Abstract

汽车大灯
技术领域
本发明以带有一个或者多个发光二极管的至少一个照明装置的汽车大灯为出发点,其中为了带走由发光二极管放出的热量设有散热器。
背景技术
一这样的大灯例如由DE102004017454A1所公知。在该已知的带有大灯的汽车照明装置中设有多个发光体,该发光体根据预先确定的模型被布置在一支架上,并且其中该支架具有用于带走在发光体上产生的热量的散热器。由现有技术散热器的不同的安装位置已是众所周知的,其中所有的安装位置就这一点是共同的,散热器被设在看不见的区域中,并且因此被设在发光体布置的后面,该发光体通常还具有一相应的反射器。
发明内容
本发明旨在使带有发光二极管和散热器的照明装置的结构空间保持尽可能的小。此外应该实现一清晰的明暗边缘,该明暗边缘胜任最大照明的要求,并且同时具有对迎面车流或者对在马路边的人员尽可能小的眩目。
该任务通过根据本发明的带有散热器的发光体的布置获得解决,如通过独立的权利要求所述的特征列举出的。
为了汽车前置照明的光线的聚焦和对准,根据本发明的散热器在发光二极管和光学***之间在发光二极管光发射区的光轴上的布置具有优点:与光传播方向交叉布置的散热器的散热片使良好的明暗边缘成为可能。
有利的方式是光锥可通过相应的散热片的造型确定。
提高的散热片尖端的相应的造型具有优点,根据造型形状可以影响明暗边缘的色彩边纹。
通过根据本发明的布置可有目的的利用起光技术作用地一种或者单个的散热片,而其它的散热片不对光分布产生影响,但是同时非常紧凑地集成在一件中。
有利的方式是全部散热器为了聚焦沿着光轴的方向可移动地布置。通过用于光分布造型的活动的元件可避免漫射光,实现清晰的明暗边缘,并且同时实现由发光二极管放出热量的良好散热。
通过移动元件在起光技术作用的散热片上和合适的调节装置上的集成散热片的轮廓并且因此照明可与不同的交通情况、例如高速公路路灯、转弯路灯、市区路灯相匹配。

具体实施方式
图1a、1b和1c表示的是大灯的一个断面,其中为了说明本发明的内容这里仅仅表示的是照明单元10,该照明单元由一发光二极管11以及另一光学***13和根据本发明布置的散热器16组成。该发光二极管11必要时具有辅助光学***12,该散热器16吸收另一发光二极管21的热量。当然该结构布置在由外壳和透明的灯罩构成的大灯中,但是对此应该不用详细地说明,因为带有外壳、透明的灯罩、照明单元和反射器的大灯的基本结构是普通的现有技术。
由现有技术已众所周知的是,在发光二极管上产生的温度必须通过合适的散热器导出。因此对于最佳散热的冷却的难点和发光二极管的连接应该不用详细地说明。
在图示的根据本发明的布置中,散热器16被装入在由发光二极管11和辅助光学***12组成的照明单元10和光学***13之间的大灯可看得见的区域中,并且另外除了对发光二极管21的散热功能散热器16还被用作照明单元21的光分布的造型布置。
在图示的实施例中可清楚地看到,散热器16由多个散热片组成。散热片具有不同的高度,其中散热片的高度按照照明单元10的光锥布置。散热片17大体上相对其它的散热片先安排,以便它被用作光束造型。因此散热片17用它的尖端伸到带有它的辅助光学***12的光源11的焦点的区域中,如在图1a、1b和1c所示的侧视图中可清楚地看到的。为了说明,它通过线条18和19标出,所述线条在焦点处相交,并且同时示意地标出传播的光锥。
散热器16为了调焦沿着光轴20可移动地布置。这里不仅可机械的而且可电动的调节是最理想的,该调节与光控单元相耦合。
图2表示的是散热片17尖端的不同造型的可能性a)至f)。图a)表示的是一矩形的端部形状,b)凹形,c)斜面,d)尖形,并且e)和f)各一稍微镦平的尖形,然而其中还有很多的造型方案是可能的。用散热片17尖端的造型可影响在明暗边缘上的色彩效果。基于光学的规律光线根据散热尖端的造型按照它的干涉特性成扇状放射。
图3表示的是在光走向的俯视图中、即沿着光轴的散热器16或者散热片17。其中,上端部边缘用光边缘的附图标记LK表示,该端部边缘根据它的造型影响光的传播。在这里起光技术作用的区域被标在线条30和31之间。为了实现近光灯和远光灯,这里设有不同的造型方案,其中散热片也可以被制成与轴线交叉可以调节。因此边缘照明的区域同样可借助于散热片或者散热器被调节。

Claims (5)

1.带有一个或者多个发光二极管并且带有一布置在光发射区的光学***的至少一个照明装置的汽车大灯,该光学***使汽车前置照明的发光二极管的光线聚焦,其中为了带走由发光二极管放出的热量至少设有一散热器(16),该散热器(16)由多个散热片组成,其特征在于,散热器(16)布置在发光二极管和光学***(13)之间在发光二极管(11)的光发射区的光轴上,并且至少散热器(16)的散热片(17)的尖端处在发光二极管和该光学***之间的焦点的区域中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大灯,其特征在于,散热片(17)根据它的造型(32至36)影响光分布的造型。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的大灯,其特征在于,对于光分布意义重大的散热片(17)在剖视图中具有不同的尖端形状,该尖端形状实现在明暗边缘上色彩效果的改善。
4.根据前面的权利要求中任一项所述的大灯,其特征在于,散热器(16)沿着它的光轴(20)在照明元件(10)和光学***(13)之间是可移动的。
5.根据前面的权利要求中任一项所述的大灯,其特征在于,起光技术作用的散热片是可调节的,以便照明与不同的交通情况相匹配。
