临界值时,一旦达到这压力先导阀盖20 便上升,蒸汽便从腔28流入腔21,又从腔21通过导管25流入腔12。由于先导阀盖20的开阀动作,腔28中的压力下降,如果没有活塞26时,便会引起先导阀10迅速关闭。然而,由于腔27中有最高的蒸汽压力作用,而腔28中压力下降,活塞26在差压下被向上推,突出部32接触先导阀盖20,将其进一步开大,并保持开放。于是向伺服活塞腔12继续供给蒸汽,在其中产生压力,在伺服活塞5上作用,将图1中的阀盖3下压。于是阀盖3开放安全阀,蒸汽从腔7及孔8中通过。当腔6中的蒸汽压力突降到先导阀10的闭阀压力以下时,弹簧23将先导阀盖20退到图示的闭阀位置,活塞26退到其原始位置。伺服腔12中的压力,通过导管14及限流器15下降,由于阀盖3上有差压作用,伺服活塞5上升,直至回到其关闭位置上。
因为有活塞26,便可避免将先导阀10连续开闭,即可避免阀的颤动。
图2中方案为图1方案的改型,导管29′不从流入腔6开始,而通过一个直接与阀体2连接的管路(未示),和里面放作防过压保护的腔的储压器(未示)连接。这腔还按图中未示的方法,和安全阀流入腔6连接。但是,如图1的举例,有限流器31的导管30和流入腔6连接。
在图3的方案中,导管29′直接与压力罐连接,有限流器31的导管30不流入腔6的支管,而流入导管29′的支管。
图2及3中方案的运行方式,基本都和图1的控制装置相似。

Claims (1)

1、阀盖(主盖)有伺服活塞在伺服活塞腔中活动的安全阀控制装置,装置有一个先导阀,其阀盖承受关阀方向的一个预定的力,并随与这力相当的压力反应而开放,有一个与先导阀关连的活塞,其两端面各伸入一个活塞腔,一个腔通过防过压安全阀与受保护的腔直接相连,另一腔与先导阀的流入侧相连,并通过一个限流器与受保护的腔相连,设装置产生活塞对先导阀盖的操纵作用,活塞的截面积大于承受另活塞腔的压力的阀盖面积,特征在于先导阀盖的流出侧,与伺服活塞的远离主阀盖的一侧相通,其在阀体中的布置为:当先导阀开启时,主阀盖因伺服活塞加载而开放。
