本发明涉及一种纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料，由Color IndexC.I.活性黑5、C.I.活性蓝222、C.I.活性蓝194、C.I.活性红195、C.I.活性黄145、元明粉、助溶剂、防尘油组成；其含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑513-16％、C.I.活性蓝22212-15％、C.I.活性蓝19410-14％、C.I.活性红1952-3％、C.I.活性黄1451-3％、元明粉30-40％、助溶剂17-25％、防尘油0.2-1％；本发明的有益效果是：能够显著减轻纤维素纤维在碱丝光前后色变，同时减少沾色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种黑染料，尤其涉及一种纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料。
背景技术
纤维素纤维有时需要在用活性染料染色后再经浓碱丝光，耐碱性差的染料会造成丝光前后色变，同时纤维上不同的颜色会互相沾染。大多数60℃中温型活性染料耐碱性不高；80℃高温型活性染料耐碱性虽较中温型好，但染料上染率却不如中温型活性染料，而且80℃染色相对与60℃染色需要消耗更多的能源。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料，旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明由Color Index C.I.活性黑5、C.I.活性蓝222、C.I.活性蓝194、C.I.活性红195、C.I.活性黄145、元明粉、助溶剂、防尘油组成；其含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑5 13-16％、C.I.活性蓝222 12-15％、C.I.活性蓝19410-14％、C.I.活性红195 2-3％、C.I.活性黄145 1-3％、元明粉30-40％、助溶剂17-25％、防尘油0.2-1％。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：能够显著减轻纤维素纤维在碱丝光前后色变，同时减少沾色。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
实施例1
本发明含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑5 15％、C.I.活性蓝222 13％、C.I.活性蓝194 12％、C.I.活性红195 2.8％、C.I.活性黄145 1.7％、元明粉30％、助溶剂25％、防尘油0.5％。
实施例2
本发明含量百分比是：.C.I.活性黑5 16％、C.I.活性蓝222 14％、C.I.活性蓝194 13％、C.I.活性红195 2.2％、C.I.活性黄145 2.3％、元明粉32％、助溶剂20％、防尘油0.5％。
本发明采用的原料在市场上都能买到。
上述原料中的染料都是耐酸碱性比较好的染料，使用这样的配方可以增强染料离子促染能力，同时利用各个染料不同的色变而产生色相互补作用，从而达到丝光前后色光的稳定。
Color Index是“染料索引号”的意思，它是国际通用的染料名称。元明粉即硫酸钠，、助溶剂为木质素磺酸盐、防尘油为白火油。这三种成份是现有技术活性染料的常用添加剂。元明粉起吸水作用，防止染料受潮变质；助溶剂可以帮助染料快速溶解；防尘油可以在染料搬运时避免粉尘飞扬。
本发明的制造方法是：原染料滤饼加入元明粉、助溶剂和工艺热水溶解，反复研磨过滤48小时，送至给料罐，喷雾干燥，加入防尘油搅拌均匀，成品包装。喷雾干燥中产生的废气由旋风除尘，袋滤气过滤，作为燃油废气和粉尘排出。

1. 一种纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料，由Color Index C.I.活性黑5、C.I.活性蓝222、C.I.活性蓝194、C.I.活性红195、C.I.活性黄145、元明粉、助溶剂、防尘油组成；其含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑5 13-16％、C.I.活性蓝222 12-15％、C.I.活性蓝194 10-14％、C.I.活性红195 2-3％、C.I.活性黄145 1-3％、元明粉30-40％、助溶剂17-25％、防尘油0.2-1％。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料，其中：含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑5 15％、C.I.活性蓝222 13％、C.I.活性蓝19412％、C.I.活性红195 2.8％、C.I.活性黄145 1.7％、元明粉30％、助溶剂25％、防尘油0.5％。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维素纤维用耐后丝光的活性黑染料，其中：含量百分比是：C.I.活性黑5 16％、C.I.活性蓝222 14％、C.I.活性蓝19413％、C.I.活性红195 2.2％、C.I.活性黄145 2.3％、元明粉32％、助溶剂20％、防尘油0.5％。
