Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及旋转轴的密封。
背景技术
泵、发动机以及其他转轴机械常与液体或乳状体相关,因此通常需要降低机械中液体或乳状体泄露的可能性。较早的在先技术是在驱动轴周围填满绳或绳索以产生密封。随后,机械密封组件发展为在转轴上锁定一元件,该元件可在设于机械本体上的固定安装缘内旋转。通过转轴的轴承面和设备壳体的轴承面之间的配合来实现该密封,其中各轴承面彼此机械压迫从而形成旋转件和安装缘之间的密封。可采用流体润滑和冷却这些轴承面,避免任何部分遭到破坏。随着转轴相对安装缘的移动,密封在某种程度上会变得复杂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于轴的密封组件。该密封组件包括运转时环绕旋转轴的密封件。该密封件具有面向外的环形密封面。密封组件还包括具有密封承纳所述环形密封面的孔的托架。该孔沿一轴延伸。所述孔包括具有第一表面光洁度的第一表面部和具有第二表面光洁度的第二表面部,其中第二表面光洁度较第一表面光洁度粗糙。所述第二表面光洁度与所述环形密封面配合以限制所述密封件沿所述轴的移动。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种用于轴的密封组件。该密封组件包括运转时环绕可旋转轴的密封件12。密封件12包括面向外的环形密封面14。密封组件还包括托架16,该托架16设有密封承纳所述环形密封面14的孔18。该示范性的孔18沿轴20从具有第一直径的第一边22延伸至具有第二直径的第二边24,其中第二直径大于第一直径。在本发明的多个可选实施例中,孔18可以是等径孔。孔18包括具有第一表面光洁度的第一表面部26和具有第二表面光洁度的第二表面部28,其中第二表面光洁度较第一表面光洁度粗糙。第二表面光洁度与环形密封面14配合从而限制密封件12沿轴20的移动。

在本发明的示范性实施例中,较为粗糙的第二表面部28与第一边22相间隔。同样,在该示范性实施例中,较为粗糙的第二表面部28从第二边24沿轴20延伸。在本发明的可选实施例中,第二表面部28可与两边均间隔。在示范性实施例运行期间,力会趋向于促使密封件12沿方向36脱离孔18。第二表面部28与环形密封面14配合,以限制密封件12沿轴20的移动。例如,具有光洁度的第二表面和环形密封面14之间的摩擦限制密封件12沿轴20移动。
本发明该示范性实施例的第一表面部26充分平滑。相对第二表面部28和环形密封面14之间形成的密封,平滑面部分和环形密封面14之间的配合可提供托架16和密封件12之间稍微加强的密封。因此,该示范性实施例既可加强密封,又可增强对密封件12移动的限制。
在本发明该示范性实施例中,第一表面部26和第二表面部28是连续的。例如,第一表面部26和第二表面部28分别直接从第一边22和第二边24向对方延伸。在本发明的多个可选实施例中,第一表面部26和第二表面部28可由孔18中的槽或凹口分开。在另外一些可选实施例中,第一表面部26和第二表面部28其中之一可被界定在孔18的槽或凹口中,第一表面部26和第二表面部28其中另一可形成于孔18基本呈圆柱状的部分中。
在本发明该示范性实施例中,密封件12包括形成环形密封面14的PTFE件38。在本发明的各种实施例中,该PTFE件38可以接触轴,也可以不接触轴。密封件12还包括钢环40,该钢环40与PTFE件38固定配合。钢环40支撑与孔18密封配合的环形密封面14。密封件12还包括与钢环40固定配合的弹性体轴环42。PTFE件至少部分地设置于钢环40和弹性体轴环42之间。弹性体轴环42和PTFE件38之间形成动态密封44。
很明显,根据以上描述可以对本发明做各种改变和修改。因此,可以理解,在所附权利要求的范围内,本发明可以采用其他方式实施,而不限于上述说明书中所描述。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于轴的密封组件,包括:
密封件,运转时环绕旋转轴并具有包括面向外的环形密封面的PTFE件;
与该PTFE件固定配合的钢环;
与所述钢环固定配合的弹性体轴环,其中,所述PTFE件至少部分地设置于所述钢环和所述弹性体轴环之间;以及
托架,具有密封承接所述环形密封面的孔,该孔整体沿一轴从第一边延伸至第二边,其中,所述孔包括具有第一表面光洁度且从所述第一边向所述第二边延伸的第一表面部和具有第二表面光洁度且从所述第二边向所述第一边延伸的第二表面部,所述第一表面部和第二表面部沿着一斜度延伸,其中第二表面光洁度较第一表面光洁度粗糙以限制所述密封件沿所述轴的移动,所述PTFE件的环形密封面密封配合所述第一表面部的第一表面光洁度和所述第二表面部的第二表面光洁度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述较粗糙的第二表面部与所述第一边相间隔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面部基本平滑。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面部和所述第二表面部是连续的。
5.根据权利要求3所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面部和所述第二表面部分别直接从所述第一边和所述第二边向对方延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述弹性体轴环和所述PTFE件之间形成动态密封。
7.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一边进一步限定为具有第一直径,所述第二边进一步限定为具有第二直径,所述第二直径大于所述第一直径。
