Abstract

本发明涉及便于维护的振动磨,其设置有专用的加油通道,从而简化了加润滑油的操作,避免了以往在箱体暗黑环境中加油的情况,可以延长设备的使用寿命。其包括机架、电机、激振子、振动轴、磨具,所述磨具通过压紧机构固定在磨具座上,所述磨具座固定在所述振动轴上,所述振动轴与所述激振子通过轴承连接为转动机构,所述转动机构外部设置有激振子护罩,所述激振子护罩通过弹簧安装于所述机架上,所述电机固定在所述激振子护罩下部,所述激振子与所述电机通过柔性联轴器联接,其特征在于:其还包括加油通道,所述加油通道加油口设置在所述磨具座上,所述加油通道出油口设置在所述轴承侧面;所述加油通道在轴向贯通所述磨具座、振动轴、轴承后横向穿透所述轴承。

便于维护的振动磨 
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作试样用粉末样品的仪器,属于试验设备技术领域,具体为便于维护的振动磨。 
(二)背景技术
建筑、矿山、冶金等行业在对物质的成分进行X光荧光光谱分析时,需要用振动磨将被测物质磨成粉状,目前实验室用振动磨润滑油脂的加注均为箱体内加油,加油时需要打开箱板,用长黄油枪穿过激振子防护壳体,对激振子加油,必要时需转动激振子找到加油口,操作困难,如果不经常加润滑油,会缩短设备的使用寿命。 
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了便于维护的振动磨,其简化了加润滑油操作的过程,避免了在箱体的暗黑环境中加油。 
其技术方案是这样的:其包括机架、电机、激振子、振动轴、磨具,所述磨具通过压紧机构固定在磨具座上,所述磨具座固定在所述振动轴上,所述振动轴与所述激振子通过轴承连接为转动机构,所述转动机构外部设置有激振子护罩,所述激振子护罩通过弹簧安装于所述机架上,所述电机固定在所述激振子护罩下部,所述激振子与所述电机通过柔性联轴器联接,其特征在于:其还包括加油通道,所述加油通道加油口设置在所述磨具座上,所述加油通道出油口设置在所述轴承侧面;所述加油通道在轴向贯通所述磨具座、振动轴、轴承后横向穿透所述轴承。 
其进一步特征在于:所述弹簧设置有六个。 
使用本发明结构的振动磨,其有益效果是:其设置有专用的加油通道,从而简化了加润滑油的操作,避免了以往在箱体暗黑环境中加油的情况,从而可以延长设备的使用寿命。

见图1,本发明包括机架13、电机12、激振子9、振动轴6、磨具2,磨具2通过压紧机构1固定在磨具座5上,磨具座5固定在振动轴6上,振动轴6与激振子9通过轴承7连接为转动机构,转动机构外部设置有激振子护罩11,激振子护罩11通过弹簧8安装于机架13上,弹簧8设置有六个,电机12固定在激振子护罩9下部,激振子9与电机12通过柔性联轴器10联接,其还包括加油通道14,加油通道14加油口3设置在磨具座5上,加油通道14出油口设置在轴承7侧面,加油通道14在轴向贯通磨具座5、振动轴6、轴承7后横向穿透轴承7。图中,4为外箱体的隔间层,16为箱门,15为门安全开关。 
本发明结构的振动磨,在进行维护加润滑油操作时,只需打开箱门,提起压紧机构1,然后揭开磨具2露出磨具座5,用黄油枪伸入磨具座5上的加油通道的加油口3进行加油,油脂沿着加油通道14,依次轴向穿过磨具座5、振动轴6和轴承7后沿轴承7的横向出油口出油,以润滑轴承7。

1.便于维护的振动磨,其包括机架、电机、激振子、振动轴、磨具,所述磨具通过压紧机构固定在磨具座上,所述磨具座固定在所述振动轴上,所述振动轴与所述激振子通过轴承连接为转动机构,所述转动机构外部设置有激振子护罩,所述激振子护罩通过弹簧安装于所述机架上,所述电机固定在所述激振子护罩下部,所述激振子与所述电机通过柔性联轴器联接,其特征在于:其还包括加油通道,所述加油通道加油口设置在所述磨具座上,所述加油通道出油口设置在所述轴承侧面;所述加油通道在轴向贯通所述磨具座、振动轴、轴承后横向穿透所述轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于维护的振动磨,其特征在于:所述弹簧设置有六个。
