本发明涉及进料装置。
背景技术
传统的柱塞式进料装置将燃料注入到加工容器中时通常会遇到一个问题,即:某些燃料会挤压在一起,阻塞进料装置而导致燃料进不了容器。这尤其对一些大的柱塞装置会存在这样的问题,从而造成严重的工艺问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决这一问题设计了一个技术方案,尤指将燃料输送到一个旋转的厌氧的气化容器中。然而,这种装置并不限于使用在气化器。关闭阀,燃料被柱塞压紧形成燃料团,该燃料团作为压缩的燃料,同时也可以阻止空气的进入。在某些情况下,可以提供一个切割机,更适宜地可以在闸阀与卷轴之间设一旋转刀具以断开燃料团,辅助将燃料输送到旋转进料器。然而,本发明的一个最佳的实施方式为在柱塞进料器和旋转进料器之间设一空腔,以接纳来自一个或多个柱塞进料器的燃料,并输送到旋转进料器以利燃料的打散过程。引入这一空腔后,大多数情况下就不必再设置旋转切割机。必须注意这种进料装置不限于为气化器进料,也可以为其它用途的加工容器进料。还有一个好处是可以使用一个以上的柱塞,以增加或改变燃料的供应量,使其流量平稳。

具体实施方式
碎而干燥的燃料被输入到料斗1中,因为重力而注入到柱塞管12中,液压活塞10沿着导向装置3将柱塞2拉至缩进位置。闸阀11处于关闭状态,柱塞2归位,压紧燃料;然后闸阀11打开,燃料团被柱塞2推进旋转管4,旋转管4中设有由动力装置5驱动的卷轴6。由于气化器蒸器内的高温,柱塞伸入气化器的部分用水冷却,水是经进水口8流入冷却套管7里的。燃料经管端9被输送到气化器中。本发明的一个优选的实施方式为:在柱塞和旋转轴之间设有一个中间空腔13。多于一个柱塞可以也该中间空腔或旋转轴连接,这样可以改变燃料的供应和使燃料到旋转轴的输送更为流畅。此外,可以在闸阀与旋转管之间设置旋转切割机14以改善燃料的输送。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施方式的一部分,很明显可以由本领域的技术人员根据本发明作很多的变化或修改。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种进料装置,其中,柱塞将料斗中的燃料送至关闭的阀处、压紧,接着阀打开,所述柱塞推动所述燃料、使燃料落入位于所述阀和所述卷轴之间的中间空腔中,以在燃料到达卷轴进料器之前,帮助打散所述燃料,以便于将燃料送往加工容器;所述柱塞的长度使得:当柱塞处于伸展位置时,所述料斗的底部被该柱塞封住,从而防止燃料进入柱塞的后方,而当柱塞处于缩回位置时,所述料斗的底部打开。
2.权利要求1所述的进料装置,其特征在于:若柱塞为空心,则将柱塞的下圆柱部分切去,若柱塞为实心,则使柱塞的下圆柱部分凹入,切去或凹入的长度从所述料斗的外端延伸至靠近柱塞外端的末端,以将任何落在柱塞与该柱塞的进料管之间的燃料完全排出。
3.在权利要求1或2中所述的推进装置,其特征在于:所述阀为滑动式闸阀。
4.前面任一项权利要求所述的进料装置,其特征在于:设有连接至单个中间空腔的两个或者多个柱塞。
5.前面任一项权利要求所述的进料装置,其特征在于:所述容器的出料管为水冷式。

Claims (7)

1.一种进料装置,其中,柱塞将料斗中的燃料送至关闭的阀处、压紧,接着阀打开,所述柱塞将所述燃料推向旋转卷轴,以将燃料送往加工容器。
2.权利要求1所述的进料装置,其特征在于:所述阀为滑动式闸阀。
3.权利要求1或2所述的进料装置,其特征在于:所述柱塞进给到位于所述阀和所述卷轴之间的中间空腔中,以在燃料到达卷轴进料器之前,帮助打散所述燃料。
4.前面任一项权利要求所述的进料装置,其特征在于:包括连接至单个卷轴进料器的两个或者多个柱塞。
5.前面任一项权利要求所述的进料装置,其特征在于:在所述阀和所述卷轴之间设有切割装置,该切割装置用于在燃料进入卷轴进料器之前打散所述燃料。
6.权利要求4所述的进料装置,其特征在于:所述切割装置为旋转式切割机。
7.前面任一项权利要求所述的进料装置,其特征在于:所述容器的出料管为水冷式。
