Abstract

本发明公开了一种绿色土壤固化剂GMBER(A Green Materrial becomingEarth into Rock),制得的该绿色土壤固化剂由下列重量比的原料组成:胶凝材料:75%~80%,氧化铁绿:2%~4%,矿渣或矿渣混合物:2%~5%,表面活性剂1%~1.5%、碱性催化剂12%~15%、上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%,各原料的含水量小于2%,混合后的原料粉磨至勃氏比表面积400-900m2/kg;其固化原理为:氧化铁绿与上述其它组分在使土体的基本结构单元无分散、像界面紧密接触的同时,发挥土体铝酸盐矿物潜在的活性,使其界面形成牢固的多晶绿色粘土聚集体,从而改善土体颗粒相界面接触的本质,使其产生较高的强度和水稳定性。在同等条件下,同龄期固化土的强度可提高100%以上,抗渗、抗冻、抗化学腐蚀性及保色性能大大提高。

Description

一种绿色土壤固化剂
技术领域
本发明属土木建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种土壤固化剂,特别涉及一种土木建筑工程应用的水硬性绿色胶凝材料GMBER(A Green Materrialbecoming Earth into Rock),即新型绿色土壤固化剂。
背景技术
目前,在土木建筑工程使用的彩色胶凝材料主要是彩色硅酸盐水泥,这种彩色胶凝材料是以砂石料作骨料,对泥土固化效果不好,对水质要求也高。当用沙石作骨料,用彩色硅酸盐水泥作胶凝材料拌合混凝土料时,为了不影响混凝土的性能,除对砂石料和水质的特殊要求外,则要把砂石中的泥土尽量清洗干净。这不仅费时费力,而且在无砂石料或水质不好地区,彩色混凝土工程造价将成倍提高。
对于黄土高原和广大无砂石料地区,寻求一种高强、耐水、适应性强,既可和水泥一样以砂、石碎屑为骨料,又对拌和水质无特殊要求,且能充分利用当地的水土资源,特别是能够固化泥土的水硬性彩色胶凝材料—彩色土壤固化剂,是现实所急需的。虽然也有土壤固化剂的相关报道,但现有固化剂在使用过程中经常带来诸如强度低、抗冻性能差、成本高等问题,在彩色土壤固化剂研制方面,更是薄弱环节。因此,新的土壤固化剂的研究是业内人士十分关注的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种基于矿渣及铝硅酸盐矿物为主要组分,加入适量活性激发剂混合制成的经现代工艺复合制成的超细活性粉末,价格便宜,能在广大无砂石料地区,与各类土壤发生反应成为稳固持久的成形构件,用于道路、集流场等设施标志的新型绿色土壤固化剂。通过按一定比例与土壤拌和碾压,挤压密实后具有抗压、防渗、抗冻等性能。不但具有利用天然土壤,就地取材,减少砂石运量,无环境污染,节省工程造价等优点,而且还可以利用或处理一些常见的工业废料如粉煤灰,煤岩石,矿渣、钢渣等材料,所以它还具有经济、环保的特点。
为了实现上述任务,本发明采取如下的技术解决方案:
一种绿色土壤固化剂GMBER(A Green Materrial becoming Earth intoRock),其特征在于,制得的该绿色土壤固化剂由下列重量比的原料组成:胶凝材料:75%~80%,氧化铁绿:2%~4%,矿渣或矿渣混合物:2%~5%,表面活性剂1%~1.5%、碱性催化剂12%~15%、上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%,各原料的含水量小于2%,混合后的原料粉磨至勃氏比表面积400—900m2/kg;
所述的胶凝材料为普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料和普通硅酸盐灰白水泥熟料,普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料与普通硅酸盐灰白水泥熟料按1:2~1:2.5配制;
碱性激发剂为石膏和粉煤灰组成,以SO3为总量的(4.0±0.2)%控制石膏总量,一般石膏与粉煤灰按2:1配置。
表面活性剂由硫酸钠、明矾、硅酸钠和减水剂组成,其中硫酸钠占表面活性剂的10%~35%,明矾占表面活性剂的40%~50%,硅酸钠占表面活性剂的10%~20%,减水剂占表面活性剂的10%~25%。
本发明的绿色土壤固化剂,具有固结强度高、水稳性好、变形小、耐久高及色泽鲜艳且保色持久等特点,可广泛应用于水利水电工程、农业水土工程、道路交通工程,基础工程,生产粘土、废渣制品等。
具体实施方式
以下结合发明人给出的实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本发明的新型绿色土壤固化剂,以下列重量百分比的原料混合后并粉磨至勃氏比表面积400—900m2/kg制得;
胶凝材料:75%~80%;
碱性催化剂:12%~15%;
表面活性剂:1%~1.5%;
矿渣或矿渣混合物:2%~5%;
氧化铁绿:2%~4%;
上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%,各原料的含水量小于2%;
上述胶凝材料是普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料和普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料,其中,普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料与普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料按重量比1:2~1:2.5配制;
上述普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料和普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料的强度大于55Mpa,氧化镁含量不大于3%。
本发明的绿色土壤固化剂,具有化学加固色彩艳丽的突出特点。其固化原理为:氧化铁绿与上述其它组分在使土体的基本结构单元无分散、像界面紧密接触的同时,发挥土体铝酸盐矿物潜在的活性,使其界面形成牢固的多晶绿色粘土聚集体,从而改善土体颗粒相界面接触的本质,使其产生较高的强度和水稳定性。本固化剂不仅在界面进行,更能在土体单元内部进行,从而进一步发展了土体常温固化的理论。
胶凝材料构成反应主体,且在反应过程中各组分发生反应时间不同,从而决定了水硬性胶凝材料强度随时间的变化,使之持续增强;碱性催化剂主要起催化土壤中硫酸根使之参与反应,调节凝固时间,降低水化热;表面活性剂中不同成分的相互作用,分别起到激活土体中铝酸盐矿物质潜在的活性,改善土壤界面本质,进而产生高强水稳定性。
本发明中的碱性催化剂由石膏和粉煤灰组成,其中石膏含量以绿色土壤固化剂中SO3含量在(4.0±0.2)%范围内控制。碱性催化剂主要作用是起催化土壤中硫酸根使之参与反应,调节凝固时间,降低水化热。
表面活性剂由硫酸钠、明矾、硅酸钠和减水剂组成,其中硫酸钠占表面活性剂的10%~35%,明矾占表面活性剂的40%~50%,硅酸钠占表面活性剂的10%~20%,减水剂占表面活性剂的10%~25%。表面活性剂一方面可以作为固化剂中的活性剂,另一方面在研磨过程中可以作为分散剂。
上述矿渣采用符合GB203规定的粒化高炉矿渣,或者符合GB6645规定的粒化电炉磷渣,或者符合GB417规定的粒化烙铁矿渣,或者符合GB418规定的粒化钛矿渣,或者符合GB1596规定的粉煤灰;或者上述至少一种以上组成的矿渣混合物。矿渣或矿渣混合物作为辅助填充材料,平衡固化土体的强度。
本发明制得的绿色土壤固化剂成品主要控制指标为细度和绿色土壤固化剂中SO3,细度的控制以200目的方孔筛筛余不得高于5%,绿色土壤固化剂中SO3的含量控制在(4.0±0.2)%范围之内。
本发明制成的绿色土壤固化剂(或称水硬性胶凝材料),与传统的彩色水泥相比,在同等条件下,同龄期固化体的强度可提高100%,抗渗、抗冻、抗化学腐蚀性能大大提高,保色性能比彩色水泥更好,而且本发明的主体原料为工业废渣,对于环境保护具有重要意义。

备注::GMBER即为本发明的绿色土壤固化剂,从表4可以看出,GMBER抗冻性能明显优于32.5#水泥。

Claims (6)

1、一种绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,制得的该绿色土壤固化剂由下列重量比的原料组成:胶凝材料:75%~80%,氧化铁绿:2%~4%,矿渣或矿渣混合物:2%~5%,表面活性剂1%~1.5%、碱性催化剂12%~15%、上述原料的重量百分比之和为100%,各原料的含水量小于2%,混合后的原料粉磨至勃氏比表面积400—900m2/kg;
所述的胶凝材料为普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料和普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料,普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料与普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料按1:2~1:2.5配制;
所述的表面活性剂由硫酸钠、明矾、硅酸钠和减水剂组成,其中硫酸钠为10%~35%,明矾为40%~50%,硅酸钠为10%~20%,减水剂为10%~25%。
2、如权利要求1所述的绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,所述的碱性催化剂由石膏和粉煤灰组成,其中石膏含量以绿色土壤固化剂中SO3含量在(4.0±0.2)%范围内控制。
3、如权利要求1所述的绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,所述的普通硅酸盐灰水泥熟料和普通硅酸盐白水泥熟料的强度大于55Mpa,氧化镁含量不大于3%。
4、如权利要求1所述的绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,所述的矿渣混合物是炉渣、钢渣、铁渣、粉煤灰、其它工业矿渣中的其中一种以上的组合。
5、如权利要求1所述的绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,所述的绿色土壤固化剂成品主要控制指标为细度和绿色土壤固化剂中SO3,细度的控制以200目的方孔筛筛余不得高于5%,绿色土壤固化剂中SO3的含量控制在(4.0±0.2)%范围之内。
6、如权利要求1所述的绿色土壤固化剂,其特征在于,所述的石膏和粉煤灰按2:1配置。
