Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型透水砖,其以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,在此废瓷砖颗粒中添加粘结剂制备而成。本发明的透水砖以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,废瓷砖颗粒的强度堪比花岗岩,粒度较小的废瓷砖颗粒也具有很高的强度。用废瓷砖颗粒来制备透水砖,当选用粒度合适的废瓷砖颗粒为原料时,与现有的废混凝土颗粒相比,制备出来的透水砖既具有较高的透水性,又具有较高的强度。而且,废瓷砖颗粒断面较为光滑,进一步提高其透水性。

Description

一种新型透水砖
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种透水砖。
背景技术
硬化路面虽然整齐耐用,但其最大缺点就是不透水。路面不透水,使得降雨时雨水对地下水的补充完全被阻断,会使下降的地下水位难以回升;相反,雨水从路面流失或被阳光蒸发掉,使城市变为地表干燥的缺水地区,加重城市扬尘污染,还会因地表干燥而给城市绿化带来很大困难。下大雨时,雨水***不畅,将在城市的大街小巷形成水淹状况,或者使城市周边地区产生水灾。而且雨水在路面淤积,一方面会引起交通堵塞,加重机动车尾气排放的污染,另一方面,雨水横流时会溶入大量城市污染物,如汽车排放的重金属、轮胎的磨损物、生活垃圾、建筑工地上的粉尘和化学物、城市草地喷洒的农药等等,这些雨水经管道直接排放到当地河流中,会导致大规模象SARS这类莫名其妙的病毒的产生。大雨时在路面形成的水坑常常会存在好几天,滋生蚊蝇,极大地影响着城市卫生。
上世纪90年代以来,国际上流行用透水性能好的透水砖铺砌办法来覆盖城市的路面。例如在德国,人们正在将以前铺设的一些硬化路面改为透水性路面,以增强城市的生态效果。
现已有采用废混凝土作为主要原料的透水砖,其工艺过程为:废混凝土破碎→筛分→清洗→添加粘结剂→搅拌混合→静压成型→养护→成品,为了使透水砖外形美观、颜色鲜艳,达到美化环境的效果,将透水砖分为两层制备:面层和底层,面层还增加了颜料制成彩色的砖面。现有的这种透水砖,其采用废混凝土作为主要原料,为了使透水砖获得较好的透水性,所用的废混凝土颗粒的粒径不能太大,但若废混凝土颗粒的粒径较小,则制备出的透水砖强度不够,透水性与强度两者无法兼得。而且,废混凝土颗粒的断面较粗糙,即使是采用粒径较小的废混凝土颗粒所制备出来的透水砖,其透水性也不太好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透水性好且强度高的新型透水砖。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种新型透水砖,以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,在此废瓷砖颗粒中添加粘结剂制备而成。
透水砖由面层和底层组成,其中,面层的原料包括:175-185重量份的白水泥、790-810重量份粒径为2-5mm的废瓷砖颗粒、18-22重量份的颜料和90-100重量份的水;底层的原料由1350-1380重量份的普通水泥、800-830重量份的砂、4600-4640重量份粒径为6-10mm的废瓷砖碎粒和400-420重量份的水组成。
上述面层的原料还包括8-10重量份的光亮剂。
采用上述方案后,本发明的透水砖以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,废瓷砖颗粒的强度堪比花岗岩,粒度较小的废瓷砖颗粒也具有很高的强度。用废瓷砖颗粒来制备透水砖,当选用粒度合适的废瓷砖颗粒为原料时,与现有的废混凝土颗粒相比,制备出来的透水砖既具有较高的透水性,又具有较高的强度。而且,废瓷砖颗粒断面较为光滑,进一步提高其透水性。
具体实施例
本发明的一种新型透水砖,由面层和底层一体浇注压制而成,以制一块300*300*50mm的透水砖为例。
实施例一:
面层的原料包括180克的白水泥、800克粒径为2-5mm的废瓷砖颗粒、19克的颜料、9克的光亮剂和90-100克的水;水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。底层的原料由1360克的普通水泥(325R)、816克的砂、4620克粒径为6-10mm的废瓷砖碎粒和400-420克的水组成。水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。
实施例二:
面层的原料包括175克的白水泥、810克粒径为2-5mm的废瓷砖颗粒、18克的颜料、10克的光亮剂和90-100克的水;水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。底层的原料由1350克的普通水泥(325R)、830克的砂、4600克粒径为6-10mm的废瓷砖碎粒和400-420克的水组成。水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。
实施例三:
面层的原料包括185克的白水泥、790克粒径为2-5mm的废瓷砖颗粒、22克的颜料、8克的光亮剂和90-100克的水;水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。底层的原料由1380克的普通水泥(325R)、800克的砂、4640克粒径为6-10mm的废瓷砖碎粒和400-420克的水组成。水在此范围内按经验加,以不出现漂浆,具有一定粘性为准。
生产时,将面层的原料混合搅拌在一起,然后浇注成型;再将底层的原料混合搅拌在一起,然后浇注在成型的面层上,经过液压机静压成型,然后按常规方法进行脱模和养护即可。
本发明的透水砖以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,废瓷砖颗粒的强度堪比花岗岩,粒度较小的废瓷砖颗粒也具有很高的强度。用废瓷砖颗粒来制备透水砖,当选用粒度合适的废瓷砖颗粒为原料时,与现有的废混凝土颗粒相比,制备出来的透水砖既具有较高的透水性,又具有较高的强度。而且,废瓷砖颗粒断面较为光滑,进一步提高其透水性。

Claims (3)

1、一种新型透水砖,其特征在于:以废瓷砖颗粒为主要原料,在此废瓷砖颗粒中添加粘结剂制备而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型透水砖,其特征在于:透水砖由面层和底层组成,其中,面层的原料包括:175-185重量份的白水泥、790-810重量份粒径为2-5mm的废瓷砖颗粒、18-22重量份的颜料和90-100重量份的水;底层的原料由1350-1380重量份的普通水泥、800-830重量份的砂、4600-4640重量份粒径为6-10mm的废瓷砖碎粒和400-420重量份的水组成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种新型透水砖,其特征在于:上述面层的原料还包括8-10重量份的光亮剂。
