本发明公开了电光源技术领域内的双端无极灯,包括封装有汞齐材料的灯管,灯管上设有耦合腔,耦合腔内设置有耦合线圈,耦合线圈绕装在磁芯管的外周,一导热元件从***磁芯管内;耦合腔贯穿灯管,耦合腔两端分别设有管状的灯头,灯头上远离灯管的一端设有金属定位片,所述导热元件呈管状,导热元件两端分别从金属定位片上伸出,金属定位片上开设有散热孔。本发明将灯管制成中心带贯穿的耦合腔的结构,热量可经导热元件向外散失,在耦合腔中的空气经散热孔对流散热,可起到良好的散热效果,解决了耦合腔散热不良而导致的高频无极灯的功率受到限制的问题,可制成功率200W以上的大功率高频无极灯。依本发明获得的电光源可用于各种场所的照明。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电光源,特别涉及一种无极灯。
背景技术
无极灯是当前国际上最新的绿色、节能、长寿命的光源,特别是内耦合的无极灯,目前,只能做到100w以下,少量150w的灯,因耦合腔无法散热,而导致性能不稳定,寿命短,200w以上的灯则更难制造成功;现有一种高频无极灯,其结构主要包括呈球形或梨形的玻壳,玻壳一端向内凹陷,形成一个单端开口的耦合腔,玻壳内封装有铟网和汞齐,耦合腔内设置有耦合线圈,耦合线圈绕装在磁芯管的外周,一导热棒从耦合腔的开口端***磁芯管内,导热棒的伸出端与金属灯头连接;由于它没有常规电光源所必须的灯丝或电极,故称无极灯;通常低压气体放电高频无极灯所使用的工作频率为2.5~3.0MHz,也就是说,高频无极灯的工作频率比普通白炽灯和日常使用的电感式日光灯、金卤灯、高压钠灯等灯种的工作频率(50Hz)高出5万~6万倍,比普通节能灯或电子镇流器的工作频率(30~60KHz)高出约250倍。其具有良好的节能效果,防震,长寿命,无频闪,高功率因数等优点,可以广泛用于城市道路照明、景观照明、工厂、学校、各种场馆、车站等。其不足之处在于:工作时,耦合腔中易产生高温(100-200℃),高温会破坏磁性材料的特性,引起激励功率的降低,高温还会影响耦合线圈的寿命,由于导热棒只能从单端将热量导出,对于中小功率的高频无极灯(20W-100W),能起到有效的散热作用,而对于150W以上的的高频无极灯很难做到;此外,高温使得汞齐、荧光粉均难以承受,光效会大幅下降、色温上升,显色指数下降等光电参数劣变,正因为散热不良,导致高频无极灯的功率难以提高,一般限制在200W以下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双端无极灯,使得无极灯散热好,能使200w以上的灯管长时间稳定工作。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:双端无极灯,包括封装有铟网和汞齐的灯管,灯管上设有耦合腔,耦合腔内设置有耦合线圈,耦合线圈绕装在磁芯管的外周,一导热元件从***磁芯管内;所述耦合腔贯穿灯管,耦合腔两端分别设有管状的灯头,灯头上远离灯管的一端设有金属定位片,所述导热元件呈管状,导热元件两端分别从金属定位片上伸出,金属定位片上开设有散热孔。
本发明将灯管制成中心带贯穿的耦合腔的结构,导热元件从耦合腔两端伸出,使得耦合腔的两端均可以散热,热量可经导热元件向外散失,同时,在耦合腔中的空气与外界空气经散热孔形成对流,可起到良好的散热效果,灯管可以制成呈球形或梨形;与现有技术相比,本发明的散热良好,解决了耦合腔散热不良而导致的高频无极灯的功率受到限制的问题,可制成功率200W以上的大功率高频无极灯,耦合腔温度可下降到150℃左右,可有效地保护磁芯管、汞齐和耦合腔发光面的三基色荧光粉,该构造的灯管,可轻易突破200w,且能长时间安全工作。依本发明获得的电光源可用于各种场所的照明。
所述导热元件的内腔直径与外径之比为0.3-0.9时,上述比值越大,其空气流通越好,但金属导热性差;比值越小,其金属导热性越好,但空气流通差;其最佳取值为导热元件的内腔直径与外径之比为0.618,使得空气流通和金属导热性均比较好。

具体实施方式
如图1,为250w的双端无极灯,包括封装有汞齐材料的灯管1,灯管1上设有耦合腔5,耦合腔5内设置有耦合线圈2,耦合线圈2绕装在磁芯管3的外周,一导热元件4从***磁芯管3内;所述耦合腔5贯穿灯管1,耦合腔5两端分别设有管状的灯头6,灯头6上远离灯管1的一端设有金属定位片7,金属定位片7由厚度为5-8mm的铜片制成,所述导热元件4呈管状,导热元件4采用直径15mm的铜合金制成,导热元件4两端分别从金属定位片7上伸出,金属定位片7上开设有散热孔8,每一金属定位片7上的散热孔8可为3-6个,直径为10mm;导热元件4的内腔直径与外径之比为0.3-0.9之间,最佳值为0.618。
