Abstract

一种框架,其用于背光模组,该框架包括主体、固定件及两个预装件。该预装件设置于背光模组中的光学板/片的相对两侧,并通过固定件与该主体相固定,该预装件设有一安装部,该安装部用于将背光模组中的光学板/片组装为一体。本发明还提供一种使用该框架的背光模组。上述背光模组具有组装耗时小且可提高组装良率的优点。

Description

框架及采用该框架的背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于液晶显示装置的框架,及采用该框架的背光模组。
背景技术
近年来,液晶显示器由于其轻、薄、小与耗电低等特点,得到了广泛应用。由于液晶本身不具备发光特性,因此需要背光模组为其提供背光源,以实现液晶的显示功能。现有直下式背光源装置一般将多个冷阴极管或LED置于灯箱中作为光源。由于光源发光位置相对于背光模组出光面距离不同,因此会使背光模组的出射光不均。为提升背光模组的亮度与均匀性,背光模组灯箱组上方需设置光学板或光学片。
请参见图1,所示为一种现有背光模组100,其包括一框架11、反射板12、多个光源13、扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16及上扩散片17。框架11包括底板115、多个侧壁113及一框体111,底板115及多个侧壁113围成一收容腔110。反射板12与多个光源13设置于收容腔110内。扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16及上扩散片17通过框体111依次固定于光源13上方。
背光模组10组装过程中,一般是先将一反射板12与光源13装于框架11的收容腔110内,然后依次将扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16、上扩散片17叠放于光源13的上面,最后用框体111罩于偏光片17上,使扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16、上扩散片17等固定在框架11上光源13的上方,从而完成组装。
然而,上述组装时需将扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16、扩散片17等依次叠放在框架11上且还要使扩散板14、下扩散片15、棱镜片16及上扩散片17一一对齐,然后再用框体111固定,其间工序复杂、繁多、易造成光学板的损坏,因此容易使上述背光模组的组装较为费时,且降低背光模组的组装良率。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种组装耗时小且可提高组装良率的框架及其背光模组。
一种框架,其用于背光模组,该框架包括主体、固定件及预装件,该两个预装件设置于背光模组中的光学板/片的相对两侧,并通过该固定件与该主体相固定,该预装件设有一安装部,该安装部用于将背光模组中的光学板/片组装为一体。
一背光模组,其包括框架、光学板/片及光源,该框架包括主体、固定件及两个预装件,该预装件设置于背光模组中的光学板/片的相对两侧,并通过固定件与该主体相固定,该预装件设有一安装部,该光源设置于该主体内,该光学板/片固定组装于该安装部。
相对于现有技术,上述框架及背光模组包括固定件与预装件,该预装件可通过其安装部先将光学板/片组装为一体,然后再用固定件将该预装件与主体相固定组装在一起,因此避免了组装时将光学板/片在无限制的状态下一一对齐等繁杂、容易损坏光学板/片的工序,从而易于减少上述背光模组的组装时间及提高其组装良率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的框架及采用该框架的背光模组作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图2及图3,所示为本发明较佳实施例的背光模组200,其包括一框架20、一反射板21、多个光源22、一散射板23、一下扩散片24、一棱镜片25及一上扩散片26。框架20包括主体201、固定件202及预装件203。反射板21与光源22设于主体201内。散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26依次叠放于光源22上方。预装件203设有一安装部2031,安装部2031用于将散射板23、扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26组装为一体。光源22发出的光线通过反射板21反射或直接进入散射板23,光线在散射板23中被散射后进入下扩散片24被进一步扩散,扩散后的光线射入棱镜片25,在棱镜片25作用下,出射光线发生聚集,被聚集的光线再经上扩散片26扩散均匀射入液晶面板。
具体在本实施例中,框架20的预装件203包括一水平横截面呈“匚”形的安装部2031及一竖直横截面为矩形的凹槽2032。框架20可由塑料制成。
该固定件202包括螺钉2021、设于主体201上的凸起的螺孔2022及设于凹槽2032底部的锁固孔2023。
组装时,将散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26等光学板/片设置于预装件203的安装部2031内,使散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26等光学板/片与预装件203结合为一体。然后用固定件202将组装了光学板/片的预装件203与主体201固定在一起,完成背光模组200的组装。
上述组装过程中,该预装件203可通过其安装部2031各个侧壁的限制对齐结构轻易地将散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26等光学板/片在安装部2031内部实现对齐,从而把光学板/片组装为一体,因此可避免现有技术中组装时将光学板/片在无限制的状态下一一对齐等繁杂、容易损坏光学板/片的工序,即简化了组装工序,从而易于减少上述背光模组200的组装时间、提高其组装良率及降低生产成本。
进一步,棱镜片25的端部还设有向下凸起251。凸起251形成一收容腔252。组装时,收容腔252可容纳下扩散片24,以使下扩散片24及棱镜片25本身更好得固定,从而进一步防止散射板23、下扩散片24、一棱镜片25及上扩散片26等在组装过程中发生损坏。
进一步,当背光模组用于液晶显示器时,该框架20的预装件203上还可设有缓冲部204,其用于支撑设置于预装件203上的液晶面板205,并在设置液晶面板205时将驱动电路206固定在框架20的侧面。
请参见图4,所示为本发明较佳实施例二的背光模组300。背光模组300与背光模组200相似,其不同在于:框架30的固定件302由设置于预装件303底部的定位销3022及设置于主体301的锁固孔3024构成。
请参见图5,所示为本发明较佳实施例三的背光模组400。背光模组400与背光模组200相似,其不同在于:该框架40的预装件403的安装部4031水平横截面呈“L”形,且框架40在安装部4031的上方设有缓冲部404。框架40的固定件402包括螺钉4021、设于主体401上的凸起的螺孔4022及设于凹槽4032底部的锁固孔4023。组装时,先将将散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26依次叠放于水平横截面呈“L”形的安装部4031内部,通过安装部4031侧壁的限制对齐作用实现散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26等光学板/片的对齐。然后用固定件402将组装了光学板/片的预装件403和主体401固定在一起,完成背光模组400的组装。该缓冲部404贴附于预装件403上,可起到固定在安装部4031内的散射板23、下扩散片24、棱镜片25及上扩散片26等光学板/片的作用,以免在组装过程中光学板/片从安装部4031上方脱落。
请参见图6,所示为本发明较佳实施例四的背光模组500,背光模组500与背光模组400相似,其不同在于:该框架50的固定件502包括螺钉5022、设于主体501上的凹陷的螺孔5024及设于凹槽5032底部的锁固孔5026。
请参见图7,所示为本发明较佳实施例六的背光模组600,其包括一框架60、一反射板61、多个光源62、一散射板63、一下扩散片64、一棱镜片65及一上扩散片66。框架60的预装件603包括水平横截面呈“L”型的安装部6031及竖直横截面为矩形的凹槽6032,该凹槽6032的底部设置有柱状凸起6033。上扩散片66的端部设有通孔661,其孔径大小与柱状凸起6033的顶端的大小相匹配。组装过程中,可将柱状凸起6033贯穿过通孔661,而使上扩散片66被更好的固定。
可以理解,上述背光模组200中框架20的预装件203的凹槽2032可以省略,而采用粘胶固定方式将主体201与预装件203相固定。

Claims (10)

1.一种框架,其用于背光模组,该框架包括主体与固定件,其特征在于:该框架还包括两个预装件,该预装件设置于背光模组中的光学板/片的相对两侧,并通过该固定件与该主体相固定,该预装件设有一安装部,该安装部用于将背光模组中的光学板/片组装为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征是:该安装部的水平横截面呈“匚”形。
3.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征是:该安装部的水平横截面呈“L”形。
4.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征是:该固定件为粘胶、相互配合的螺钉、螺孔或相互配合的定位销、定位槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征是:该框架的材质为塑料。
6.如权利要求1所述的框架,其特征是:该框架在该预装件的上方还设有缓冲部。
7.一背光模组,其包括框架、光学板/片及光源,该框架包括主体及固定件,其特征在于:该框架还包括两个预装件,该预装件设置于背光模组中的光学板/片的相对两侧,并通过固定件与该主体相固定,该预装件设有一安装部;该光源设置于该主体内,该光学板/片固定组装于该安装部。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征是:该安装部的水平横截面呈“匚”形。
9.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征是:该安装部的水平横截面呈“L”形。
10.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征是:该安装部设有一凹槽,该凹槽内设有一凸起,该凸起通过与光学板/片上通孔相互配合使该光学板/片固定。
