Abstract

本发明涉及一种应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其由上到下依次由导电膜玻璃层、薄膜电池层、铝膜层、EVA层、浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层组成,在浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间的两端分别设有间隔条,间隔条将浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层隔开形成一个中空腔,中空腔的上下侧中的一侧上设有LOW-E膜层;在其中一个间隔条外侧到相对应浮法玻璃层侧边上装有带二极管的接线盒;导电膜玻璃层和铝膜层上分别引出一个电极,两引出电极与接线盒内电路连接。与现有技术相比,本发明着重在与建筑结合方面设置了节能镀膜和中空结构以及方便建筑安装的接线盒,突出特点是太阳能绿色发电、建筑节能隔热、保温、隔音、无霜露。

应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池组件,尤其是一种应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件。
背景技术
目前公知的地球化石能源正在随着社会经济的飞速发展,面临枯竭的危险,同时燃烧化石能源带来的污染,也日益威胁着人类的生存。随着科技的发展,太阳能薄膜电池逐渐成为可替代化石能源的绿色无污染资源。中国专利20062017685.5公开了一种纳米硅太阳能薄膜电池专利,其由玻璃、导电膜、单晶硅底层、非晶硅薄膜、N型纳米硅薄膜、透明金属电极和梳状电极组成,优点是太阳能发电,无污染,弱光下也能发电。缺点是工艺比较复杂,硅用料相对单晶硅和多晶硅成本降低有限,成本还是很高,另外由于安装大型太阳能薄膜电池发电厂要占用大量土地等因素,大面积推广市场难度比较大。直接安装在建筑上,缺点是夏季太阳辐照强时,造成建筑内热量大量增加,能耗过高,其配置的接线盒等也不适宜建筑安装需要。如果能解决电池组件和建筑结合问题,不额外占用土地,太阳能薄膜电池将会迎来一个飞速发展阶段。但是,目前还没有发现薄膜电池组件在建筑上应用的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种节能,能和建筑完美融合,不额外占用土地的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其由上到下依次由导电膜玻璃层、薄膜电池层、铝膜层、EVA层、浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层组成,在浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间的两端分别设有间隔条,间隔条将浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层隔开形成一个中空腔,中空腔的上下侧中的一侧上设有LOW-E膜层;在其中一个间隔条外侧到相对应浮法玻璃层侧边上装有带二极管的接线盒;导电膜玻璃层和铝膜层上分别引出一个电极,两引出电极与接线盒内电路连接。
所述导电膜玻璃层的下侧面上镀一层氧化钢锡膜层,氧化钢锡膜层为一个引出电极。
所述间隔条中设有干燥剂,间隔条与浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间设有第一道密封胶,间隔条外侧浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间设有第二道密封胶。
所述中空腔内为真空或充有惰性气体。
所述LOW-E膜层镀在浮法玻璃层的下侧或镀在中空玻璃层的上侧或LOW-E膜层与中空玻璃层熔为一体。
所述接线盒密封在第二道密封胶中,只有正负引线接头引出到第二道密封胶外。
所述二极管为肖特基二极管。
本发明具有以下特点:
1、用双玻璃层结构为薄膜电池制作一个稳定的工作环境。
2、制作LOW-E膜,镀膜层具有对可见光高透过及对中远红外线高反射的特性,达到为建筑隔热、保温效果。
3、制作中空层,从而实现内部玻璃无霜露及隔音效果。
4、在间隔条到玻璃边缘的一个侧边,安装有接线盒,接线盒中又装有防止在并网***中对组件反充电的二极管;整个接线盒是密封在第二道密封胶中,只有正负引线接头引出到第二道密封胶外,目的是实现建筑安装的简洁和模块化。
其中,EVA指乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物树脂(英文名称Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer);Low-E玻璃又称低辐射玻璃,是在玻璃表面镀上多层金属或其他化合物组成的膜系产品。其镀膜层具有对可见光高透过及对中远红外线高反射的特性。
与现有技术相比,本发明着重在与建筑结合方面设置了节能镀膜和中空结构以及方便建筑安装的接线盒,突出特点是太阳能绿色发电、建筑节能隔热、保温、隔音、无霜露。本发明具有节能,能和建筑完美融合,不额外占用土地等优点,而且这种太阳能薄膜电池组件的发电除用于建筑自身消耗外,还可送入电网,供给其他客户。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:图1、图3中,太阳能薄膜电池组件由上到下依次由导电膜玻璃层10、薄膜电池层9、铝膜层8、EVA层7、浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层1组成,在浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层1之间的两端分别设有间隔条4,间隔条4将浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层1隔开形成一个中空腔16。在其中一个间隔条4外侧到相对应浮法玻璃层6侧边上装有带肖特基二极管13的接线盒14;导电膜玻璃层10和铝膜层8上分别引出一个电极,两引出电极12与接线盒14内电路连接。
导电膜玻璃层10的下侧面上用气相沉积法镀一层氧化钢锡膜层11,氧化钢锡膜层11为一个引出电极12。
间隔条4中设有干燥剂3,间隔条4与浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层1之间设有第一道密封胶2,间隔条4外侧浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层6之间设有第二道密封胶5。
中空腔16内为真空。
LOW-E膜层15镀在浮法玻璃层6的下侧。
接线盒14密封在第二道密封胶5中,只有正负引线接头引出到第二道密封胶5外。
制作时,导电膜玻璃层10上用气相沉积法镀一层氧化钢锡膜层11,然后用等离子体反应沉积薄膜电池层9,再用蒸镀法镀一层铝膜层8,其中氧化钢锡膜层11和铝膜层8作为两个引出电极12;再和EVA层7、浮法玻璃层6封装压在一起。在浮法玻璃层6和中空玻璃层1之间,用间隔条4隔开一个中空腔16,用气相沉积法将LOW-E膜层15镀在浮法玻璃层6的下侧,中空腔16内部抽成真空,间隔条4中充入干燥剂3,在间隔条4到浮法玻璃层6边缘的一个侧边上的第二道密封胶5中装有接线盒14,接线盒14中装有肖特基二极管13,整个接线盒14是密封在第二道密封胶5中,只有正负引线接头引出到第二道密封胶外,和引出线对接安装,实现发电功能。
实施例2:如图2、图3所示,与实施例1不同的是中空腔16内充有惰性气体;LOW-E膜层16镀在中空玻璃层1的上侧,其余相同,不再赘述。
实施例3:与实施例1不同的是LOW-E膜层15通过气相沉积法在中空玻璃层1钢化前镀膜,使LOW-E膜层15和中空玻璃层1热熔为一体。其余相同,不再赘述。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式的三种,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:其由上到下依次由导电膜玻璃层、薄膜电池层、铝膜层、EVA层、浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层组成,在浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间的两端分别设有间隔条,间隔条将浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层隔开形成一个中空腔,中空腔的上下侧中的一侧上设有LOW-E膜层;在其中一个间隔条外侧到相对应浮法玻璃层侧边上装有带二极管的接线盒;导电膜玻璃层和铝膜层上分别引出一个电极,两引出电极与接线盒内电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述导电膜玻璃层的下侧面上镀一层氧化钢锡膜层,氧化钢锡膜层为一个引出电极。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述间隔条中设有干燥剂,间隔条与浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间设有第一道密封胶,间隔条外侧浮法玻璃层和中空玻璃层之间设有第二道密封胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述中空腔内为真空或充有惰性气体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述LOW-E膜层镀在浮法玻璃层的下侧或镀在中空玻璃层的上侧或LOW-E膜层与中空玻璃层熔为一体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述接线盒密封在第二道密封胶中,只有正负引线接头引出到第二道密封胶外。
7.根据权利要求1所述的应用在建筑上的太阳能薄膜电池组件,其特征在于:所述二极管为肖特基二极管。
