本发明是以有机污泥为主定型燃料。
背景技术
目前城市污水处理厂的脱水干污泥中有机物含量在60-71%。热值在2200-3500Kcal,重金属含量较高,不符合GB4284-88标准(农用污泥中污染物控制标准),不适合当肥料使用。目前国内有机污泥采用热干化后,显颗粒或粉末状。与煤配比燃烧,其缺点烘干污泥热能消耗大,投资大,运行成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是将有机污泥变成可燃烧定型燃料,以有机污泥为主,加焦粉(烟灰),提高热值;加石灰(电石灰),杀死微生物,防止有机物霉变而造成的热值降低,同时将含水率20-40%的有机污泥与适当的焦粉、石灰混合压制形成块状或球状,自然干燥,节能减排,变废为燃料。

Claims (1)

  1. 用城市污水处理厂水处理后的沉淀污泥做有机定型燃料,包括城市有机污泥、焦粉(烟灰)、石灰。其特点以有机污泥为燃料。石灰(电石灰)为防腐剂和粘合剂,焦粉(烟灰)增加热值。其原料重量百分比,有机污泥50%—85%,熟石灰(Ca(OH)2)8%—15%,焦粉20%—40%。
