Abstract

本发明涉及一种伸缩式臂架上的拖链机构。本发明包括拖链、托槽、导管、臂架I、臂架II、臂架III等现有拖链机构中均有的部件,拖链的一头固定于托槽的右端,导管的一头固定在臂架III上。臂架I上安装有导轨,导轨上设有可在其上移动的套管,套管的另一头固定于臂架II上,拖链的另一头穿过套管再固定在导管上,导管的另一头可在套管内移动。具有以上结构的本发明当臂架伸出时,原来空悬的拖链段全部落入套管中,可使拖链始终处于受支撑状态。与此同时,套管对导管也有支撑作用,而套管向下的重力又被导轨所牵引。这种结构不但可降低对拖链本身的强度要求,降低成本,消除悬空长度的限制,并且由于拖链始终处于受支撑状态,使设备工作的可靠性大为提高。

一种套筒式拖链机构 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种伸缩式臂架上的拖链机构。 
背景技术
高空作业设备经常需要将液压动力和电气控制信号通过管路输送到臂架端部的执行机构和工作栏的控制箱中。特别对于伸缩臂架式高空作业设备,普遍采用拖链机构解决此类问题。下图1是当前的主要拖链形式。液压和电气管路通过软管的方式在拖链2排列,再经过导管3将液压动力和电气信号输送到臂架III端部,从而保证上下信号和动力的连通。当臂架前伸时,臂架II和臂架III同步移动,固定于臂架III的导管3带动拖链2随着向前移动,当臂架II前伸到极限位置时,情形如图2所示。由图2可知,在导管3尾部向前移动超过臂架I头部时,拖链2的一段就开始失去支撑,当导管3向前伸到极限位置时,拖链2悬在空中的距离最长,一般达到整个臂架最大行程的1/2。此时,拖链及内部的液压和电气管路产生的重量需要拖链本身的强度来保证,且拖链空悬长度是有限制的。空悬拖链由于重力引起的变形也容易产生失效的情况。 
发明内容
本发明需解决的技术问题是:针对现有的拖链机构经常出现拖链空悬的情况,而提出一种为拖链提供支撑的机构。 
本发明所采用的技术方案:本发明包括拖链、托槽、导管、臂架I、臂架II、臂架III等现有拖链机构中均有的部件,拖链的一头固定于托槽的 右端,导管的一头固定在臂架III上。臂架I上安装有导轨,导轨上设有可在其上移动的套管,套管的另一头固定于臂架II上,拖链的另一头穿过套管再固定在导管上,导管的另一头可在套管内移动。 
本发明的有益效果:具有以上结构的本发明当臂架伸出时,原来空悬的拖链段全部落入套管中,可使拖链始终处于受支撑状态。与此同时,套管对导管也有支撑作用,而套管向下的重力又被导轨所牵引。这种结构不但可降低对拖链本身的强度要求,降低成本,消除悬空长度的限制,并且由于拖链始终处于受支撑状态,使设备工作的可靠性大为提高。

具体实施方式
请参见图3-图4,本发明是在现有的伸缩式臂架拖链机构基础上,增加了通过机械方式固定在臂架I上的导轨10和可在导轨10上滑动的套管9,将拖链2的受力和支撑形式作了很大的改善,因为当臂架II和臂架III同步向前伸出时,固定在臂架II的套管9在导轨10移动的距离与固定在臂架 III上的导管3在套管9移动的距离相等,图2中原空悬的拖链段全部落入套管9中。采用了本发明的结构后,拖链2的悬空长度与臂架的行程无关,拖链2始终处于受支撑状态,从而提高了设备工作的可靠性。 

Claims (1)

1.一种套筒式拖链机构,包括拖链(2)、托槽(4)、导管(3)、臂架I(6)、臂架II(7)、臂架III(8),拖链(2)的一头固定于托槽(4)的右端,导管(3)的一头固定在臂架III(8)上,臂架III(8)套入臂架II(7)中,臂架II(7)连同臂架III(8)一同套入臂架I(6)中,托槽(4)固定在臂架I(6)的外面,其特征在于:臂架I(6)上安装有导轨(10),导轨(10)上设有可在导轨(10)上移动的套管(9),套管(9)的另一头固定于臂架II(7)上,拖链(2)的另一头穿过套管(9)再固定在导管(3)上,导管(3)的另一头可在套管(9)内移动。
