Abstract

本发明为一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽。其可以将清洗的污水及时排出，减少污水对工件的污染，同时安装方便、简捷。其包括由隔板分隔的进水槽、出水槽、溢流斗，出水口、溢流口，其特征在于：所述出水槽与所述进水槽的宽度一致，所述出水口沿着所述隔板水平间隔分布，所述溢流斗分布于所述出水槽内，所述溢流斗的底部接排污管道。

Description

一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种能让液体按一定方向流动的容器，具体为一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽。
(二)背景技术
目前，电镀设备中的塑料联槽体逆流结构见图1、图2、图3，其中间采用一块隔板，将槽体一分为二，在进水槽8的对角边、隔板7的另一面焊一小的逆流槽1，逆流槽1上边与加强筋相平，下边离主槽底一定的距离，不封口，在隔板7上对应的逆流槽1处开一长腰孔6，长腰孔6的高度就是进水槽8液面高度。溢流口开在出水槽4，在逆流槽1的另一面，溢流口2也是一长腰孔，此孔高度就是出水槽的液面高度，且此口高度要低于逆流口6高度，再在溢流口处，槽体外侧焊接一溢流斗，斗下面接管路，将清洗过的废水排出。此槽体结构简单，但是逆流口6较小，进水槽8的污水不能及时排出，给工件带来污染，同时由于溢流斗在槽外，给生产线其它设备安装带来麻烦，3为加强筋、5为阀门。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽，其可以将清洗的污水及时排出，减少污水对工件的污染，同时安装方便、简捷。
其通过以下方案实现的：其包括由隔板分隔的进水槽、出水槽、溢流斗，出水口、溢流口，其特征在于：所述出水槽与所述进水槽的宽度一致，所述出水口沿着所述隔板水平间隔分布，所述溢流斗分布于所述出水槽内，所述溢流斗的底部接排污管道。
其进一步特征在于：所述隔板有两层，所述出水口设置于靠近进水槽一侧的隔板，靠近出水槽一侧的隔板，其上端与槽体侧壁平齐，下端与槽底留有一定空隙；所述隔板设置有卸压孔，所述卸压孔的位置在所述隔板两边的底部。
本发明采用上述结构之后，能将污水及时排出，提高了工件的成品率，而溢流斗设置于出水槽内，这样又节省了槽外空间，安装方便、快捷。

(五)具体实施方式
见图4、图5、图6，本发明包括由隔板分隔的进水槽7、出水槽8、溢流斗1，出水口6、溢流口，出水槽8与进水槽7的宽度一致，出水口6沿着隔板水平间隔分布，出水口有5个，溢流斗1分布于出水槽8内，溢流斗1的底部接排污管道3。隔板有两层，出水口6设置于靠近进水槽7一侧的隔板11，靠近出水槽一侧的隔板9，其上端与槽体侧壁平齐，下端与槽底留有一定空隙；让进水槽7的水从底部流进，将槽内的水位提高，让污水从溢流口排出。隔板11设置有卸压孔4，可防止单个槽体放水时水压使中间隔板变形或开裂，卸压孔4的位置在隔板11两边的底部，2为加强筋、5为阀门、10为隔板9、11之间的连接件。

1、一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽，其包括由隔板分隔的进水槽、出水槽、溢流斗，出水口、溢流口，其特征在于：所述出水槽与所述进水槽的宽度一致，所述出水口沿着所述隔板水平间隔分布，所述溢流斗分布于所述出水槽内，所述溢流斗的底部接排污管道。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽，其特征在于：所述隔板有两层，所述出水口设置于靠近进水槽一侧的隔板，靠近出水槽一侧的隔板，其上端与槽体侧壁平齐，下端与槽底留有一定空隙。
3、根据权利要求2所述一种电镀生产设备用塑料联槽，其特征在于：所述隔板设置有卸压孔，所述卸压孔的位置在所述隔板两边的底部。
