- 【权利要求1】一种塑壳断路器热脱扣装置,包括双金属片、发热元件、绝缘片,绝缘片设置在双金属片和发热元件之间,双金属片和发热元件贴邻设置,其特征在于:发热元件的一连接端延伸形成与双金属片正向平行对应设置的侧边,该侧边的另一端延伸形成连接端。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的塑壳断路器热脱扣装置,其特征在于:所述发热元件分为上、下两段,其中上半段呈倒U型,倒U型的一边向下延伸形成下半段,下半段与双金属片贴邻设置,倒U型的另一边向一侧延伸形成电连接端。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求1或2所述的塑壳断路器热脱扣装置,其特征在于:所述在双金属片靠近发热元件一侧最上端设有保护片,保护片上端与双金属片连接,保护片下端与双金属片之间形成夹角,在保护片下端设置有朝内倾斜的接点,该接点与发热元件的侧边贴邻设置。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1或2所述的塑壳断路器热脱扣装置,其特征在于:所述在发热元件的一连接端上设置有2个通孔,双金属片上对应形成2个通孔,通过铆钉使发热元件和双金属片构成连接。
