本发明涉及一种过滤机，具体提供一种固定盘式真空过滤机。本发明的一种固定盘式真空过滤机，包括真空盘，所述真空盘包括框架，框架内设置有小托辊。与现有技术相比，本发明的一种固定盘式真空过滤机，具有节省能耗、强度高、耐腐蚀、通道舒畅、气液两相能充分流通，减少摩擦，降低噪音，延长了滤带使用寿命，节省成本等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤机，具体提供一种固定盘式真空过滤机。
背景技术
目前，市场中的真空过滤机都是带式真空过滤机，利用传动装置通过橡胶带带动滤带进行过滤。这种过滤方式不但过滤效果差，而且摩擦大、能耗大，生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种固定盘式真空过滤机，对带式真空过滤机进行改进，解决传统带式真空过滤机中存在的问题，可根据不同过滤物料的腐蚀程度来决定小托辊材质，辊与辊之间空隙控制在1.8-2.5mm。利用小托辊代替了带式真空过滤机中的传动装置和橡胶带来支撑带动滤带，具有节省能耗、强度高、耐腐蚀、通道舒畅、气液两相能充分流通，减少摩擦，降低噪音，延长了滤带使用寿命，节省成本等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种固定盘式真空过滤机，包括真空盘，所述真空盘包括框架，框架内设置有小托辊。
框架内侧设置有转轴，所述小托辊两端转动连接于所述转轴上。
小托辊的辊与辊之间距离为1.8m-2.5mm。
本发明的一种固定盘式真空过滤机在真空盘上设置了框架，在框架上水平设置小托辊代替传动装置和橡胶带来支撑带动滤带进行过滤。适用于过滤各种颗粒的滤浆，以及滤饼需要多次洗涤的物料，广泛应手于冶金、矿山、石油、化工、煤碳、造纸、电力、制药等工业部门。例如分离铁精矿、石墨提取、精煤脱水、染料中间体、医药中间体、氰尿酸等。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的一种固定盘式真空过滤机做进一步说明。
如附图1所示，一种固定盘式真空过滤机，包括真空盘，所述真空盘包括框架1，框架1内设置有小托辊3。
框架1内侧设置有转轴2，所述小托辊3两端转动连接于所述转轴2上。
小托辊3的辊与辊之间距离为1.8m-2.5mm。
本发明的一种固定盘式真空过滤机，以循环移动的环形滤带作为过滤介质，利用真空设备提供的负压和重力作用，滤液渗透滤布，从小托辊3空隙中流入真空盘，真空盘底部设有排液口，经吸水软管与排液总管相连。能连续自动完成过滤、滤饼洗涤、吸干、卸料、滤布清洗等工艺操作。

1.一种固定盘式真空过滤机，包括真空盘，其特征在于：所述真空盘包括框架，框架内设置有小托辊；所述框架内侧设置有转轴，所述小托辊两端转动连接于所述转轴上；所述小托辊的辊与辊之间的距离为1.8mm～2.5mm。
