Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有把吸尘器尾气引入水中，用水过滤灰尘的环保吸尘装置。方案是：工作时杂质和灰尘通过吸嘴、手持硬管和软管进入密封杂质箱，由于空间突然变大气压变小，比重较大的杂质留在杂质箱内，灰尘由吸尘风机排入尾气排放管最后进入多孔气体分流器，灰尘融入水中，多余纯净空气排入室内。本装置无集尘袋和过滤网，气流顺畅，所用的吸尘风机功率小，有益效果是噪音低；尾气为纯净空气，无二次污染。

Description

环保吸尘器
本发明涉及一种无二次污染的洗尘装置，其特点是低功率、静音、尾气由水洗涤的家用环保吸尘器。
目前，公知的家用吸尘器构造是由吸嘴、吸管、壳体、集尘袋、多层过滤网、大功率激励风机、尾气排放口组成。缺点是能耗高，噪音大，尾气自由排放造成二次污染。
为了克服现有吸尘器能耗高、噪音大和二次污染的不足，本发明提供一种吸尘器，该吸尘器环保节能而且噪音低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取用的方案是：吸尘风机镶嵌在密闭杂质箱顶盖上部，箱体侧下方有一个进气口连接软管、手持硬管及吸嘴；风机上方有一个尾气排放口连接软管及多孔气体分流器(该多孔气体分流器的作用是：使水能更充分的与高压尾气融合，同时也起到降低水体噪音及沸腾强度的作用)，工作时该分流器放在水箱中水平面以下。密闭杂质箱内没有任何过滤网和集尘袋，工作气流顺畅无阻力，所以风机功率小噪音低。杂质和灰尘随气流通过吸嘴、手持硬管和软管进入杂质箱突然泄压(空间变大，气压降低)，比重较大的杂质留在密闭杂质箱中；灰尘通过吸尘风机和尾气排放软管送入多孔气体分流器，灰尘被留在水中，多余的纯净空气排放到室内。水箱镶嵌在密闭杂质箱的侧面可方便的取下，每次吸尘后水箱中的水体都会浑浊，可取下水箱把污水倒掉，正常家庭使用，杂质箱一年清理一次即可。
本发明的有益效果是，水把吸尘器尾气充分洗涤，灰尘留在水中，多余的纯净空气排入室内，由于该吸尘器无集尘袋和过滤网，工作时气流顺畅吸尘风机功率小能耗低，环保无噪音。该发明结构简单，成本低廉，生产制造容易。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
杂质和灰尘由吸嘴(1)输送到手持硬管(2)和软管(3)进入密闭杂质箱(4)中，工作时由于杂质箱内的气压降低，比重较大的杂质留在密闭杂质箱中，只有灰尘通过吸尘风机(5)吹入尾气排放软管(6)再进入多孔气体分流器(7)，灰尘留在水中，多余纯净空气益出水面排放到室内。

Claims (4)

1、一种具有把吸尘器尾气引入水中，用水过滤灰尘的吸尘装置，该装置包括，吸嘴(1)，手持硬管(2)，软管(3)，密闭杂质箱(4)，吸尘风机(5)，尾气排放管(6)，多孔气体分流器(7)，水箱(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是密闭杂质箱(4)内无集尘袋和过滤网。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是多孔气体分流器(7)工作时放在水箱内水平面以下。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是水箱(8)镶嵌在密封杂质箱(4)的侧面，可方便的取下。
