Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻尼吸振降噪软板。它是用以下重量份的原料制备而成:以45~50份的沥青为基料,18~20份的废橡胶粉、31~24份的泥粉和4~5份的细沙为填料,以2~3份的聚丙烯为耐温添加剂;胎基采用玻璃纤维布;经加温搅拌机械挤压成型。本发明提供的是采用来源广泛价格低廉的原料和新配比制备的阻尼吸振降噪软板。经实测,本阻尼软板的损耗因数达0.5以上,可以降低噪声10分贝以上,吸振降噪效果属中上程度;在降噪效果相当的情况下,成本只有市售阻尼板的1/3以下。本发明可以大幅度降低降噪成本,具有非常好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。本发明应用于电厂等大型企业的风机管道的振动控制、降低管道噪声,综合效益特别显著。

一种阻尼吸振降噪软板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸振降噪的阻尼吸振降噪软板,属于环境保护领域。
背景技术
阻尼软板(又称阻尼吸振降噪软板)作为一种吸振降噪材料,可用于:机器薄壁(如制面机)和隔声罩壁面的振动控制,降低噪声;风机管道的振动控制,降低管道噪声;楼板振动控制,降低楼下房间内的噪声。目前,市售的专用阻尼软板价格都比较高,使得吸振降噪的成本很高。成本问题,对于管道防振降噪特别明显。传统的管道降噪采用包扎法,先是在管壁涂一层阻尼层(为沥青石棉浆),再包上一层或多层吸声材料(为玻璃棉毡),再包上多层铁丝网,最后再分次糊水泥(一层干了以后在糊第二层第三层);包扎一根管道(特别是发电厂等大型企业的风机管道),用料多,费人工,工时长;如采用现有的市售专用阻尼板,则材料成本很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种新的阻尼吸振降噪软板。这种阻尼吸振降噪软板既可以满足很多场合的吸振降噪需要,又可以大幅度降低降噪成本。
本发明的技术方案。一种阻尼吸振降噪软板,其特征在于:它是用以下重量份的原料制备而成;以45~50份的沥青为基料,18~20份的废橡胶粉,24~31份的泥粉和4~5份的细沙为填料;胎基采用玻璃纤维布。经加温搅拌机械挤压成型。
上述的阻尼软板中,更好的是用以下重量份的原料制备而成:以48份的沥青为基料,20份的废橡胶粉、24份的泥粉和5份的细沙为填料;胎基采用玻璃纤维布。
前述的阻尼软板中,还有3份的聚丙烯为耐温添加剂,以拓展阻尼软板的使用温度范围,使其可在-5°~100℃条件下使用。
与现有市售专用阻尼板相比,本发明提供的是采用来源充足价格低廉的原料和新的配比制备的阻尼吸振降噪软板。应用在以下场合:
1)风机管道的振动控制,降低管道噪声。
2)机器薄壁(如制面机)和隔声罩壁面的振动控制,降低噪声。
3)楼板振动控制,降低楼下房间内的噪声。
经实用测试,本阻尼吸振降噪软板的损耗因数达0.5以上,可以降低噪声10分贝以上,吸振降噪效果属中上程度;在降噪效果相当的情况下,成本只有市售专用阻尼板的1/3以下。本发明的应用,既可以满足很多场合的降噪需要,又可以大幅度降低降噪成本,具有非常好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。本发明应用于大型企业的风机管道的振动控制、降低管道噪声,综合效益特别显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但并不作为对本发明做任何限制的依据。
实施例1。按以下重量份的原料配比制备阻尼软板:以48份的沥青为基料,以20份的废橡胶粉、24份的泥粉和5份的细沙为填料,以3份的聚丙烯为耐温添加剂;胎基采用玻璃纤维布。经加温搅拌机械挤压成型;表面可以再敷设一层防火膜。
用于风机管道的振动控制、降低管道噪声;使用时,只要将阻尼软板的一个面加热后,包扎在管道上即可。用在机器薄壁(如制面机)和隔声罩壁面的振动控制,降低噪声;使用时,只要将阻尼软板的一个面加热后,往振动薄板或罩壁一贴即可。用在楼板振动控制,降低楼下房间内的噪声;使用时,对新建楼房,将阻尼软板铺在混凝土平面上,然后地面装修工作照常进行;对于旧楼房,将阻尼软板的一个面加热后,贴在地板上,再加一层护面(如地毯)即可,这不仅楼下能取得明显的降噪效果,本楼层也会清静的多。

1.一种阻尼吸振降噪软板,其特征在于:它是用以下重量份的原料制备而成:以48份的沥青为基料,以20份的废橡胶粉、24份的泥粉和5份的细沙为填料;胎基采用玻璃纤维布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻尼吸振降噪软板,其特征在于:还加有2~3份聚丙烯为耐温添加剂。
