Abstract

制造吸震充气包装材料的设备
技术领域
本发明适用于吸震材料,该材料通过同时将气门塑料膜或塑料薄片和外纸(foreign paper)拼合,用热压力粘合,通过冷却形成气囊,然后注入空气形成的吸震材料,并涉及制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,其能容易且经济地制造完整结构的所述的吸震充气包装材料。
背景技术
由发泡塑料制成的聚苯乙烯塑料常被用作吸震包装材料以防止各种包装产品的损坏。但是,由于聚苯乙烯塑料造成环境污染,其在大多数国家已经被禁用或即将被禁用。相应地,需要一种新型的吸震包装材料。已经提出符合上述需要的是,将注入空气形成管状的吸震充气包装材料用作吸震包装工具,其通过组合多层塑料膜或塑料薄片,用热压力或高频粘合,然后注入空气充气形成。
发明内容技术问题
需要开发完全的吸震材料,使得吸震充气手段用作完全的吸震包装材料。因此,申请人开发出了吸震包装材料,其中空气通过一个空气注入口注入多数气囊中,一旦注入后,除了用特殊的开/关装置,空气不会从气囊中泄漏,并且即使空气从一个气囊中泄漏出来,其他气囊中的空气也不会泄漏。但是很难大量地制造该吸震包装材料,因此它几乎没有经济效益。
技术方案
本发明提供了制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,其能容易且经济地制造所述吸震充气包装材料。具体而言,本发明提供了具有改良生产率的制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,其中当上下设置或左右设置的绕有塑料薄片或塑料膜的转轴与绕有以重叠方式被粘合的气门薄膜或气门薄片的绕卷转轴同时转动时,所述塑料薄片和塑料薄膜就会展开、拼合,然后用热压粘合,传送粘合后的膜片以同时冷却,在传送过程中防止所述薄片或薄膜的松弛或拉长。
本发明的制造吸震充气包装材料的设备包括:第一转轴单元和第二转轴单元,安装在预定位置,塑料薄片或塑料膜绕于其上;第三转轴单元,设置在第一转轴单元和第二转轴单元之间,且设有转轴,气门薄膜或气门薄片缠绕在该转轴上;第一展开张力控制单元、第二展开张力控制单元、第三展开张力控制单元,对从所述第一转轴单元、第二转轴单元、第三转轴单元上展开的薄片或薄膜实施冲击吸收;拼合单元,拼合穿过所述第一展开张力控制单元、第二展开张力控制单元、第三展开张力控制单元的经过冲击吸收的薄片或薄膜;密封单元,对拼合单元拼合的薄片或薄膜热粘合以形成所需形状的吸震包装材料;冷却单元,冷却在密封单元热粘合的吸震包装材料;绕卷张力控制单元,对从冷却单元冷却后传送出来的吸震包装材料实施冲击吸收;再缠绕转轴单元,设置在所述绕卷张力控制单元的后面。
有益效果
根据制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,密封的吸震材料在一次拼合中形成,它能精确地绕装所述吸震包装材料,因为它能同时密封和冷却所述吸震包装材料,并且在密封、停止、或在转轴或绕卷转轴的转动中不会对所述吸震包装材料施加附加的力。相应地,不仅容易制造所述制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,而且能大量制造吸震充气包装材料的成型品。

下文,将结合附图详细描述本发明。
首先,将结合图1描述本发明的基本配置。如图1所示,第一转轴单元10和第二转轴单元10a安装在距离彼此预定距离的位置,塑料薄片或塑料膜1在上面和下面置于在第一转轴单元10和第二转轴单元10a上,并卷在第一转轴单元10和第二转轴单元10a上,以形成气囊和空气通道。第三转轴单元10b安装在第一转轴单元10和第二转轴单元10a之间。第三转轴单元10b设有缠绕着的气门薄膜或气门薄片(valve film or sheet)2。当拼合和粘合塑料薄膜或塑料薄片时,所述缠绕着的气门薄膜或气门薄片2被拼合、密封,然后被设置空气通道,空气通道通过印刷单元的印刷表面而形成,以防止粘连。密封单元40粘合所述薄片或薄膜1和2,其从所述第一转轴单元10、第二转轴单元10a和第三转轴单元10b上展开,然后穿过相应的第一展开张力控制单元20、第二展开张力控制单元20a、第三展开张力控制单元20b,在拼合单元30中拼合,根据如图8所示的待密封的气囊101的预定形状,通过用密封模具41施加热压使其具有吸震包装材料100的形状,并将在密封单元40粘合的吸震包装材料传送到冷却单元50冷却,经过绕卷张力控制单元60,然后缠绕在再缠绕转轴单元70上。
缠绕和展开是通过相应的伺服马达分别控制的,这些操作的进行使得这样薄片或薄膜在检测信号的基础上以准确的长度缠绕或者展开。
上述伺服马达中,比其它伺服马达功率大的伺服马达用作展开部件,而不是用作再缠绕部件;用作再缠绕部件的伺服马达由缠绕条件决定。

加热模具98和冷却模具98a都有由弹簧99a支撑的弹性长轴99,并且当落下时为热压产生压力。密封完成后,当模具通过弹簧的回复力回复时,所述压力自动释放。
通过热压密封时的粘合力取决于拼合后粘合的薄片或薄膜是否堆叠成两层或者四层。因此,通过改变压力或温度的差异,均一地保持所述粘合力。
通过上述操作密封的吸震包装材料100在密封过程中是停止的,而不是被传送的。当为了密封和冷却所述吸震包装材料由停止移动时,它以拼合的状态穿过密封单元移动到冷却单元。所述吸震包装材料在所述第一展开张力控制单元20、第二展开张力控制单元20a、第三展开张力控制单元20b控制的下被抬上和放下,导向辊21安在所述第一展开张力控制单元20、第二展开张力控制单元20a、第三展开张力控制单元20b一端的枢轴安装的驱动轴22上,所述驱动轴驱动冲击吸收轴23,通过第一展开张力控制单元20的导向辊21的冲击吸收操作,拉动所述吸震包装材料,而不是从所述第一转轴单元10、第二转轴单元10a和第三转轴单元10b上将其展开。所述的吸震包装材料被拉动后,冲击吸收轴23产生检测信号,所述伺服马达响应该信号运行来转动转轴,以展开所述薄片或薄膜,然后所述张力控制单元回复到起始状态。
另外,完成密封后,类似地,当形成有绕卷张力控制单元时,停止密封,所述吸震包装材料绕在绕卷转轴上,由于通过所述绕卷张力控制单元拉动,不会有直接的力传递。
另外,在将所述吸震包装材料绕到该再缠绕转轴上之前,设置了防静电装置200,这样它能消除滚动过程中摩擦产生的静电。
另外,当所述吸震包装材料以拼合的状态绕在绕卷转轴上时,这样它就不能滚动,直到从轴上完全展开。因此,如图3和4所示,完成操作可通过一个过程设置和转动多个的再缠绕转轴。
工业实用性
根据本发明的制造吸震包装材料的设备可用于经济且容易地大量生产空气注射型吸震充气包装材料,在包装中该材料被用作注射空气来充气的吸震工具。

Claims (12)

1.制造吸震充气包装材料的设备,包括:
第一转轴单元(10)和第二转轴单元(10a),安装在预定位置,塑料薄片或塑料膜(1)绕于其上;
第三转轴单元(10b),设置在第一转轴单元(10)和第二转轴单元(10a)之间,且设有转轴,气门薄膜或气门薄片(2)缠绕在该转轴上;
第一展开张力控制单元(20)、第二展开张力控制单元(20a)、第三展开张力控制单元(20b),对从所述第一转轴单元(10)、第二转轴单元(10a)、第三转轴单元(10b)上展开的薄片或薄膜实施冲击吸收;所述薄片或薄膜包括绕于第一转轴单元(10)和第二转轴单元(10a)的塑料薄片或塑料膜(1)和绕于第三转轴单元(10b)的气门薄膜或气门薄片(2);
拼合单元(30),拼合穿过所述第一展开张力控制单元(20)、第二展开张力控制单元(20a)、第三展开张力控制单元(20b)的经过冲击吸收的薄片或薄膜;
密封单元(40),对拼合单元(30)拼合的薄片或薄膜热粘合以形成所需形状的吸震包装材料;
冷却单元(50),冷却在密封单元(40)热粘合的吸震包装材料;
绕卷张力控制单元(60),对从冷却单元(50)冷却后传送出来的吸震包装材料实施冲击吸收;和
再缠绕转轴单元(70),设置在所述绕卷张力控制单元(60)的后面。
2.根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于:所述第一转轴单元(10)、第二转轴单元(10a)、第三转轴单元(10b)和再缠绕转轴单元(70)的缠绕和展开是通过相应的伺服马达分别控制的,这样在检测信号的基础上确保以准确的长度缠绕或者展开。
3.根据权利要求2的设备,其特征在于:比其它伺服马达功率大的一个伺服马达用作展开部件而不是用作再缠绕部件。
4.根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于:密封单元和冷却单元工作时,装在主体的下部的驱动单元作为主马达转动,与主马达连接的离心凸轮通过主马达传送的驱动力转动,往复部件通过凸轮的转动前后往复运动,曲柄的下部以一点为轴心转动,曲柄的上部通过往复部件的往复运动上下往复运动,活动杆通过连接元件上下往复运动,连接元件与曲柄的上部连接,同时上下往复运动通过长轴连接的加热模具和冷却模具。
5.根据权利要求4的设备,其特征在于:加热模具和冷却模具都具有由弹簧支撑的弹性长轴,并且当加热模具和冷却模具落下时产生用于热压的压力;密封完成后,当模具通过弹簧的回复力回复时,所述压力自动释放。
6.根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于:在热压密封过程中,粘合力取决于拼合后粘合的薄片或薄膜是否堆叠成两层或者四层;这样,通过改变压力或温度的差异,均一地保持所述粘合力。
7.根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于:导向辊(21)分别安装在所述第一展开张力控制单元(20)、第二展开张力控制单元(20a)、第三展开张力控制单元(20b)一端的枢轴安装的驱动轴(22)上,所述驱动轴(22)驱动冲击吸收轴(23);所述吸震包装材料通过所述导向辊(21)所实施的冲击吸收操作而拉动,不会被从所述第一转轴单元(10)、第二转轴单元(10a)和第三转轴单元(10b)上展开。
8.根据权利要求2的设备,其特征在于:导向辊(21)分别安装在所述第一展开张力控制单元(20)、第二展开张力控制单元(20a)、第三展开张力控制单元(20b)一端的枢轴安装的驱动轴(22)上,所述驱动轴(22)驱动冲击吸收轴(23);所述吸震包装材料通过所述导向辊(21)所实施的冲击吸收操作而拉动,不会被从所述第一转轴单元(10)、第二转轴单元(10a)和第三转轴单元(10b)上展开。
9.根据权利要求8的设备,其特征在于:检测信号由冲击吸收轴(23)产生,所述伺服马达响应该信号运行以转动第一转轴单元、第二转轴单元、或第三转轴单元的转轴展开所述薄片或薄膜,然后第一展开张力控制单元(20)、第二展开张力控制单元(20a)、或第三展开张力控制单元(20b)回复到起始状态。
